Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most severe chronic microvascular complications of diabetes and a primary cause of end-stage renal *** studies have shown that renal inflammation is a key factor determining kidney damage during *** the development of immunological technology,many studies have shown that diabetic nephropathy is an immune complex disease,and that most patients have immune ***,the immune response associated with diabetic nephropathy and autoimmune kidney disease,or caused by ischemia or infection with acute renal injury,is different,and has a complicated pathological *** this review,we discuss the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in immune disorders and the intervention mechanism,to provide guidance and advice for early intervention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.

In recent years,persistent luminescence materials(PLMs)excited by X-rays and emitting in biological windows have received extensive attention in the field of high-sensitivity *** metal Mn^(2+)is an ideal emission center,but few studies focus on Mn^(2+)-doped PLMs with X-ray excitation and biological window ***,we report a Mn^(2+)-doped PLM,LiYGeO_(4):Mn^(2+)(LYGM),with excellent biological window persistent luminescence *** excitation by UV,LYGM produces a durable biological window of persistent luminescence emission at 660 nm for up to 20 *** *** can be repeatedly excited by X-rays,resulting in long-term biological window persistent luminescence *** addition,we obtain LYGM around 200 nm in diameter by ball milling and centrifugation and improve its biocompatibility by surface modification to apply it to in vivo imaging in *** LYGM are injected into mice through the tail vein,in situ excitation of X-rays can be *** the persistent luminescence decays,LYGM can be re-excited for repeated ***,LYGM shows potential prospects for in vivo deep tissue and long-term bioimaging.

Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1(PD-1)IgG1 antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining *** single-arm,phase II trial conducted across 20 tertiary care centers in China enrolled adult patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)who had failed two or more lines of previous systemic *** received 200-mg penpulimab intravenously every 2 weeks(4 weeks per cycle)until disease progression or intolerable *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)per RECIST(version 1.1),as assessed by an independent radiological review *** secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).One hundred thirty patients were enrolled and 125 were efficacy *** the data cutoff date(September 28,2022),1 patient achieved complete response and 34 patients attained partial *** ORR was 28.0%(95%CI 20.3–36.7%).The response was durable,with 66.8%still in response at 9 ***-three patients(26.4%)were still on *** median PFS and OS were 3.6 months(95%CI=1.9–7.3 months)and 22.8 months(95%CI=17.1 months to not reached),***(7.6%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher *** has promising anti-tumor activities and acceptable toxicities in heavily pretreated metastatic NPC patients,supporting further clinical development as third-line treatment of metastatic NPC.

Intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)are interconnected via communication networks and play pivotal roles in transmitting grid-related operational data and executing control *** the context of the heightened security challenges within smart grids,IEDs pose significant risks due to inherent hardware and software vulner-abilities,as well as the openness and vulnerability of communication *** grid security,distinct from traditional internet security,mainly relies on monitoring network security events at the platform layer,lacking an effective assessment mechanism for ***,we incorporate considerations for both cyber-attacks and physical faults,presenting security assessment indicators and methods specifically tailored for ***,we outline the security monitoring technology for IEDs,considering the necessary data sources for their security ***,we classify IEDs and establish a comprehensive security monitoring index system,incorporating factors such as running states,network traffic,and abnormal *** index system contains 18 indicators in 3 ***,we elucidate quantitative methods for various indicators and propose a hybrid security assessment method known as GRCW-hybrid,combining grey relational analysis(GRA),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and entropy weight method(EWM).According to the proposed assessment method,the security risk level of IEDs can be graded into 6 levels,namely 0,1,2,3,4,and *** higher the level,the greater the security ***,we assess and simulate 15 scenarios in 3 categories,which are based on monitoring indicators and real-world situations encountered by *** results show that calculated security risk level based on the proposed assessment method are consistent with actual ***,the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed index system and assessment method are validated.

The severe interfacial charge recombination as well as the stability issues brought by the Li-TFSI still hinder the commercialization of high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,a polyoxometalates(POMs)-based complex,POM@ionic liquid(IL),is synthesized and applied as an effective additive that simultaneously enhances the performance and stability of *** interactions between POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI inhibit the aggregation of *** synergistic oxidation of POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI towards 2,2,7,7-tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)effectively enhances the electrical properties of hole transport layer film and the photovoltaic performances of *** champion device modified with the POM@IL complex yields an excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.73%.Moreover,the incorporation of POM@IL improves the humidity stability of *** storing under high humidity conditions(25℃,60%RH)for 1200 h,the POM@IL modified device retained a remarkable 81.2%of its initial *** work provides new insight into constructing POMs-based materials for high-performance photovoltaic devices.

Deep shale gas reserves that have been fractured typically have many relatively close perforation holes. Due to theproximity of each fracture during the formation of the fracture network, there is significant stress interference,which results in uneven fracture propagation. It is common practice to use “balls” to temporarily plug fractureopenings in order to lessen liquid intake and achieve uniform propagation in each cluster. In this study, a diameteroptimization model is introduced for these plugging balls based on a multi-cluster fracture propagationmodel and a perforation dynamic abrasion model. This approach relies on proper consideration of the multiphasenature of the considered problem and the interaction force between the involved fluid and solid phases. Accordingly,it can take into account the behavior of the gradually changing hole diameter due to proppant continuousperforation erosion. Moreover, it can provide useful information about the fluid-dynamic behavior of the consideredsystem before and after plugging. It is shown that when the diameter of the temporary plugging ball is1.2 times that of the perforation hole, the perforation holes of each cluster can be effectively blocked.
