Effect of aflibercept combined with triamcinolone acetonide on aqueous humor growth factor and inflammatory mediators in diabetic macular edema

AIM:To investigate the efficacy of aflibercept combined with sub-tenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA)in treating diabetic macular edema(DME)and to examine changes in growth factors and inflammatory mediator levels in aqueous humor after ***:Totally 67 DME patients(67 eyes)and 30 cataract patients(32 eyes)were enrolled as the DME group and the control group,*** DME group was divided into the aflibercept group(34 cases)and the aflibercept combined with TA group(combined group,33 cases).The aqueous humor of both groups was collected during the study *** aqueous levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected using a microsphere suspension array technology(Luminex 200TM).Aqueous cytokines,best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and complications before and after treatment were compared between the aflibercept group and combined ***:The concentrations of VEGF,MCP-1,IL-6,and IL-8 in the aqueous humor were significantly higher in the DME group than those of the control group(all P0.05).CONCLUSION:The cytokines VEGF,MCP-1,IL-6,and IL-8 in the aqueous humor of DME patients are significantly *** and aflibercept combined with TA have good efficacy in DME patients,can effectively reduce CMT,improve the patient’s vision,and have high *** combined with TA can quickly downregulate the aqueous humor cytokines and help to relieve macular edema ***,the long-term eff

AIM:To analyze the relationship between optical coherence tomography(OCT)and OCT angiography(OCTA)imaging in patients with diabetic macular edema(DME)who are treated with a combination of aflibercept and triamcinolone acetonide(TA).METHODS:A total of 76 eyes newly diagnosed DME were included in this *** were randomly assigned to receive either aflibercept or a combination of aflibercept and *** once a month for a total of three *** macular thickness(CMT),number of hyperreflective foci(HRF),height of subretinal fluid(SRF),and area of foveal avascular zone(FAZ)were evaluated using OCT and OCTA at baseline and after each monthly ***:Both groups showed improvement in best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and reduction in macular edema after treatment,and the difference in BCVA between the two groups was statistically significant after each treatment(P<0.05).The difference in CMT between the two groups was statistically significant after the first two injections(P<0.01),but not after the third injection(P=0.875).The number of HRF(1mo:7.41±8.25 vs 10.86±7.22,P=0.027;2mo:5.33±6.13 vs 9.12±8.61,P=0.034;3mo:3.58±3.00 vs 6.37±5.97,P=0.007)and height of SRF(1mo:82.39±39.12 vs 105.77±42.26μm,P=0.011;2mo:36.84±10.02 vs 83.59±37.78μm,P<0.01;3mo:11.57±3.29 vs 45.43±12.60μm,P<0.01)in combined group were statistically significant less than aflibercept group after each injection,while the area of FAZ showed no significant change before and after treatment in both ***:The combination therapy of aflibercept and TA shows more significant effects on DME eyes with decreased HRF and ***,both aflibercept and combination therapy show no significant change in the area of FAZ.

行为溢出理论对于促进绿色生活方式变革有着重要涵义,但数字化情景下的研究还处于初步阶段。本研究在蚂蚁森林情境下,采用心理所有权和环境自我感知双重视角,构建了一个数字化绿色行为溢出效应模型,并首次同时检验了溢出过程的三种中介机制:心理所有权、环境自我认同和绿色效能。以蚂蚁森林用户为对象,设计了一个行为清单任务,操纵实验参与者选择更多或更少的绿色能量收集行为数量。均值比较结果表明,绿色能量收集行为提醒是有效的,即高绿组比低绿组产生了显著更高的心理所有权、环境自我感知以及进一步的亲环境行为意愿。此外,结构方程模型分析表明绿色能量收集行为选择数量与其他不同类型的亲环境行为之间存在积极的影响关系,并验证了心理所有权、环境自我认同和绿色效能在溢出过程中的共同中介作用。研究结论表明,数字化的日常绿色行为可以作为其他亲环境行为的催化剂,通过积极的行为溢出产生更深远的环保效果。

信息技术正持续推动社会各个层面的变革,其中在非物质文化遗产中的应用也愈加重要。该研究于中国知网(CNKI)数据库中搜索出信息技术与非物质文化遗产融合研究相关的有效中文核心文献742篇,基于文献计量分析与定性分析的方法进行分析、归纳和总结。研究结果提炼并归纳为保护、技术、传播及传承四大聚类类别,进而分别总结出对应应用态势,包括从单一保存到多元保护、从分散技术到集成技术数字化、从单向传播到沉浸式及交互式传播、从静态传承到活态传承。该研究以期为信息技术应用于中国非物质文化遗产的研究提供一定借鉴。

目的:基于生物信息学探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶1(CDK1)在肾上腺皮质癌(ACC)中的表达水平,并用于评估ACC患者预后的价值及与免疫浸润的相关性,分析其潜在的作用机制。方法:通过GEPIA和UALCAN数据库分析CDK1在ACC中的表达与肿瘤分级、分期等临床特征和肿瘤患者预后的相关性。通过TIMER数据库分析ACC中CDK1表达水平与免疫细胞浸润水平的关系。通过STRING数据库和GENEMANIA数据库分析与CDK1相关蛋白的互作网络,并运用METASCAPE数据库对以上蛋白进行GO和KEGG富集分析。结果:CDK1在ACC中的表达显著高于正常组织(P0,P<0.05),而与CD8^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞、M2型巨噬细胞、树突细胞免疫浸润均呈负相关(相关系数R<0,P<0.05)。CDK1及其相互作用蛋白主要参与细胞周期相变、有丝分裂细胞周期的调节、周期蛋白依赖蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶活性的调控等生物学过程。结论:CDK1可作为ACC预后不良的标志物,CDK1通过影响免疫细胞浸润及细胞增殖分化途径调控ACC的发生发展。

In fractured geothermal reservoirs,the fracture networks and internal fluid flow behaviors can significantly impact the thermal *** this study,we proposed a non-Darcy rough discrete fracture network(NR-DFN)model that can simultaneously consider the fracture evolution and non-Darcy flow dynamics in studying the thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM)coupling processes for heat extraction in geothermal *** further employed the model on the Habanero enhanced geothermal systems(EGS)project located in ***,our findings illustrate a clear spatial-temporal variation in the thermal stress and pressure perturbations,as well as uneven spatial distribution of shear failure in 3D fracture *** shear failure is mainly concentrated in the first fracture ***,channeling flow have also been observed in DFNs during heat extraction and are further intensified by the expansion of fractures driven by thermal ***,the combined effect of non-Darcy flow and fracture evolution triggers a rapid decline in the resulting heat rate and *** NR-DFN model framework and the Habanero EGS's results illustrate the importance of both fracture evolution and non-Darcy flow on the efficiency of EGS production and have the potential to promote the development of more sustainable and efficient EGS operations for stakeholders.

Investigating the tourism image of mountain scenic spots in China through the lens of tourist perception

A favorable tourism image of high-quality mountain scenic spots(HQMSS)is crucial for tourism prosperity and *** paper establishes a framework for investigating the tourism image based on cognitive-emotion theory and uses natural language processing(NLP)tools to clarify the cognition,emotion,and overall tourist image of the HQMSS in China from the perspective of tourist *** paper examines the multi-dimensional spatial differentiation of China's overall image,including province,scenic spot scales,as well as the spatial pattern of the overall comprehensive tourism *** for comprehensively improving HQMSS's tourism image are also *** results show that:(1)The cognitive image of Chinese HQMSS is categorized into core and marginal images,and the core images such as scenery and cable car are the expression of the uniqueness of mountainous scenic ***,the cognitive image is classified into six dimensions:tourism environment,tourism supporting facilities,tourism experience,tourism price,tourism service,and tourism safety.(2)Positive emotions are the dominant mood type of HQMSS in China,followed by neutral emotions,with negative emotions being the least *** images vary across dimensions,with tourism environment and tourism experience evoking relatively higher emotion.(3)The spatial pattern of HQMSS for each dimension at the national,provincial,and scenic scales is *** article provides a multidimensional perspective for investigating the tourism image of mountainous scenic spots,proposes targeted recommendations to improve the overall image of HQMSS in China,and can greatly contribute to the sustainable development of mountain tourism.
