Reducing CO_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry,a typical heavy CO_(2)-emitting sector is the only way that must be passed to achieve the‘dual-carbon’goal,especially in *** previous studies,however,it is still unknown what is the difference between blast furnace basic oxygen furnace(BF-BOF),scrap-electric furnace(scrap-EF)and hydrogen metallurgy *** quantitative research on the key factors affecting CO_(2)emissions is insufficient There is also a lack of research on the prediction of CO_(2)emissions by adjusting industria *** on material flow analysis,this study establishes carbon flow diagrams o three processes,and then analyze the key factors affecting CO_(2)***_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry in the future is predicted by adjusting industrial structure The results show that:(1)The CO_(2)emissions of BF-BOF,scrap-EF and hydrogen metallurgy process in a site are 1417.26,542.93 and 1166.52 kg,respectively.(2)By increasing pellet ratio in blast furnace,scrap ratio in electric furnace,etc.,can effectively reduce CO_(2)emissions(3)Reducing the crude steel output is the most effective CO_(2)reduction *** is still 5.15×10^(8)-6.17×10^(8) tons of CO_(2)that needs to be reduced by additional measures.

Diamond particles reinforced aluminum–silicon matrix composites,abbreviated as Al（Si）/diamond composites,were fabricated by squeeze *** effect of Si content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were *** mechanical properties are found to increase monotonically with Si content increasing up to 7.0 wt%.The Al-7.0 wt% Si/diamond composite exhibits tensile strength of 78 MPa,bending strength of 230 MPa,and compressive strength of426 ***–Si eutectic phases are shown to connect with Al matrix and diamond particles tightly,which is responsible for the enhancement of mechanical properties in the Al（Si）/diamond composites.

Hot compression experiments of 316LN stainless steel were carried out on Gleeble-3500 thermo-simulator in deforma- tion temperature range of 1 223-1 423 K and strain rate range of 0.001-1 s 1. The flow behavior was investigated to evaluate the workability and optimize the hot forging process of 316LN stainless steel pipes. Constitutive relationship of 316LN stainless steel was comparatively studied by a modified Arrhenius-type analytical constitutive model considering the effect of strain and by an ar- tificial neural network model. The accuracy and effectiveness of two models were respectively quantified by the correlation coeffi- cient and absolute average relative error. The results show that both models have high reliabilities and could meet the requirements of engineering calculation. Compared with the analytical constitutive model, the artificial neural network model has a relatively higher predictability and is easier to work in cooperation with finite element analysis software.

The hot compression behavior of the nickel-based heat-resistant alloy C-HRA-2®was investigated by a Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator with the deformation temperature range of 950-1150℃and the strain rate of 0.001-10 s^−*** constitutive equation of the alloy was established by using a hyperbolic sine function,and the peak stress followed a power law relationship with the Zener-Hollomon parameter(Z).The activation energy was about 446 kJ mol^−1 for the whole hot deformation domain in this *** optimum hot deformation condition was obtained in the temperature range of 1050-1150℃and the strain rate range of 0.005-0.1 s^−*** domains during the hot deformation would occur in the strain rate range of 0.1-10 s^−1 with inhomogeneous microstructure and high-density twins in the *** dominant nucleation mechanism of dynamic recrystallization(DRX)was continuous dynamic recrystallization with sub-grain rotation at high strain rate,while DRX at low strain rate was discontinuous dynamic recrystallization with original grain boundaries bulging.

Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) Li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) Li and p+^(7) Li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the *** reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in *** the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)Li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted *** optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential *** calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing ***,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the *** agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction *** on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) Li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles.

One-step conversion of methane and formaldehyde into ethanol is a 100% atom-efficient process for carbon resources utilization and environment protection but still faces eminent challenges due to the lacking of efficient catalysts. Therefore, developing active and stable catalysts is crucial for the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde. Herein, twelve kinds of “Single-Atom”-“Frustrated Lewis Pair”(SA-FLP)dual-active-site catalysts are designed for the direct conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol based on density functional theory(DFT) calculations and microkinetic simulations. The results show that the SA-FLP dual active sites can simultaneously activate methane at the SA site and activate formaldehyde at the FLP site. Among the twelve designed SA-FLP catalysts, Fe1-FLP shows the best performance in the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol with the rate-determining barrier of 1.15 e *** is proved as the main product with the turnover frequency of 1.32 × 10^(-4)s^(-1)at 573 K and 3 *** work provides a universal strategy to design dual active sites on metal oxide materials and offers new insights into the effective conversion of methane and formaldehyde to desired C_(2) chemicals.
