Proper matching of cold-rolled deformation and low-temperature short-term aging can simultaneously enhance the strength and ductility of the lean duplex stainless steel. To investigate this, the microstructure evolution of cold-rolled and aging steels was observed by using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction. Additionally, the phase volume fraction was measured using X-ray diffraction. In this study, it was observed that the elongation of 21Cr lean duplex stainless steel significantly increased to 16.7% after undergoing moderate cold deformation (~ 40% reduction) and subsequent aging treatment at 550 ℃ for 30 min. Remarkably, the material still maintained a high yield strength of 1045 MPa. Such an excellent mechanical property was attributed to a unique microstructure combination of fine α'-martensite, twins, coarsened austenite resulting from partial martensite reverse transformation, and two-phase fine layered structure. The result of this study may open up new horizons for the alloy development in order to overcome the low ductility of cold-rolled high-strength lean duplex stainless steel.

Impacts of Aggregation Methods and Trophospecies Number on the Structure and Function of Marine Food Webs

Aggregation of species with similar ecological properties is one of the effective methods to simplify food web ***,species aggregation will affect not only the complexity of modeling process but also the accuracy of models’*** of aggregation methods and the number of trophospecies are the keys to study the simplification of food *** this study,three aggregation methods,including taxonomic aggregation(TA),structural equivalence aggregation(SEA),and self-organizing maps(SOM),were analyzed and compared with the linear inverse model–Markov Chain Monte Carlo(LIM-MCMC)*** of aggregation methods and trophospecies number on food webs were evaluated based on the robustness and unitless of ecological net-work *** showed that aggregation method of SEA performed better than the other two methods in estimating food web structure and function *** effects of aggregation methods were driven by the differences in species aggregation principles,which will alter food web structure and function through the redistribution of energy *** to the results of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)which can be applied to evaluate the accuracy of the model,we found that MAPE in food web indices will increase with the reducing trophospecies number,and MAPE in food web function indices were smaller and more stable than those in food web structure ***,trade-off between simplifying food webs and reflecting the status of ecosystem should be con-sidered in food web *** findings highlight the importance of aggregation methods and trophospecies number in the analy-sis of food web *** study provided a framework to explore the extent to which food web models are affected by dif-ferent species aggregation,and will provide scientific basis for the construction of food webs.

This study investigates the impact of online-to-offline(O2O)platforms,such as *** and Meituan,on offline sales in low-frequency-high-consumption industries,specifically a mid-to-highend liquor distribution *** data from 77 offline stores in Beijing collected during 2019-2022,the study employs a VAR model to analyze the relationship between offline sales and the use of O2O *** results reveal a long-term equilibrium between the two,with most indicators showing a positive impact of O2O platforms on offline *** research provides valuable insights for lowfrequency-high-consumption enterprises in making multi-channel decisions and quantifies the impact of O2O platforms on offline sales.

Semi-volatile organic compounds in a museum in China:A non-targeted screening approach

Non-targeted analysis(NTA)was conducted to identify semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in a museum in China using the gas chromatography(GC)-Orbitrap-mass spectrometer(MS).Approximately 160 SVOCs were detected,of which 93 had not been reported in previous studies of museum *** of the detected SVOCs were found to be associated with the chemical agents applied in conservation treatment and the materials used in *** results of hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)indicated a spatial variation of SVOCs in the indoor air in the museum,but there were no obvious temporal differences of SVOCs observed in indoor ***'s correlation analysis showed that several classes of SVOCs were well correlated,suggesting their common *** and plasticizers were found to be the primary sources of SVOC pollution detected in the *** with compounds in outdoor air,indoor SVOCs had a lower level of unsaturation and more portions of chemically reduced *** study is the first of its kind to comprehensively characterize SVOCs in a museum using an automated NTA approach with *** SVOCs identified in the current study are likely to be present in other similar museums;therefore,further examination of their potential impacts on cultural heritage artifacts,museum personnel,and visitors may be warranted.

Rational design of biodegradable semiconducting polymer nanoparticles for NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guided photodynamic therapy

Semiconducting polymer nanoparticles(SPNs)have shown great promise in second near-infrared window(NIR-II)***,the issue of long metabolic time significantly restricts the clinical application of *** this study,we rationally designed a biodegradable SPN(BSPN50)for NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guided photodynamic therapy(PDT).BSPN50 is prepared by encapsulating a biodegradable SP(BSP50)with an amphiphilic copolymer ***50 is composed of NIR-II fluorescent diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)segment and degradable poly(phenylenevinylene)(PPV)segment with the ratio of 50/***50 has both satisfactory degradability under myeloperoxidase(MPO)/hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and NIR-II fluorescence emission upon 808 nm laser ***,BSPN50 shows good photodynamic efficacy under 808 nm laser ***50 shows a faster degradation rate than BSPN100 which has no PPV segment both in vitro and in *** addition,BSPN50 can effectively diagnose tumor via NIR-II fluorescence imaging and inhibit the tumor growth by ***,our study provides a rational approach to construct biodegradable nanoplatforms for efficient tumor NIR-II phototheranostics.

Seawater electrolysis for green hydrogen production is one of the key technologies for achieving carbon ***,in anode systems,the chloride ions(Cl^(-))in seawater will trigger an undesired chlorine evolution reaction(CER)that competes with an oxygen evolution reaction(OER),resulting in inferior OER activity and ***,the corrosive Cl^(-)and its derivative products will corrode anodes during seawater electrolysis,leading to poor ***,great efforts have been devoted to developing efficient strategies for chlorine inhibition to improve the activity,selectivity,and stability of anode ***,focusing on chlorine inhibition,we present a mini review to comprehensively and concisely summarize the recent progress in anode systems for boosting seawater *** particular,two strategies of physical and chemical regulation to inhibit Cl^(-)are summarized in some representative ***,some challenges and future opportunities in anode systems for seawater electrolysis are *** mini review aims to shed light on designing highly efficient anode materials for seawater electrolysis.

Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts are the key core materials that determine the performance of fuel cells,metal-air batteries,electrolytic water decomposition,and other *** this work,a green lignin-based non-precious metal OER catalyst was prepared by a simple ***,c arboxylated lignin was used to complex Ni and Co in situ,and then they were placed with sodium hypophosphite in the same tube furnace for upstream and downstream high-temperature calcination to construct a lignin carbon-based Ni-Co bimetallic OER catalyst(NiCoP@C).The synthesized catalyst is a porous bimetallic phosphide with a three-dimensional network structure and high-density electrochemical active ***@C exhibited favorable catalytic activity for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)with overpotential of 280 mV at 10 mA·cm~(-2)and a Tafel slope of 77 mV·dec~(-1).Additionally,it exhibited remarkable durability during *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that by leveraging the distinctive structure of transition metal phosphide nanoparticles incorporated into a reticulated substrate,the NiCoP@C catalyst offered an increased number of active sites for OER catalysis,significantly enhancing its stability during practical *** present study broadens the utilization pathways of biomass to"turn waste into treasure,"aligning the development concept of green sustainable development.

Storm deposits or tempestites are event sequences formed by storms,requiring at least a water temperature of 26.5℃.While inland lakes are unlikely to form storm deposits because of their limited width and water *** Upper Triassic xujiahe Formation in the Sichuan Basin is a set of coal-bearing,clastic sequences with dominant sedimentary facies varying from braided river delta to lacustrine settings,with storm deposits widely *** the Zilanba of Guanyuan area,in situ tree trunks on a palaeosol surface in Member Vof the xujiahe Formation provide new evidence of a storm *** fallen-down directions of nine in situ tree trunks were predominant in the NW direction,contrary to the palaeocurrent direction of the underlying strata,suggesting that the southeasterlies prevailed during the end-Triassic in the northern Sichuan *** mud clasts were frequently recorded in sandstones of the xujiahe Formation,as well as in the Xindianzi *** mud clasts showed a rip-up or a plastic deformation with upside-down V-shapes,were capped on an erosional surface,showed no transport traces and were therefore interpreted as a storm lag *** megamonsoonal climate prevailed during the Late Triassic,although the megamonsoons themselves could not generate a storm deposition in the xujiahe Formation due to its low maximum surface wind *** driving mechanism for generating storm deposits in the xujiahe Formation is suggested to be tropical cyclones over the Tethys Ocean moving eastward,further landfalling on the western margin of the Sichuan *** of storm events in the circum-Tethys region show a widespread storm surge in low latitudes during the *** storm deposits at the top of the xujiahe Formation represent a sedimentary response to the end-Triassic hyperthermal event.

Objective:This study aimed to elucidate the influence of IFN-gamma(IFN-γ)in neuroblastoma(NB)cells and reveal its potential underlying molecular ***:The Cell Counting Kit-8,Transwell apparatus,and flow cytometry were employed to assess cellular viability,migratory capacity,invasive potential,and apoptotic rates,***-seq combined with bioinformatics analysis revealed differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and their possible biological *** levels were determined by western blot ***:IFN-γtreatment resulted in diminished cell viability,mitigated migratory and invasive capabilities,and augmented apoptotic activity in the SK-N-BE(2)cell line,whereas it exhibited the opposite effect in SH-SY5Y ***,interferon regulatory factor 1(IRF-1)was the common DEG in both IFN-γ-treated SK-N-BE(2)and SH-SY5Y ***,we found that it was underexpressed in NB *** depletion of IRF-1 promoted the progression of both SK-N-BE(2)and SH-SY5Y ***,IRF-1 knockdown effectively counteracted the effects of IFN-γon SK-N-BE(2)cells,while exacerbating them in SH-SY5Y ***:This study verified that IFN-γexerted a distinct role in both N-Myc-and non-N-Myc-amplified NB cells,partially by mediating the expression of IRF-1,suggesting that it may serve as a potent agent for treating patients with NB.

Coupled interactive effects of ammonia and hydrogen additions on ethylene diffusion flames: A detailed kinetic study

In order to create effective combustion technologies and fuels with low or no carbon emissions,the research was conducted to assess the coupled interactive effects of NH_(3) and H_(2) additions on ethylene counterflow diffusion flames from a kinetic *** effects of the NH_(3)/H_(2) combination on flame temperatures,major species,key radicals,important intermediate species,representative oxygenated species and NO_xwere *** results of the study utilizing fictitious inert NH_(3) and/or H_(2) revealed the chemical effects of the two *** was found that the NH_(3)/H_(2) coupled effects had a more effective inhibitory effect on soot precursors than the effects of corresponding sum of single NH_(3) or H_(2) *** production of soot precursors was promoted by the coupled chemical effects of NH_(3) and H_(2),but the coupled dilution and thermal effects were observed to have a greater impact,resulting in a decrease of the mole fractions of soot *** for the interaction of NH_(3) and H_(2) effects,the presence of H_(2) decreased the chemical effects of NH_(3) on the augmentation of C_(2)H_(2),A1,A2,and CH_(3)CHO mole *** NH_(3) addition alleviated the H_(2) chemical effects on increasing C_(2)H_(2),C_(3)H_(3),A1 and A2 ***,the NH_(3)chemical effects on C_(3)H_(3),OH and CH_(3)CHO were enhanced when H_(2) was *** presence of NH_(3) augmented the chemical effects of H_(2) on the growth of OH mole ***,the H_(2) chemical effects hindered the production of NO and NO_(2) in the presence of NH_(3).
