Dear Editor,Extramammary Paget disease(EMPD)is a rare adenocarcinoma that originates in the apocrine gland-rich skin and usually affects the perineal skin(primary EMPD)or represents the intraepithelial spread of an underlying visceral carcinoma(secondary EMPD).Approximately half of EMPD cases are confined to the epidermis,which was defined as intraepithelial EMPD.

Cubic Mn_(2)Ru_(x)Ga Heusler compound is a typical example of compensated ferrimagnet with attractive potential for high-density,ultrafast,and low-power spintronic *** the form of epitaxial thin films,Mn_(2)Ru_(x)Ga exhibits high spin polarization and high tunability of compensation temperature by freely changing the Ru content x in a broad range(0.3ycrystalline bulk buttons prepared by arc melting are systematically studied and it is found that in equilibrium bulk form,the cubic structure is unstable when xyed with a fourth element *** adjusting the content of V in the By adjusting the content of V in the Mn_(2)Ru_(0.75)V_(y)Ga and Mn_(2.25-y)Ru_(0.75)V_(y)Ga quaternary systems the magnetic compensation temperature is *** is achieved near 300 K which is confirmed by both the magnetic measurement and anomalous Hall effect *** analyses of the anomalous Hall effect scaling in quaternary Mn-Ru-V-Ga alloy reveal the dominant role of skew scattering,notably that contributed caused by the thermally excited phonons,in contrast to the dominant intrinsic mechanism found in many other 3d ferromagnets and Heusler *** is further shown that the Ga antisites and V content can simultaneously control the residual resistivity ratio(RRR)as well as the relative contribution of phonon and defect to the anomalous Hall effect a"/a0'in Mn-Ru-V-Ga,resulting in a scaling relation a"/a0'∝RRR^(1.8).

膝关节单髁置换术(UKA)作为近年来逐渐兴起的一种术式,由于其显著的临床优势,被认为是解决膝关节疼痛及恢复良好功能的有效方法。20世纪80年代Kozinn和Scott等代表提出的经典适应证长期以来一直作为UKA的选择标准。然而,随着治疗理念、手术器械、手术技术和假体设计的改进,这些30多年前提出的适应证显得过于局限,导致UKA的推广应用受到一定限制。具体来说,外科医生对基于肥胖、年龄、髌股关节炎、严重膝内翻畸形、前交叉韧带功能缺失、屈曲挛缩、胫骨高位截骨术后失败和创伤后关节炎等问题提出了新的观点。为此,本文将根据目前的证据简要论述涉及UKA适应证的现代观点,以期为读者提供一些参考。

Magnesium(Mg)is a promising alternative to lithium(Li)as an anode material in solid-state batteries due to its abundance and high theoretical volumetric ***,the sluggish Mg-ion conduction in the lattice of solidstate electrolytes(SSEs)is one of the key challenges that hamper the development of Mg-ion solid-state *** various Mg-ion SSEs have been reported in recent years,key insights are hard to be derived from a single literature ***,the structure-performance relationships of Mg-ion SSEs need to be further unraveled to provide a more precise design guideline for *** this viewpoint article,we analyze the structural characteristics of the Mg-based SSEs with high ionic conductivity reported in the last four decades based upon data mining-we provide big-data-derived insights into the challenges and opportunities in developing next-generation Mg-ion SSEs.

Litchi downy blight, caused by the plant pathogenic oomycete Peronophythora litchii, is one of the most devastating diseases on litchi and resulted in huge economic losses. Autophagy plays an essential role in the development and pathogenicity of the filamentous fungi. However, the function of autophagy in oomycetes remain elusive. Here, an autophagy-related protein Atg3 homolog PlAtg3 was identified and characterized in P. litchii. The absence of PlATG3 through the CRISPR/Cas9 gene replacement strategy compromised vegetative growth and sexual/asexual development. Cytological analyses revealed that the deletion of PlATG3 impaired autophagosome formation with monodansylcadaverine(MDC) staining and significantly disrupted zoospore release due to defects of sporangial cleavage with FM4-64 staining. Atg8 is considered to be an autophagy marker protein in various species. Western blot analysis indicated that PlAtg3 is involved in degradation of PlAtg8-PE. Interestingly, PlAtg3 was unable to interact with PlAtg8 in yeast two hybrid(y2H) assays, possibly due to the absence of the Atg8 family interacting motif(AIM) in PlAtg3. Furthermore, pathogenicity assays revealed that the deletion of PlATG3 considerably reduced the virulence of P. litchii. Taken together, our data reveal that PlAtg3 plays an important role in radial growth, asexual/sexual development, sporangial cleavage and zoospore release, autophagosome formation, and pathogenicity in P. litchii. This study contributes to a better understanding of the pathogenicity mechanisms of P. litchii and provides insights for the development of more effective strategies to control oomycete diseases.

为进一步研发并提升猪肉丸产品品质,研究采用Plackett-Burman结合Box-Behnken试验设计,以硬度、内聚性、弹性、咀嚼性四个质构指标的综合评分为指标,优化琯溪蜜柚海绵层水溶性抗氧化膳食纤维(Soluble antioxidant dietary fiber,SADF)猪肉丸的加工配方,分别考察SADF(羟自由基清除率为IC_(50)=0.92 mg/mL)、玉米淀粉、食盐、复合磷酸盐以及水分添加量对猪肉丸硬度(X_(1))、内聚性(X_(2))、弹性(X_(3))、咀嚼性(X_(4))及质构综合评分(y)的影响,基于上述结果,采用Plackett-Burman设计筛选对实验结果影响较为显著的因素(SADF、玉米淀粉以及水分添加量)进行Box-Behnken响应曲面优化试验,并用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察猪肉丸微观结构。结果表明:采用降维分析法提得两个公共因子,确立猪肉丸y值计算公式为:y=(84.055y_(1)+15.627y_(2))/99.681(y_(1)=0.234X_(1)+0.259X_(2)+0.297X_(3)+0.296X_(4),y_(2)=0.989X_(1)-0.784X_(2)-0.010X_(3)-0.084X_(4));最终得到猪肉丸最优配方为:琯溪蜜柚海绵层SADF添加量为6.49%,玉米淀粉添加量为18.64%,水添加量为29.98%,此时猪肉丸质构综合评分最高(1.2782分),猪肉丸软硬适中、粘弹性优良;经光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察猪肉丸微观结构显示,6.49%SADF添加组肉丸较之未添加SADF组能够明显改善猪肉丸的整体结构,使其微观结构细密均匀,内部凝胶网络相互交联程度增强。综上,本研究不仅提升了猪肉丸的营养与质构品质,还实现了蜜柚废弃物的综合利用,为肉糜类食品品质优化提升提供了新思路。

We have conducted a comprehensive investigation into the bright single pulse emission from PSR B1133+16using the Giant Metrewave Radio *** time resolution data(61μs)were obtained at a center frequency of 322 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz over a continuous observation period of 7.45 hr.A total of 1082 bright pulses were sporadically detected with peak flux densities ranging from 10 to 23 times stronger than the average pulse ***,no giant pulse-like emission with a relative pulse energy larger than 10 and extremely short duration was detected,indicating that these bright pulses cannot be categorized as giant pulse *** majority of these bright pulses are concentrated in pulse phases at both the leading and trailing windows of the average pulse profile,with an occurrence ratio of approximately *** pulse energy distribution for all individual pulses can be described by a combination of two Gaussian components and a cutoff power-law with an index of α=-*** updated nulling fraction of 15.35%±0.45% was determined from the energy *** emission of individual pulses follows a log-normal distribution in peak flux density *** is imperative that regular phase drifting in bright pulse sequence is identified in both the leading and trailing components for the first *** physical mechanisms are discussed in detail to provide insights into these observations.
