Typically,smart grid systems enhance the ability of conventional power system networks as it is vulnerable to several kinds of *** vulnerabil-ities might cause the attackers or intruders to collapse the entire network system thus breaching the conﬁdentiality and integrity of smart grid ***,for this purpose,Intrusion detection system(IDS)plays a pivotal part in offering a reliable and secured range of services in the smart grid *** exist-ing approaches are there to detect the intrusions in smart grid framework,however they are utilizing an old dataset to detect anomaly thus resulting in reduced rate of detection accuracy in real-time and huge data *** as to overcome these limitations,the proposed technique is presented which employs both real-time raw data from the smart grid network and KDD99 dataset thus detecting anoma-lies in the smart grid *** the grid side data acquisition,the power trans-mitted to the grid is checked and enhanced in terms of power quality by eradicating distortion in transmission *** this approach,power quality in the smart grid network is enhanced by rectifying the fault using a FACT device termed UPQC(Uniﬁed Power Quality Controller)and thereby storing the data in cloud *** data from smart grid cloud storage and KDD99 are pre-pro-cessed and are optimized using Improved Aquila Swarm Optimization(IASO)to extract optimal *** probabilistic Recurrent Neural Network(PRNN)classiﬁer is then employed for the prediction and classiﬁcation of *** last,the performance is estimated and the outcomes are projected in terms of grid voltage,grid current,Total Harmonic Distortion(THD),voltage sag/swell,accu-racy,precision,recall,F-score,false acceptance rate(FAR),and detection rate of the classiﬁ*** analysis is compared with existing techniques to validate the proposed model efﬁciency.

Adult progenitor cells activation is a key event in the formation of adult *** Drosophilat formation of abdominal adult trachea depends on the specific activation of tracheal adult progenitors(tracheoblasts)at the Tr4 and Tr5 spiracular *** of these tracheoblasts generates a pool of tracheal cells that migrate toward the posterior part of the trachea by the activation of the branchless/fibroblast growth factor(Bnl/FGF)signaling to form the abdominal adult ***,we show that,in addition to migration,Bnl/FGF signaling,mediated by the transcription factor Pointed,is also required for tracheoblast *** tracheoblast activation relies on the expression of the FGF ligand bnl in their nearby ***,we show that,in the absence of the transcription factor Cut(Ct),Bnl/FGF signaling induces endoreplication of tracheoblasts partially by promoting fizzy-related ***,our results suggest a dual role of Bnl/FGF signaling in tracheoblasts,inducing both proliferation and endoreplication,depending on the presence or absence of the transcription factor Ct,respectively.

With the significant improvement of microgrid technology, microgrid has gained large-scale ***, the existence of intermittent distributed generations, nonlinear loads and various electrical and electronic devices causes power quality problem in microgrid, especially in islanding mode. An accurate and fast disturbance detection method which is the premise of power quality control is necessary. Aiming at the end effect and the mode mixing of original Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT), an improved HHT with adaptive waveform matching extension is proposed in this paper. The innovative waveform matching extension method considers not only the depth of waveform, but also the rise time and fall time. Both simulations and field experiments have verified the correctness and validity of the improved HHT for power quality disturbance detection in microgrid.

BACKGROUND Benign recurrent intrahepatic cholestasis(BRIC)is a rare autosomal recessive liver disease,causing episodic cholestasis with intense *** case report highlights the effectiveness of early plasmapheresis as a therapeutic option for BRIC type 2,offering rapid symptom relief and early termination of cholestatic *** contributes to the limited evidence supporting plasmapheresis as a treatment for BRIC flares resistant to conventional *** SUMMARY A 43-year-old male with BRIC type 2 presented with fatigue,jaundice,and severe pruritus,triggered by a recent mild severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 *** results confirmed cholestasis with elevated bilirubin and alkaline ***-line pharmacological treatments,including cholestyramine and rifampicin,*** nasobiliary drainage was ineffective,prompting initiation of *** intervention rapidly relieved pruritus,with complete biochemical normalisation after 11 *** years later,a similar episode occurred,and early reinitiation of plasmapheresis led to symptom resolution within two sessions and biochemical recovery within two *** patient tolerated the procedure well,with no adverse effects ***-up showed no signs of cholestasis *** Plasmapheresis is a safe and effective option for therapy-refractory BRIC type 2,particularly when initiated early in cholestasis.

The uptake of metals in roots and their transfer to rhizomes and above-ground plant parts（stems, leaves） of cattails（Typha latifolia L.） were studied in leachates from a domestic landfill site（Etueffont, France） and treated in a natural lagooning system. Plant parts and corresponding water and sediment samples were taken at the inflow and outflow points of the four ponds at the beginning and at the end of the growing season. Concentrations of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn in the different compartments were estimated and their removal efficiency assessed, reaching more than 90% for Fe, Mn and Ni in spring and fall as well in the water compartment. The above-and below-ground cattail biomass varied from 0.21 to 0.85, and 0.34 to 1.24 kg dry weight/m^2, respectively, the highest values being recorded in the fourth pond in spring 2011. The root system was the first site of accumulation before the rhizome, stem and leaves. The highest metal concentration was observed in roots from cattails growing at the inflow of the system＇s first pond. The trend in the average trace element concentrations in the cattail plant organs can generally be expressed as： Fe 〉 Mn 〉 As 〉 Zn 〉 Cr 〉 Cu 〉 Ni 〉 Cd for both spring and fall. While T. latifolia removes trace elements efficiently from landfill leachates, attention should also be paid to the negative effects of these elements on plant growth.
