The process of Sb2Te3 thin film growth on the Pt substrate by electrochemical atomic layer epitaxy (ECALE) was studied. Cyclic voltammetric scanning was performed to analyze the electrochemical behavior of Te and Sb on the Pt substrate. Sb2Te3 film was formed using an automated flow deposition system by alternately depositing Te and Sb atomic layers for 400 circles. The deposited Sb2Te3 films were characterized by XRD, EDX, FTIR and FESEM observation. Sb2Te3 compound structure was confirmed by XRD pattern and agreed well with the results of EDX quantitative analysis and coulometric analysis. FESEM micrographs showed that the deposit was composed of fine nano particles with size of about 20 nm. FESEM image of the cross section showed that the deposited films were very smooth and dense with thickness of about 190 nm. The optical band gap of the deposited Sb2Te3 film was determined as 0.42 eV by FTIR spectroscopy, and it was blue shifted in comparison with that of the bulk Sb2Te3 single crystal due to its nanocrystalline microstructure.

Temporary capture efficiency is studied in the framework of the circular restricted three-body problem in two ***, a non-uniform distribution of test particles around the secondary's orbit is obtained by fully accounting the secondary's gravitational influence. Second, the capture efficiency is computed based on the non-uniform distribution. Several factors influencing the result are discussed. By studying the capture efficiency in the circular restricted three-body problem of different mass ratios, a power-law relation between the capture efficiency(p) and the mass ratio(μ) is established, which is given by p ≈ 0.27 × μ^(0.53), within the range of 3.0035 ×10^(-6)≤ μ ≤ 3.0034 × 10^(-5). Taking the Sun–Earth system as an example, the influence from the orbit eccentricity of the secondary on the non-uniform distribution and the capture efficiency is studied. Our studies find that the secondary's orbit eccentricity has a negative influence on the capture efficiency.

The effect of different scales thermoelectric magnetic convection(TEMC)on the radial solidification microstructure of hypereutectic Al alloy has been investigated under transverse static magnetic field during directional solidification,focusing on the formation of *** experimental and numerical simulation results indicate that the TEMC circulation at sample scale under transverse static magnetic field leads to the enrichment of solute Al on one side of the *** TEMC and the solute enrichment degree increase with the increase of magnetic field when the magnetic field increases to 0.5 *** enrichment degree of solute elements under magnetic field is affected by temperature gradient and growth *** non-uniform distribution of solute Al in the radial direction of the sample results in the non-uniform distribution of primary dendrite arm spacing(PDAS).Moreover,the applied magnetic field can lead to freckle formation and its number increases with the increase of magnetic *** change of freckle is consistent with the anisotropy TEMC caused by the anisotropy of primary dendrite or primary dendrite network under magnetic ***,the mechanism of synergism effect of the anisotropy TEMC,the distribution of solute Al and the PDAS on freckle formation and evolution is studied during directional solidification under magnetic field.

This paper investigates limited-budget consensus design and analysis problems of general high-order multiagent systems with intermittent communications and switching *** main contribution of this paper is that the tradeoff design between the energy consumption and the consensus performance can be realized while achieving leaderless or leaderfollowing consensus,under constraints of limited budgets and intermittent ***,a new intermittent limitedbudget consensus control protocol with a practical trade-off design index is proposed,where the total budget of the whole multiagent system is ***,leaderless limited-budget consensus design and analysis criteria are derived,in which the matrix variables of linear matrix inequalities are determined according to the total budget and the practical trade-off design ***,an explicit formulation of the consensus function is derived to describe the consensus state trajectory of the whole ***,a new two-stage transformation strategy is utilized for leader-following cases,by which the dynamics decomposition of leaderless and leader-following cases can be converted into a unified framework,and sufficient conditions of the leader-following limited-budget consensus design and analysis are determined via those of the leaderless ***,numerical simulations are given to illustrate theoretical results.

Affected by climate warming and shady–sunny slope effect,the permafrost foundation under the railway is undergoing a significant asymmetric degradation process;research on the corresponding regulating or strengthening measures is urgently *** on a well developed of numerical model,we analyzed the‘thermal repair’effect of three redesigned differential thermal reinforcement on the partially degraded permafrost embankment with *** results show that,when used as a strengthening measure,the method of laying crushed rock revetment(CRR)with different thicknesses on the sunny and shady slopes cannot completely eliminate the residual warm permafrost regions formed in the previous thermal *** the TCRR scheme is adopted for reinforcement,although horizontal region from the evaporation section of thermosyphones(TPCTs)to the right side of the embankment is remarkably cooled,permafrost under the sunny slope is still *** the long run,both ETCRR and TCECRR reinforcement schemes can produce a large range of‘cold core’right below the whole ***,from the perspective of the simultaneous functioning range and cold storage capacity,the TCECRR scheme is signally more *** thermal insulation materials in the above composite strengthening measures can not only resist the heat input in the warm season,but also improve their working efficiency by maintaining the temperature difference between the evaporation section of the heat pipe and the external environment in cold *** addition of crushed rock revetment in TCECRR has played its thermal semiconductor effect and further improved the comprehensive thermal repair efficiency of the composite measures.

Curettage of benign bone tumor is a common cause for bone *** such bone defect repair,autogenous bone,allogeneic bone and traditional artificial bone graft substitutes have many *** recent years,a biomimetic mineralized collagen(MC)with similar composition and microstructures to the natural bone matrix was developed and used for treating various bone *** this work,a retrospective study analyzed clinical outcomes of patients treated with curettage of benign bone tumors and bone grafting with MC,in comparison to another group treated with the same surgical method and autogenous ***-Sandhu X-ray score of the autogenous bone group was superior to the MC group at 1 month after the operation,but the two groups had no statistical difference at 6 and 12 *** MC group was better in Musculoskeletal Tumor Society scoring at 1 and 6 months after the operation,and the two groups had no statistical difference at 12 ***,the MC performed not as good as autogenous bone in early stage of bone healing but achieved comparable outcomes in long-term ***,the MC has advantages in function recovery and avoided potential complications induced by harvesting autogenous bone.

Friction force is a crucial factor causing power loss and fatigue spalling of rolling element bearings.A combined experimental and analytical method is proposed to quantitatively determine the elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)friction force distribution between rollers and outer raceway in a cylindrical roller bearing(CRB).An experimental system with the instrumented bearing and housing was developed for measuring radial load distribution and friction torque of bearings.A simplified model of friction force expressed by dimensionless speed,load,and material parameters was *** inequality constrained optimization problem was established and solved by using an experimental data-driven learning algorithm for determining the uncertain parameters in the *** effect of speed,load,and lubricant property on friction force and friction coefficient was discussed.
