Background:Maturity-onset diabetes of the young(MODY)is the most common monogenic *** aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of MODY in phenotypic type 2 diabetes(T2DM)among Chinese young ***:From April 2015 to October 2017,this cross-sectional study involved 2429 consecutive patients from 46 hospitals in china,newly diagnosed between 15 years and 45 years,with T2DM phenotype and negative for standardized glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody at the core *** using a custom monogenic diabetes gene panel was performed,and variants of 14 MODY genes were interpreted as per current ***:The survey determined 18 patients having genetic variants causing MODY(6 HNF1A,5 GCK,3 HNF4A,2 INS,1 PDX1,and 1 PAX4).The prevalence of MODY was 0.74%(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.40-1.08%).The clinical characteristics of MODY patients were not specific,72.2%(13/18)of them were diagnosed after 35 years,47.1%(8/17)had metabolic syndrome,and only 38.9%(7/18)had a family history of *** significant difference in manifestations except for hemoglobin A1c levels was found between MODY and non-MODY ***:The prevalence of MODY in young adults with phenotypic T2DM was 0.74%,among which HNF1A-,GCK-,and HNF4A-MODY were the most common *** features played a limited role in the recognition of MODY.

Ce3+/Dy3+/Tb3+/Eu3+/Mn2+and Cr3+ions co-doped Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor were prepared by a hightemperature solid-state method.X-ray diffraction patterns prove the cubic phase structure of prepared Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor,Emission,excitation spectra and decay curves confirm the tunable *** degrees of the decrease of emission FWHM in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,RE(RE=Ce3+,Dy3+,Tb3+,Eu3+)and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Mn2+are *** reason of variable FWHM is the effect of crystal field splitting and nephelauxetic effect,and the nephelauxetic effect is ***,the emission FWHM decreases with the increasing concentration of Mn2+/Tb3+/Eu3+in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,and for Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Ce3+and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Dy3+,it is a *** variation of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Tb3+is more obvious than that of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Eu3+,because Tb3+ion has smaller ***,the tunable luminescence of Cr3+can be realized by co-doping different *** these phosphors have potential applications in light-emitting diodes for plant growth.

According to the property rights model of cognitive radio,primary users who own the spectral resource have the right to lease or trade part of it to secondary users in exchange for appropriate *** this paper,an implementation of this framework is investigated,where a primary link can lease the owned spectrum to secondary nodes in exchange for cooperation （relaying）.A novel pricing model is proposed that enables the trading between spectrum and *** on the demand of secondary nodes,the primary link attempts to maximize its quality of service （QoS） by setting the price of *** the price asked by primary link,the secondary nodes aim to obtain most profits by deciding the amount of spectrum to buy and then pay for it by cooperative *** investigated model is conveniently cast in the framework of seller/buyer （Stackelberg） *** and numerical results show that our pricing model is effective and practical for spectrum leasing based on trading spectral resource for cooperation.

Schrödinger cat states,consisting of superpositions of macroscopically distinct states,provide key resources for a large number of emerging quantum technologies in quantum information *** we propose how to generate and manipulate mechanical and optical Schrödinger cat states with distinguishable superposition components by exploiting the unique properties of cavity optomechanical systems based on Bose-Einstein ***,we show that in comparison with its solid-state counterparts,almost a 3 order of magnitude enhancement in the size of the mechanical Schrödinger cat state could be achieved,characterizing a much smaller overlap between its two superposed coherent-state *** exploiting this generated cat state,we further show how to engineer the quadrature squeezing of the mechanical ***,we also provide an efficient method to create multicomponent optical Schrödinger cat states in our proposed *** work opens up a new way to achieve nonclassical states of massive objects,facilitating the development of fault-tolerant quantum processors and sensors.

Electrochemical hydrogenation(ECH)of furfural,which uses the proton from water and avoids the usage of gaseous hydrogen and high pressure,is an efficient way to utilize biomass ***-based catalysts are promising catalysts for the ECH of ***,their active sites and reaction mechanism have not been fully understood *** work unveils the active oxidation state of Cu-based electrocatalysts for the ECH of *** co-existence of Cu^(+)and Cu^(0) on the CuO surface under the working potential is confirmed by a series of in situ *** poisoning experiment shows that the performance decreased heavily after the Cu^(+)was complexed with SCN−,indicating the decisive role of Cu^(+).Finally,the density functional theory(DFT)calculation suggests that the Cu^(0)−Cu^(+)synergistic effect is beneficial to both kinetics and thermodynamics:Cu^(+)accelerates the second step hydrogenation process of furfural,and Cu^(0) reduces the energy barrier for the desorption of furfuryl *** work demonstrates the synergistic effect of Cu^(0) and Cu^(+)states for the electrochemical hydrogenation of furfural and provides a deeper understanding of the furfural hydrogenation mechanism.

消能减震技术能显著提高建筑结构的抗震能力,但目前对消能子结构的性能目标和设计方法尚未达成共识。针对工程中较常见的柱间连接型消能子结构,提出基于多遇地震作用下弹性分析的设计方法,给出设计流程和设计要点。对1个钢筋混凝土纯框架子结构试件和2个消能子结构试件进行低周反复加载试验,考察消能子结构的抗震性能,检验所提设计方法的合理性。研究结果表明:消能子结构承载力约为纯框架与阻尼器承载力之和,单周耗能能力约等于纯框架与阻尼器各自耗能之和;阻尼器损伤累积直至完全剪断过程中,消能子结构承载力和刚度逐渐下降;阻尼器破坏后,周围框架抗震性能与加载同阶段的纯框架性能基本一致。按所提设计方法设计的消能子结构在罕遇地震作用下破坏模式合理,能保证阻尼器充分发挥消能效果;增大消能子结构纵向钢筋配筋量对改善其塑性铰状态和结构破坏模式无显著效果。

The potassium acetate solutions are new potential working fluids for the closed-type reverse electrodialy-sis(RED)power generation system driven by thennal *** this paper,the solubilities of potassium acetate in water,2,2,2-trilluoroethaiiol,ethanol and their binary mixtures were measured by using the laser dynamic method over the temperature range of 288.15 to 333.15 K under atmospheric *** results indicate that the solubility of potassium acetate solution is influenced by both the solvent components and solution temperature ***,it is found that the measured solubility data of the potassium acetate-water-2,2,2-trifluoroethanol solutions as per the laser dynamic method are sliglitly larger than that of the data obtained as per the static ***,five correlation models,including the Van?t Hoff model,Modified Apelblat model,Yaws model,A/z model and Modified Apelblat-Jouyban-Acree model,were used to correlate the measured solubility data of those potassium acetate solutions,with the relative standard deviations within 0.23%to 1.58%.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y（wt%） alloys under different cooling rates were investigated. The results show that the second dendrite arm spacing（SDAS） of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y is reduced by 32 and 30% with increasing cooling rates（rc） from 10.2 to 23 K/s, which can be predicted using a empirical model of SDAS=68 R 0：45：45cand SDAS=73 R 0c, respectively. The compressive strength of both alloys increases with increasing the cooling rate, which is attributed to the increase of volume fraction（Vf） of secondary phases under high cooling rate. The interaction of the cooling rate and component with SDAS has been theoretically analyzed using interdependence theory.

A transparent radiative cooling(T-rc)film with low transmittance in solar spectra and selectively high emissivity in the atmospheric window(8-13𝜇m)is applied on roof glazing for building energy *** evaluate the per-formance of the T-rc film,two identical model boxes(1.0 m×0.6 m×1.2 m,L×W×H)were constructed and the inside air temperatures were measured in August in Ningbo,*** show that the maximum temperature difference between the two model boxes with and without the T-rc film was 21.6℃during the experiment.A whole building model was built in EnergyPlus for the model *** a good agreement achieved between the calculation results and the measured temperature data,the experimentally validated EnergyPlus model was then extended to an 815.1 m^(2)exhibition building with roof glazing to analyze the annual air conditioning(AC)energy *** results show that by incorporating both the T-rc film’s cooling benefit in summer and heating penalty in winter,the annual AC energy consumption of the exhibition building can be reduced by 40.9-63.4%,varying with different climate conditions.
