Analysis on characteristics of extreme precipitation indices and atmospheric circulation in Northern Shanxi

This article utilizes daily precipitation data from 28 national meteorological stations in northern Shanxi Province spanning from 1972 to 2020,and the US NCEP/NCAR monthly average reanalysis and ERA5 monthly average reanalysis *** study employs techniques such as empirical orthogonal function(EOF)decomposition,MannKendall mutation and other methods to investigate the spatiotemporal distribution of extreme precipitation index in northern Shanxi and their correlation with atmospheric *** research results show that:the absolute index,relative index,intensity index and sustained dry period index(CDD)in the continuous index appear from southwest to *** spatial distribution characteristics of the central region decrease,while the continuous wet period(CWD)decreases from the central to the east and *** three indices Rx1day,Rx5day,and CWD mutated in 1978,1975,and 1983 respectively,and other extreme precipitation indices all appeared in a sudden change from a low-value period to a high-value period occurred around *** the high-value years of the summer extreme precipitation index,there is a significant negative anomaly in the height field in the mid-high latitude regions of *** Shanxi is controlled by a broad low-pressure trough in the Lake Baikal *** vapor transported via the east,west,and south routes converges in the northern Shanxi region and encounters cold air from the *** is a strong upward motion anomaly at 500 hPa in the troposphere,and the dynamic conditions of upper-level divergence and lower-level convergence lead to more summer extreme precipitation in the northern Shanxi ***,in the low-value years of the summer extreme precipitation index,northern Shanxi is affected by a strong high-pressure ridge north of Lake *** is a downward motion anomaly at 500 hPa,and the northern Shanxi region lacks water *** cold and warm air cannot converge,and both the water vapor conditions

One-step construction of strongly coupled Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/MXene heterostructure via in-situ Co-F bonds for high performance all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitors

Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite was easily synthesized via one-step succinct-operated hydrothermal *** interconnected Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires network can in-situ grow and anchor on the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) via the strong Co-F bonds and contribute tremendously to depress Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) *** from the synergistically interplayed effect among the multiple interfaces and high conductivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) as well as outstanding stability of the as-designed nanostructure,the optimum Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)electrode reaches a commendable specific capacitance(up to 3800 mF·cm^(−2)),great rate capability(80%capacitance retention after 20-times current increasing),and preeminent cycling stability(95.4%/85.5%retention at 7000th/20,000th cycle).Moreover,the all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor based on Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and active carbon can deliver a high energy density of 84.0μWh·cm^(−2) at the power energy of 3.2 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent cycling durability with 87.0%of initial capacitance retention upon 20,000 *** work provides a practicable pathway to tailor MXene-based composites for high-performance supercapacitor.

Key genes and regulatory networks for diabetic retinopathy based on hypoxia-related genes:a bioinformatics analysis

Effectiveness of the“online+offline+practice”trinity teaching model on the learning of junior nursing students:an exploratory study

Background:Surgical Nursing is a main course of nursing specialty and a large course lasting 96 credit *** response to the teaching pain points such as the complicated and boring content of the surgical nursing course and the disconnection between classroom theory and clinical practice,surgical nursing is undergoing a teaching ***:The Surgical Nursing course builds trinity teaching model of“online+offline+practice”and implements teaching reforms by combining the Bridge,Objective,Pre-assessment,Participatory learning,Post-assessment,and Summary(BOPPPS)teaching *** constructed a trinity teaching model,and these teaching reform measures included building an online learning platform,offline case teaching and scenario simulation and hospital and community *** 50 students in the junior year of the undergraduate nursing program in the class of 2020 were used as the study subjects,and the students’comprehensive scores were *** questionnaire was also used to assess students’independent learning ability and to evaluate students’satisfaction with the ***:The students’course pass(≥60 points)rate was 100%,and the excellence(≥80 points)rate was 24.00%.Students’independent learning ability improved,and the scores and total scores of cognitive self-management ability,information ability and learning co-operation ability were significantly better than those of the national norm(P<0.01).The satisfaction of students in the BOPPPS group with classroom teaching was also significantly higher than that of the control ***:The“online+offline+practice”trinity teaching mode can effectively integrate the“Rain Classroom”online platform with the BOPPPS teaching *** guides students to actively participate in classroom thinking and discussion,improves students’independent learning ability,and effectively enhances the effect of classroom teaching.

Clinical efficacy of gamma-oryzanol combined with Femoston for perimenopausal syndrome

BACKGROUND Perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)is a chronic disease associated with estrogen *** of the unsatisfactory outcomes of current conventional treatments for this condition,its treatment must be continuously explored and *** To assess the clinical effectiveness ofγ-oryzanol in combination with Femoston for *** A total of 119 patients with PMS were selected from June 2023 to December 2023,which included 59 and 60 patients in the control and observation group,*** control and observation groups were treated with Femoston andγ-oryzanol+Femoston,*** analyses were performed in terms of clinical effectiveness,safety(dizziness and headache,nausea and vomiting,and breast tenderness),sex hormones[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],lumbar spine(L1-4)and bilateral femoral bone mineral density(BMD),and sleep quality(sleeping time and frequency of awakenings from sleep).RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group had statistically higher total effective rates of treatment;lower overall incidence of adverse events;higher post-treatment E2 levels and L1-4 and bilateral femoral BMD;and lower LH and FSH levels,sleeping time,and frequency of awakenings from sleep after *** Therefore,for the treatment of PMS,γ-oryzanol combined with Femoston is significantly better than Femoston alone in terms of clinical effectiveness,exhibiting more pronounced clinical advantages in improving safety,sex hormone levels,BMD,and sleep quality.

分别在连续低氧曝气和间歇曝气两种条件下比较了主流厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)处理模拟城市污水的运行效果.结果表明,间歇曝气方式实现主流Anammox时间更短,仅需24d.间歇曝气下氨氮去除率(ARE)为(96.0±1.0)%、总氮去除率(TNRE)为(80.2±2.0)%,相较之下,脱氮效率更稳定且氮去除负荷更高.间歇曝气使好氧和厌氧氨氧化活性均处于更高水平,并促进胞外聚合物(EPS)分泌、蛋白质(PN)含量增加及蛋白质/多糖(PN/PS)升高,能够形成更加致密且红色的厌氧氨氧化生物膜结构;三维荧光光谱发现间歇曝气时溶解性EPS(S-EPS)的峰A的荧光强度显著增加.高通量测序证实曝气方式不同导致了微生物群落组成及功能基因数量存在显著差异.间歇曝气改善好氧氨氧化菌的种群结构并增加相对数量.有助于Anammox菌属(Candidatus Brocadia、Candidatus Kuenenia)富集.基因注释结果表明间歇曝气条件下可能存在部分硝化/部分反硝化+厌氧氨氧化协同脱氮途径.

Interaction and coordinated development between desertification control and social economy in Xizang,China

Based on the general requirements of the coordinated development of"ecological livable"and"affluent life"in the rural revitalization strategy,the evaluation index system of desertification control was constructed,the interaction between desertification control and regional social economy and the internal space-time coordination mechanism were explored,and the quality of desertification control and its coordination degree with regional economic development were quantitatively *** decoupling mechanism of desertification governance society economy system were analyzed,and the high level for the government to promote desertification governance,constructing ecological economy coordinated development pattern to provide decision basis to Xizang desertification governance-social economic system interaction and coupling coordination development as the research object,introducing the coupling decoupling model to measure the coupling coordination model and system coordination and decoupling *** control in Xizang shows a trend of gradual improvement,but the overall level is still not high and there is a lot of room for *** coupling coordination degree of desertification control-social and economic system is in a steady fluctuation trend,rising from D value less than 0.55 in 2004 to 0.87 in 2018,in a state of coordinated development(good),and grey prediction analysis shows that D value is in a continuous *** coupling coordination degree of the six prefecture-level cities in Xizang and Ngari region is different in time and space,but the overall development trend is *** development index of desertification control and the socio-economic development index show the interaction of strong decoupling,strong negative decoupling and weak decoupling,and there are interaction effects of desertification control,economic development and social development at different scales.
