This paper discussed the petrological characteristics and coal facies of No.6 coal seam from the Haerwusu Mine, Jungar Coalfield, Inner Mongolia by using of coal petrology and geochemistry. No.6 coal facies can be divided into 3 types, arid forest peat swamp （including two subfacies） and reed peat swamp, respectively. From bottom to top, the development of peat swamps present wavy changes, and three coal facies types appear alternately, with obvious thyme. According to the parameters, 11 secondary sequences were identified of the peat swamps of No.6 coal seam. The results indicate that the mire formed in brackish water-fresh water weak regression environment, changed in excess oxygen and poor oxygen, and reflected the characteristics of transition phase.

Fura-2 was first used to monitor intracellular RE(3+). The characterizations of RE3+-Fura-2 interactions in solutions simulating intracellular ionic composition show that La3+ and Y3+ both form 1:1 RE(3+)-fura-2 complexes. The apparent dissociation constants are 1.61×10(-7)M,and 4.04×10(-7)M,respectively. The mouse myeloma(SP2/0) cells exposed to free RE(3+) or free RE(3+) and some small molecules in body were Studied by single cell canon measurement *** results support the assumption that RE(3+) ions cannot enter the cytoplasm of living cells, and the small molecules used in our experiments couldn't improve the permeability of RE(3+)ions.

To understand the geochemical characteristics of the No.9 coal in the Daheng Mine of the Ningwu coalfield,the trace element analysis was conducted through X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The sedimentary environment was discussed according to the element geochemical *** results show that Li,Ga,Hf,Zr,Nb,Th,and Ta are slightly enriched in the No.9 coal of Daheng *** average value of the rare earth elements and yttrium(ΣREY)in coal here is 144.20μg/g(excluding parting),which is higher than the average value ofΣREY in the world’s coal and China’s *** light rare earth elements(LREY)are *** content of Eu was 0.12‒2.10μg/g with an average of 0.57μg/g,and the Eu is obviously negatively *** of the trace elements in the coal are positively correlated with the ash content,which shows that the occurrence of these trace elements is related to inorganic *** results of sequential chemical extraction experiments show that rare earth elements mainly exist in coal in the form of *** value of the Sr/Ba and the content of S reflect that the coal-forming environment was influenced by *** values of V/Cr and Ni/Co reflect that the peat swamp is in an anaerobic environment and a strongly reducing environment during the coal-forming period.

Background： Schizophrenia （SCZ） is a severe, debilitating, and complex psychiatric disorder with multiple causative factors. An increasing number of studies have determined that rare variations play an important role in its etiology. A somatic mutation is a rare form of genetic variation that occurs at an early stage of embryonic development and is thought to contribute substantially to the development of SCZ. The aim of the study was to explore the novel pathogenic somatic single nucleotide variations （SNVs） and somatic insertions and deletions （indels） of SCZ. Methods： One Chinese family with a monozygotic （MZ） twin pair discordant for SCZ was included. Whole exome sequencing was performed in the co-twin and their parents. Rigorous filtering processes were conducted to prioritize pathogenic somatic variations, and all identified SNVs and indels were further confirmed by Sanger sequencing. Results： One somatic SNV and two somatic indels were identified after rigorous selection processes. However, none was validated by Sanger sequencing. Conclusions： This study is not alone in the failure to identify pathogenic somatic variations in MZ twins, suggesting that exonic somatic variations are extremely rare. Further efforts are warranted to explore the potential genetic mechanism of SCZ.

目的 :观察乌拉地尔对气管内插管围拔管期心血管反应的影响。方法 :30例择期外科手术病人。 ASA ～级 ,除外高血压 ,心脑血管疾患。随机分为 A组、B组。术中全部采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉。手术结束时 :A组 ( n =1 5 )给乌拉地尔 0 .1 5 mg/kg静脉注射 ,清醒后拔管指征明确 ,吸痰后充分吸氧 ,行气管拔管。 B组 ( n =1 5 )手术结束时 ,清醒后拔管指征明确 ,吸痰后充分吸氧 ,行气管拔管。结果 :两组术毕 SBP基础值相似。 A组吸痰拔管后 BP、HR、RPP呈平稳趋势。SBP>2 0 k Pa仅 1例 ,DBP、HR变化不大。B组吸痰后拔管 BP、HR、RPP较术毕升高 ,SBP>2 0 k Pa9例 ,DBP>1 3k Pa4例 ,HR>1 0 0次 /min4例 ,两组间差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组无 1例发生低血压。结论

为研究岩石在单轴压缩与巴西劈裂加栽条件下声发射信号的频率特性，在RMT-150C岩石力学试验系统上对流纹斑岩开展了单轴压缩和巴西劈裂条件下的声发射实验。实验结果表明：在单轴压缩实验中，声发射信号的峰值频率分布在550kHz以下，550kHz以上的信号极少，并且100kHZ以下的信号占大多数；而巴西劈裂实验中，声发射信号的峰值频率也分布在550kHZ以下，以100～200kHZ的信号为主。此外，岩样在单轴压缩破坏过程中声发射信号的峰值频率在达到峰值应力前明显降低，而巴西劈裂破坏过程中声发射信号的峰值频率主要集中在100～200kHZ之间，在达到峰值应力前50kHZ左右的低频信号开始增多，但变化不明显。

Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3N4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3N4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

BACKGROUND Blonanserin(BNS)is a well-tolerated and effective drug for treating *** To investigate which types of patients would obtain the most benefit from BNS *** A total of 3306 participants were evaluated in a 12-week,prospective,multicenter,open-label post-marketing surveillance study of *** psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)scores were calculated to evaluate the effectiveness of BNS,and its safety was assessed with the incidence of adverse drug *** regression was used to screen the influencing factors for the reduction of BPRS total score,and logistic regression was used to identify patients with a better response to *** The baseline BPRS total score(48.8±15.03)decreased to 27.7±10.08 at 12 weeks(P<0.001).Extrapyramidal symptoms(14.6%)were found to be the most frequent adverse drug *** acute phase,baseline BPRS total score,current episode duration,number of previous episodes,dose of concomitant antipsychotics,and number of types of sedative-hypnotic agents were found to be independent factors affecting the reduction of BPRS total score after treatment ***,patients in the acute phase with baseline BPRS total score≥45,current episode duration<3 months,and≤3 previous episodes derived greater benefit from 12-week treatment with *** Patients in the acute phase with more severe symptoms,shorter current episode duration,fewer previous episodes,and a lower psychotropic drug load derived the greatest benefit from treatment with BNS.
