Macro-and micro-interface instability of SiO_(x)anode caused by its dramatic volume variation during cycling will result in low Coulombic efficiency and rapid capacity *** this work,an organic-inorganic composite interfacial layer rich in benzene ring groups,polyisocyanates,and LiF was obtained on SiO_(x)anode by the introduction of 4-fluorophenyl isocyanate(FPI)and fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)co-additives in *** SiO_(x)anode material shows a capacity retention of 69.2%after 100 cycles at a current density of 1 A g^(-1)and rate capacity of 523 m A h g^(-1)at the current density of 3A g^(-1),while the SiO_(x)anode cycling in reference electrolyte has almost no capacity.

目的对比药物涂层球囊(DCB)血管成形术与药物洗脱支架(DES)置入术应用于冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月于北部战区总医院心血管内科行冠脉造影显示为CTO病变并成功开通的89例连续入选患者为研究对象,随访期1年,依据2021年DCB亚太专家共识,将治疗方案分为DCB组(n=32)与DES组(n=57);主要观察终点为1年随访患者靶血管血运重建(TVR)情况;次要终点为患者血管造影行定量冠脉造影检查(QCA),靶血管的最小管腔直径(MLD)、平均管腔直径(MVD)、参考管腔直径(RFD)以及晚期管腔直径扩大(LLE)等情况;安全性终点包括手术即时安全性、主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生率、出血学术研究联合会(BARC)出血分级增加率。结果本研究平均随访时间为(12±3)个月,两组患者术后1年的TVR发生率分别为12.50%、10.53%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);安全终点中,两组患者MACE发生率分别为12.50%、12.28%,BRAC出血分级增加率分别为12.50%、14.04%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在次要终点中,两组MLD、MVD、RFD比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组的LLE分别为0.13(0,0.57)mm、-0.03(-0.22,0)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DCB应用于CTO病变不劣于DES应用于CTO病变,在预扩张充分且无严重夹层血肿的CTO病变中,应用DCB方案的患者远期管腔直径增加明显大于单纯DES方案。

Heavy metal(loid)s contamination is a constant issue at smelting *** is essential to investigate the spatial distribution and migration characteristics of heavy metal(loid)s in the soil for environmental management and remediation strategies of non-ferrous smelting *** this study,203 soil samples from 57 sites were collected in a typical lead smelting *** findings demonstrated that there were significant Pb,Zn,Cd,and As contamination in soil *** spatial distribution of heavy metal(loid)s showed strong spatial heterogeneity,the contaminated soil areas of Pb,As,Cd,and Zn were 99.5%,98.9%,85.3%,and 72.4%,***,Cd,and As contamination of the soil reached a depth of 5 m,which migrated from the surface to deep soil *** leaching contents of Zn,Pb,and As decreased obviously in 3-4 m soil layer,but the leaching content of Cd was still high,which indicated the high migration of *** the increase of depth,the proportion of acid soluble fraction of heavy metal(loid)s decreased,and the residual fraction *** acid soluble fraction of Cd accounted for a higher proportion,and As mainly existed in reducible and residual fractions in *** to the calculation of the migration factor,the migration of heavy metal(loid)s in soils were ordered as Cd>Zn>Pb>*** outcomes are advantageous for risk reduction and site remediation for non-ferrous metal smelting sites.

肾脏肿瘤良恶性的影像学研究

目的比较肾脏肿瘤不同类型患者的基线特征,同时对比核磁共振检查(MRI)、CT以及多普勒超声三种影像学检查方法对于肾脏肿瘤的有无及良恶性诊断能力的一致性。方法回顾性收集解放军总医院第三医学中心2021年2月-2022年1月经过MRI检查的肾脏肿瘤患者118例,部分患者入院时同时进行CT和多普勒超声检查。满足正态的计量资料组间比较采用t检验;不满足正态分布的计量资料组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U秩和检验。计数资料组间比较采用卡方检验或Fisher精确概率法。MRI、CT以及多普勒超声三种影像学检查结果的一致性检验采用Kappa检验。结果118例接受MRI检查的研究对象中,良性肾脏肿瘤患者64例(54.24%),恶性肾脏肿瘤患者117例(99.15%),63例(53.85%)患者同时患有良性和恶性肾脏肿瘤。同时患有良性和恶性肾脏肿瘤的患者中男性患者的比例(49例,77.78%)显著高于仅有良性或者仅有恶性的肾脏肿瘤患者(32例,58.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.239,P=0.021)。同时患有良性和恶性肾脏肿瘤的患者的中位年龄(59岁;四分位间距:52-65岁)显著高于仅有良性或者仅有恶性的肾脏肿瘤患者(50岁;四分位间距:43-58岁),差异有统计学意义。27名患者同时做了MRI、CT和多普勒超声三种检查,MRI方法检查中患者均为肾脏肿瘤患者,CT检查中诊断为肾脏肿瘤有26人,超声检查中诊断为肾脏肿瘤的有24人,CT检查与MRI检查的一致性比较差(kappa=0.04;95%CI,-0.11~0.48);超声与MRI检查的一致性比较差(kappa=0.11;95%CI,-0.01~0.23);MRI检查中有15例患者诊断为良性肾脏肿瘤,CT检查中有1例患者诊断为良性肾脏肿瘤,两者的一致性较差(kappa=0.09;95%CI,-0.08~0.26),超声检查中2例患者为良性肾脏肿瘤,12例患者良恶性无法判读。结论男性和年龄较大的人更容易患恶性肾脏肿瘤。MRI检查在肾癌患者的诊断及良恶性判断方面优于CT检查和超声检查,可以弥补CT检查和超声检查的不足。临床中MRI可为肿瘤的诊断及治疗方案的制定提供一定的参考依据,临床应用及推广价值较高。

Cor a 14 is one of the most vital allergens in hazelnuts. However， the features of intestinal metabolites and microbiota associated with Cor a 14-induced allergy remain unclear. In this study， we established a hazelnut Cor a 14-allergic BALB/c mice model， which was distinguished by the dropped temperature and enhanced allergic inflammatory factor levels in serum. Faeces were collected to detect characteristics of the intestinal metabolites by untargeted metabolomics and the gut microbiota by 16S rRNA sequencing. The α- and β-diversity of gut microbiota in Cor a 14-allergic mice differed from the controls with elevated relative abundance of Lactobacillus and reduced relative abundances of Odoribacter， Chloroplast， Alistipes and Lachnospiraceae＿NK4A136＿group. Untargeted metabolomics results revealed that 238 significantly differential metabolites (111 up-regulated， 127 down-regulated) were identified， of which， L-tryptophan， histamine and N-acetylhistamine were remarkably accumulated and primarily enriched in the enhanced L-tryptophan and histidine metabolism pathways. Spearman correlation analysis suggested that L-tryptophan was positively correlated with allergic indicators and screened as the potential biomarker for Cor a 14 allergy. Collectively， our findings uncovered the characteristics of intestinal metabolites and gut microbiota during Cor a 14 anaphylaxis and provided new potential insights for diagnosis of hazelnut allergy.

Cracks have consistently been a significant challenge limiting the development of additive manufactured nickel-based *** is essential to investigate the location of cracks and their forming *** study extensively examines the impact of solidification process,microstructural evolution,and stress concentration on crack initiation during direct energy deposition(DED).The results emphasize that the crack formation is significantly related to large-angle grain boundaries,rapid cooling *** caused by large-angle grain boundaries and a fast-cooling rate predominantly appear near the edge of the deposited *** cracks are more likely to form near the top of the deposited sample,due to the presence ofγ/γ'*** secondary dendritic arm and the carbides in the interdendritic regions can obstruct liquid flow during the final stage of solidification,which results in the formation of solidification cracks and *** work paves the way to avoid cracks in nickel-based superalloys fabricated by DED,thereby enhancing the performance of superalloys.

为了探讨不同处理对大棚草莓连作土壤和果实品质的影响,以未处理为对照(CK),研究了甜玉米轮作、棉隆消毒、生物炭利用、菌渣混土等7个不同修复技术对处理后土壤理化性质、植株生长、果实品质、产量的影响。结果表明:甜玉米轮作处理(T1)土壤含水量、容重最高,EC值最低,养分含量除了全氮、全钾、碱解氮、有效锌外最低,盐分离子含量均低于CK;小麦秸秆炭处理(T3)土壤含水量、容重较低,EC值最高,pH值高于CK,有机质、全磷、有效磷、有效铜、有效锌含量最高,盐分离子含量除了F-和Cl-外均高于CK;T1草莓植株生长指标高于CK,单果重、单株产量高,果实硬度大,可溶性固形物含量高,糖酸比、固酸比最高。综上所述,T3可有效改善土壤板结和酸化,减少养分损失;T1土壤保水性好,养分利用率高,可消耗部分过多养分,减轻土壤富营养化,减缓连作土壤次生盐渍化,促进植株健康生长,提高果实品质和产量。
