A series of novel title compounds 6a-6r and 7a-7c have been synthesized by Mannich reaction of the new triazole Schiff base intermidiates, substituted piperazine and formaldehyde under mild conditions in excellent yields. The crystal structure of compound 6i was determined to show a chair conformation of the piperazine ring and an （E）-configuration of the C=N double bond. The bioassay results indicated that most of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited excellent in vitro inhibitory activities and broader spectrum against several plant fungi, and were more effective than the control Triadimefon. Several compounds also displayed favourable in vivo antifungal activities. The relationships between the compound structures and various biological activities were discussed. Furthermore, the CoMFA calculation based on the antifungal activity data of compounds 6 against R. cerealis was carried out to establish a 3D-QSAR model, which revealed that steric and electrostatic fields were two most important factors for contributing the bioactivity of the compounds. The present work will provide significant information for guiding optimization of such new structures to develop novel agrochemicals with higher antifungal activities.

A series of novel N-tert-butyl-N＇-acyl-5-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbohydrazides were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by melting points, ^1H NMR, IR, ESI-MS, and elemental analysis. The bioassay tests indicated that compound 7o exhibited excellent direct anti-TMV activity and induction activity in vivo at 50μg/mL, which was better than that of Ninamycin and tiadinial. Our studies indicated that 1,2,3-thiadiazole was an active substructure for novel pesticide development.

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazoles containing 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis and ESI-MS or HRMS. Preliminary bioassays indicated that these compounds exhibited very good insecticidal activity against Aphis laburni at 100 μg/mL, with mortality no less than 95%. Compounds 6a, 6c, 6f, 61 showed higher curative activity against TMV and compound 6h showed a higher induction effects against TMV in vivo at 100 μg/mL. Collectively, our data demonstrate a new strategy for control of insects and viruses.

Oral mucositis(OM) caused by cancer therapy is the most common adverse reaction in the radiotherapy of head and neck tumors. In severe cases, it can lead to the interruption of treatment, which affects the control of the disease and the quality of *** Baihe Tablet(SBT) is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formula, which is administerd to treat OM in China. It has been clinically effective for more than 30 years, but the underlying mechanism is not completely understood. With the development of multiple omics, it is possible to explore the mechanism of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions. Based on transcriptomics and metabolomics, we explored the underlying mechanism of SBT in the treatment of OM. An OM model of rats was established by 5-FU induction, and SBT was orally administered at dosages of 0.75 and 3 g·kg;·d;. In order to search for SBT targets and related metabolites, the dysregulated genes and metabolites were detected by transcriptomics and metabolomics. Immune related indicators such as interleukin-17(IL-17) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were detected by ELISA. Treg cell disorders was analyzed by flow cytometry. Our results showed that SBT significantly alleviated the symptoms of OM rats and the inflammatory infiltration of ulcer *** SBT administration, inflammatory related metabolic pathways including linoleic acid metabolism, valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis were significantly altered. Furthermore, the production of proinflammatory factors like IL-17 and TNF-α, were also dramatically reduced after SBT administration. Besides, the infiltration degree of Treg cells in the spleen of OM modeling rats was significantly improved by SBT administration, thus maintaining the immune balance of the body. The current study demonstrates that SBT regulates inoleic acid metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism, and inhibits IL-17/TNF signal transduction to restore Treg and Th17 cell homeostasis in OM

A series of novel tetrazole containing 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized via Ugi reaction. Their structures were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, and HRMS （ESI）. Preliminary bioassay indicated that most target compounds exhibited very good direct anti-TMV activity at 100 μg/mL, which was equal to or higher than that of ribavirin. Among them, compounds 4b, 4c and 4i also showed equivalent protection effect to ribavirin in vivo at 100 μg/mL.

Due to new mechanism of action and ecofriendly characteristics,dicarboxamide insecticides have attracted more and more attentions in modern pest management.A series of 20 dual chiral N-cyano sulfilimines containing two centers（carbon and sulfur） were designed and *** title compounds were determined by ^1H NMR,high-resolution mass spectrometry（HRMS） and optical *** preliminary results indicated that some of them exhibited favourable insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm（Pseudaletia separata Walker）.These isomers exhibited different impact on activity following the sequence as（Sc,Ss）〉（Sc,Rs）,and the rule of title compounds＇ activity against oriental armyworm was 3-CF3≥2—CH3—4—Cl〉2,3,4-trifluro in the anilide *** results indicated that these groups such as 3-CF3,2—CH3—4—Cl or 2,3,4-trifluro were inefficient to replace heptafluoroisopropyl group for high larvicidal activity,which provided some guidance for the further modifications of sulfiliminyl dicarboxamides.

Hair coloring has emerged as an integral part of the cosmetic industry,particularly in response to the increasing global aging *** natural melanin analog,polydopamine(PDA),has garnered considerable attention as an eco-friendly hair dye,and several kinds of polymerization ways of dopamine(DA)have been proposed including alkali catalysis,metal ion catalysis,strong oxidants,and enzyme-mediated oxidation reactions and *** the controllability of polymerization and potential toxicity of involved metal ions are still in *** by the photoprotective mechanism in human skin,we have developed the melanin-inspired hair dyeing strategy that allowed for the in situ oxidative polymerization of DA under ultraviolet(UV)*** polymerization was triggered by photobase generators(PBGs),a class of compounds that produced organic bases upon UV and sunlight *** resulting hair showed an adjustable color from light brown to black by tuning the ratio of DA and PBG(DA@PBG),the concentration of DA,and light exposure *** dyed hairs showed excellent washing resistance and superior anti-static ***,Hair Color Spray DA@PBG also demonstrated a desirable hair dyeing effect and excellent biosecurity by simply spraying it on the hair under *** novel sunlight-induced method provided a new direction towards the preparation of natural hair dyes and could promote the development of green and safe hair dyes in colorful and brilliant artistic-grade hair coloring.

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate to ammonia has been considered a promising and sustainable pathway for pollutant treatment and ammonia has significant potential as a clean ***,the method has received much *** this work,Cu/Fe 2D bimetallic metal-organic frameworks were synthesized by a facile method applied as cathode materials without high-temperature *** centers(Cu,Fe)with enhanced intrinsic activity demonstrated higher removal ***,the 2D nanosheet reduced themass transfer barrier between the catalyst and nitrate and increased the reaction ***,the catalysts with a 2D structure showed much better removal efficiency than other structures(3D MOFs and BulkMOFs).Under optimal conditions,Cu/Fe-2D MOF exhibited high nitrate removal efficiency(87.8%)and ammonium selectivity(89.3%)*** ammonium yielded up to significantly 907.2μg/(hr·mg_(cat))(7793.8μg/(hr·mg_(metal)))with Faradaic efficiency of 62.8%at an initial 100 mg N/*** catalyst was proved to have good stability and was recycled 15 times with excellent *** simulations confirm the reduced Gibbs free energy of Cu/Fe-2D *** study demonstrates the promising application of Cu/Fe-2D MOF in nitrate reduction to ammonia and provides new insights for the design of efficient electrode materials.
