Background：In China,tracheobronchial foreign body （TFB） aspiration,a major cause of emergency episode and accident death in children,remains a challenge for anesthetic ***,we share our experience and discuss the anesthetic consideration and management of patients with TFB ***：This was a single-institution retrospective study in children with an inhaled foreign body between 1991 and 2010 that focused on the complications following rigid bronchoscopy （RB）.Data including the clinical characteristics of patients and TFB,anesthetic method,and postoperative severe complications were analyzed by different ***：During the 20-year study period,the charts of 3149 patients who underwent RB for suspected inhaled TFB were *** were 2079 male and 1070 female patients （1.94：1）.A nut （84％） was the most commonly inhaled *** study revealed a 9％（n =284） overall rate of severe postoperative complications related to severe hypoxemia,laryngeal edema,complete laryngospasm,pneumothorax,total segmental atelectasis,and death with incidences of 3.2％,0.9％,1.3％,0.3％,0.3％,and 0.1％,*** rates of preoperative airway impairment,negative findings of TFB,and adverse postoperative events have been on the rise in the past 5 ***：The survey results confirmed that hypoxemia remains the most common postoperative complication in different *** controlled ventilation and spontaneous ventilation were effective during the RB extraction of the foreign body at our hospital in the modern technique *** active respiratory symptom was commonly seen in the groups with negative findings.

目的探讨基于互联网的自我管理模式对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制和自我管理水平的影响。方法选取我院2021年6月至2022年12月收治的138例T2DM患者,经随机数字表法分为试验组(n=69)及对照组(n=69),对照组予以常规健康管理,试验组予以基于互联网的自我管理模式。比较两组血糖、血压及体重控制情况、干预前后代谢指标、自我管理水平[采用中文版糖尿病自我管理活动问卷(SDSCA)]及生活质量[采用糖尿病生存质量量表(DSQL)]。结果干预后,两组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、舒张压、收缩压、体质量指数均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇及甘油三酯均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组足部护理、血糖监测、运动及饮食等维度评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗、社会关系、心理、生理功能等维度评分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网的自我管理模式有利于T2DM患者控制血糖、血压及体重控制,能改善患者代谢指标,提高管理水平及生活质量。

Controlled Synthesis of Dental Enamel-like Hydroxyapatite Whiskers via Hydrothermal Homogeneous Precipitation

This paper proposes a cyclic scheduling method for cluster tools in semiconductor manufacturing with equipment front-end module and multifunctional load locks. In this special configured cluster tools, the equipment front-end module consists of an aligner, a signal-arm robot, and two load locks integrated with coolers. Hence, the two load locks both have multifunction of filling, pumping, and cooling wafers. The multifunctional load locks may become scheduling bottleneck for a certain specified recipe. To solve this problem, the Petri net models of the above configured cluster tool is developed first. Then, based on the Petri net models and state equations, a mixed integer programming model is presented, which can efficiently determine the optimal scheduling sequence in steady state. Through experiments, the effectiveness of the cyclic scheduling method proposed in this paper is verified.

Dental enamel-like hydroxyapatite whiskers with high crystallinity and homogeneous morphology were synthesized by a hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation *** composition,crystallinity and morphology of prepared hydroxyapatite whiskers were characterized by Ⅹ-ray diffraction and scanning electron *** effects of urea and sorbitol on their morphology and composition were *** and well crystallized enamel-like hydroxyapatite whiskers with 1.17±0.08 μm in length and 84± 14 nm in width were obtained at 0.80 mol · L-1 urea and 0.26 mol · L-1 *** hydroxyapatite whiskers may be close to nature hydroxyapatite dental enamel in terms of the morphology and composition,suggesting that they could have potential application as dental restorative materials in the field of stomatology.

PSD95 Gene Specific siRNAs Attenuate Neuropathic Pain through Modulating Neuron Sensibility and Postsynaptic CaMKIIα Phosphorylation

Objective To observe the effects of PSD95 gene specific siRNAs on neuropathic pain relief, neuron viability, and postsynaptic calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IIα (CaMKIIα) phosphorylation in vitro and in vivo. Methods Gene-specific siRNAs of rat PSD95 were synthesized chemically for transfection. Adult male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: nave group (n=6), sham group (n=6), and sciatic nerve chronic constriction injury (CCI) group (n=24). The CCI group was further divided into 4 groups (n=6 in each group), which were pretreated with normal saline, transfection vehicle, negative control siRNAs, and PSD95 gene specific siRNAs respectively. All the subgroups received corresponding agents intrathecally for 3 days, started one day before the CCI of sciatic nerve. Both mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia were measured on post-operative day 3 and 7. PSD95 gene silenced NG108-15 cells were further stimulated by glutamate, with the cell viability and the expression/phosphorylation of CaMKIIα measured by MTT cell proliferation assay and Western blot, respectively. Results The siRNAs decreased PSD95 mRNA level significantly both in vivo and in vitro. Neuropathic pain rats pretreated with PSD95 gene specific siRNAs exhibited significant elevation in the mechanical withdrawal threshold and paw withdrawal thermal latency, without affecting the baseline nociception. PSD95 gene silencing enhanced neuronal tolerance against the glutamate excitotoxicity, meanwhile the phosphorylation of CaMKIIα Thr286 was attenuated. Conclusion Pre-emptive administration of PSD95 gene specific siRNAs may attenuate the central sensitization CaMKIIα-related signaling cascades, leading to the relief of neuropathic pain.
