Nowadays, the soar of photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells has set off a fever in the study of metal halide perovskite materials. The excellent optoelectronic properties and defect tolerance feature allow metal halide perovskite to be employed in a wide variety of applications. This article provides a holistic review over the current progress and future prospects of metal halide perovskite materials in representative promising applications, including traditional optoelectronic devices(solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, lasers), and cutting-edge technologies in terms of neuromorphic devices(artificial synapses and memristors) and pressure-induced emission. This review highlights the fundamentals, the current progress and the remaining challenges for each application, aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of the development status and a navigation of future research for metal halide perovskite materials and devices.

Fe-N-C endowed with inexpensiveness,high activity,and excellent anti-poisoning power have emerged as promising candidate catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Single-atom Fe-N-C electrocatalysts derived from Fe-doped ZIF-8 represent the top-level ORR ***,the current fabrication of Fe-doped ZIF-8 relies on heavy consumption of time,energy,cost and organic ***,we develop a rapid and solvent-free method to produce Fe-doped ZIF-8 under microwave irradiation,which can be easily amplified in combination with *** rational pyrolysis,Fe-N-C catalysts with atomic FeN4 sites well dispersed on the hierarchically porous carbon matrix are obtained,which exhibit exceptional ORR performance with a half-wave potential of 0.782 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE))and brilliant methanol *** assembled direct methanol fuel cells(DMFCs)endow a peak power density of 61 mW cm^(-2) and extraordinary stability,highlighting the application perspective of this strategy.

Expression and Characterization of Catalytic Domain of T Cell Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase(ΔTC-PTP)——Immunohistochemical Study of ΔTC-PTP Expression in Non-small Cell lung Carcinomas

This study objective was to express and characterize the catalytic domain of the human T cell protein tyrosine phosphatase（△TC-PTP） and to study immunohistochemically the expression of △TC-PTP in human non-small cell lung cancers. △TC-PTP gene was PCR amplified with the cDNA of human TC-PTP as template, and cloned into the pT7 expression vector. The recombinant pT7-△TC-PTP was expressed in E. coli Rosetta （ DE3 ） host cells and puri- fied. The enzymatic characteristics of △TC-PTP including enzyme activity and kinetics assay were measured. The antiserum was prepared by immunizing rabbit with the purified recombinant △TC-PTP. Rabbit polyclonal antibody against △TC-PTP was purified by PVDF immobilized antigen affinity chromatography. Immunohistochemical staining of lung cancer tissues was performed with antibody against △TC-PTP protein. △TC-PTP gene was correctly cloned, expressed, and purified. The recombinant △TC-PTP had a highly catalytic activity of PTPase. Squamous cell lung carcinoma showed a significantly higher expression rate of △TC-PTP （76. 92%, 10/13 ） than adenocarcinoma （57.14%, 4/7） and normal lung tissue（20%, 1/5 ）. This study represents the first demonstration that △TC-PTP is highly expressed in human squamous cell lung carcinomas. In addition, this study provides an important basis for further studying the biological function of TC-PTP and its relationship with lung carcinomas and other diseases.

The Boer goat is one of the top meat breeds in modern animal husbandry and has attracted widespread attention for its unique growth ***,the genetic basis of muscle development in the Boer goat remains *** this study,we identified specific structural variants in the Boer goat based on genome-wide selection signals and analyzed the basis of the molecular heredity of related candidate genes in muscle development.A total of9 959 autosomal copy number variations(CNVs) were identified through selection signal analysis in 127 goat ***,we confirmed that the highest signal CNV(HSV) was a chromosomal arrangement containing an approximately 1.11 Mb(CHIR17:60062304-61171840 bp) duplicated fragment inserted in reverse orientation and a 5 362 bp deleted region(CHIR17:60145940-60151302 bp) with overlapping genes(e.g.,ARHGAP10,NR3C2,EDNRA,PRMT9,and TMEM184C).The homozygous duplicated HSV genotype(+/+) was found in 96% of Boer goats but was not detected in Eurasian goats and was only detected in 4% of indigenous African *** expression network of three candidate genes(ARHGAP10,NR3C2,and EDNRA)regulating dose transcription was constructed by RNA *** indicated that these genes were involved in the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SMSCs) and their overexpression significantly increased the expression of *** HSV of the Boer goat contributed to superior skeletal muscle growth via the dose effects of overlapping genes.

To obtain bio-inspired structures with superior biological function,four bio-inspired structures named regular arrangement honeycomb structure(RAHS),staggered arrangement honeycomb structure(SAHS),floral arrangement honeycomb structure(FLAHS)and functional arrangement honeycomb structure(FUAHS)are designed by observing the microstructure of the Gideon beetle,based on the optimal size bio-inspired cells by response surface method(RSM)and particle swarm optimization(PSO)*** to Euler theory and buckling failure theory,compression deformation properties of bio-inspired structures are *** and simulations further verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis *** results show that energy absorption of FLAHS is,respectively,increased by 26.95%,22.85%,and 121.45%,compared with RAHS,SAHS,and *** modulus of FLAHS is 110.37%,110.37%,and 230.56% of RAHS,SAHS,and FUAHS,*** perfectly inherits crashworthiness and energy absorption properties of the Gideon beetle,and FLAHS has the most stable ***,RAHS,SAHS,and FUAHS,respectively,inherit mechanical properties of the Gideon beetle top horn,the Gideon beetle middle horn,and the abdomen of the *** method,designing bio-inspired structures with biological functions,can be introduced into the engineering field requiring the special function.

Adoptive cellular immunotherapy with chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T cells has emerged as a novel modality for treating relapsed and/or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(B-NHL).With increasing approval of CAR T-cell products and advances in CAR T cell therapy,CAR T cells are expected to be used in a growing number of ***,CAR T-cell-associated toxicities can be severe or even fatal,thus compromising the survival benefit from this *** and studying the clinical management of these toxicities are *** contrast to other hematological malignancies,such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and multiple myeloma,anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities in B-NHL have several distinctive features,most notably local cytokine-release syndrome(CRS).However,previously published guidelines have provided few specific recommendations for the grading and management of toxicities associated with CAR T-cell treatment for ***,we developed this consensus for the prevention,recognition,and management of these toxicities,on the basis of published literature regarding the management of anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities and the clinical experience of multiple Chinese *** consensus refines a grading system and classification of CRS in B-NHL and corresponding measures for CRS management,and delineates comprehensive principles and exploratory recommendations for managing anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities in addition to CRS.

Nonlinear Optical Properties of D-π-A-π-D Type Oligomers with Different Conjugation Length

The conjugation length-dependent nonlinear optical properties of fluorenone-based linear conjugated oligomers have been investigated by experimental and theoretical methods. Infrared spectra and the steady-state absorption spectra show that the increase of conjugated unit could enhance the stretching vibration peaks of C=C and lead to a red-shift of the absorption peaks. Meanwhile, the two-photonfluorescence (TPF) intensity is gradually enhanced with the increase of excitation energy, and the TPF efficiency is obviously higher after the introduction of fluorene-ethylene units. The sum-over-states approach was used to model the two-photon absorption (TPA) cross-sections of oligomers, and the theoretical values agree well with the experimental data obtained from the femtosecond open-aperture z-scan technique. The results exhibit that the extension of conjugated system indeed plays a role in the improvement of TPA behavior of oligomers.

Impacts of androgen deprivation therapy on the risks and outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patients with prostate cancer

Studies have investigated the effects of androgen deprivation therapy(ADT)use on the incidence and clinical outcomes of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19);however,the results have been *** searched the PubMed,Medline,Cochrane,Scopus,and Web of Science databases from inception to March 2022;13 studies covering 84003 prostate cancer(PCa)patients with or without ADT met the eligibility criteria and were included in the *** calculated the pooled risk ratios(RRs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)to explore the association between ADT use and the infection risk of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and severity of *** synthesizing the evidence,the pooled RR in the SARS-CoV-2 positive group was equal to 1.17,and the SARS-CoV-2 positive risk in PCa patients using ADT was not significantly different from that in those not using ADT(P=0.544).Moreover,no significant results concerning the beneficial effect of ADT on the rate of intensive care unit admission(RR=1.04,P=0.872)or death risk(RR=1.23,P=0.53)were ***,PCa patients with a history of ADT use had a markedly higher COVID-19 hospitalization rate(RR=1.31,P=0.015)than those with no history of ADT *** findings indicate that ADT use by PCa patients is associated with a high risk of hospitalization during infection with SARS-CoV-2.A large number of high quality studies are needed to confirm these results.

Objective The relationship between serum uric acid(suA)levels and glycemic indices,including plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postload glucose(2 h-PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),remains *** aimed to explore the associations between glycemic indices and suA levels in the general Chinese *** The current study was a cross-sectional analysis using the first follow-up survey data from The china Cardiometabolic Disease and Cancer Cohort Study.A total of 105,922 community-dwelling adults aged≥40 years underwent the oral glucose tolerance test and uric acid *** nonlinear relationships between glycemic indices and suA levels were explored using generalized additive *** A total of 30,941 men and 62,361 women were eligible for the current *** additive models verified the inverted U-shaped association between glycemic indices and suA levels,but with different inflection points in men and *** thresholds for FPG,2 h-PG,and HbA1 c for men and women were 6.5/8.0 mmol/L,11.0/14.0 mmol/L,and 6.1/6.5,respectively(suA levels increased with increasing glycemic indices before the inflection points and then eventually decreased with further increases in the glycemic indices).Conclusion An inverted U-shaped association was observed between major glycemic indices and uric acid levels in both sexes,while the inflection points were reached earlier in men than in women.

A polymer waveguide Y-branch power splitter with loss compensation is proposed based on NaYF4:Er^3+, Yb^3+ nanocrystals prepared by a high temperature thermal decomposition method. The Y-branch power splitter is designed as a structure of embedded waveguide, and its core material is nanocrystals-doped su-8. The insertion loss of the device is ~ 15 dB. For an input signal power of 0.05 mW and a pump power of 267.7 mW, the two branches with 5.81-dB and5.41-dB loss compensations at 1530 nm are achieved respectively. A polymer waveguide Y-branch power splitter with loss compensation has an important research significance.
