Polypropylene（PP）/ethylene-octene copolymer（POE） blends were prepared with a twin-screw *** dynamic mechanical behavior were systematically *** results show that PP/POE blends are heterogeneities with a partial compatible two-phase structure,the glass transition temperature of PP phases in the blends tends to shift towards high temperature with increasing the POE content,and the glass transition temperature of POE phases shifts towards the low temperature with increasing the PP *** Kerner＇s dispersed phase model and co-continuous phase model can reasonably predict the visco-elasticity of PP/POE blends with different ***,the morphological structure of the blends can be estimated via comparing the predicted DMA behavior with the experimental data.

目的分析非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并冠心病(CHD)患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)21与心功能的关系。方法选定杭州市第三人民医院2021年1月至2023年1月心血管内科就诊的90例NAFLD患者展开回顾性研究,根据是否合并CHD将其分为合并CHD组(60例)和未合并CHD组(30例),另选取同期医院就诊的50例健康体检者设为健康组,均抽取外周静脉血检测血清FGF21,采用彩色多普勒超声检测心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)],比较3组血清FGF21水平、心功能指标,比较NAFLD合并CHD患者中不同脂肪肝严重程度组、不同纽约心脏协会(NYHA)分级组血清FGF21水平、心功能指标,Pearson分析血清FGF21与心功能指标的相关性,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC),分析FGF21、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF对NAFLD合并CHD的诊断效能。以回顾性调查分析法通过查阅病历、检查报告、问诊等方式收集患者个人信息,单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析NAFLD患者发生CHD的危险因素。结果合并CHD组血清FGF21水平、LVEDD均明显高于未合并CHD组、健康组,LVEF明显低于未合并CHD组、健康组(P<0.05)。重度组血清FGF21水平、LVEDD均明显高于中度组、轻度组,LVEF明显低于中度组、轻度组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ级组血清FGF21水平、LVEDD、LVESD均明显高于Ⅱ、Ⅰ级组,LVEF明显低于Ⅱ、Ⅰ级组(P<0.05)。血清FGF21与LVEDD均呈正相关(P<0.05),血清FGF21与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。FGF21、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF联合检测诊断NAFLD合并CHD的AUC、95%CI、灵敏度、特异度均明显高于单一检测(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析,体质量指数(BMI)、糖尿病、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、FGF21是NAFLD患者合并CHD的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论NAFLD合并CHD患者血清FGF21呈异常高表达,与心功能改变存在一定联系,血清FGF21联合心功能指标可提高对NAFLD合并CHD的诊断效能,诱发NAFLD患者发生CHD的危险因素较多,应当引起临床重视,及早给予针对性处理。

上海软土地区深大基坑卸荷变形机理

通过室内K0试验和数值分析以及工程实测,并结合近年来上海软土地区深大基坑的工程实践,对深大基坑卸荷变形的影响因素和影响区域特性以及坑周的地表沉降机理进行了研究,对基坑卸荷变形的影响范围按变形特性进行分析和归纳.结果表明：上海软土深大基坑卸荷变形的影响深度范围为坑底以下2.5倍开挖深度;当基坑开挖宽度达到5倍开挖深度以上时,在围护结构底与影响深度范围内存在深层土体滑移带,坑外地表沉降影响范围扩大到3.5倍开挖深度以上,且地表最大沉降值是基坑侧向变形最大值的1-2倍;深大基坑与窄条基坑的变形特征有明显区别.针对深大基坑卸荷变形的特点,提出了减少和控制其卸荷变形的设计对策和工程措施,以保护周边设施和环境,为软土地区的深大基坑工程设计、施工提供借鉴和参考.

Atomically precise metal nanoclusters(NCs)have been deemed as a new generation of metal nanomaterials in the field of solar energy conversion due to their unique atomic stacking manner,quantum confinement effects,light-harvesting capability and multitude of active ***,wide-spread application of monometallic NCs is blocked by the ultrashort carrier lifespan,uncontrollable charge transport pathway,and light-induced poor stability,impeding the construction of robust and stable metal NC-based ***,we report the fabrication of stable alloy(Au_(1-x)Pt_(x))NCs photosystem,for which tailor-made negatively charged l-glutathione(GSH)-capped Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)NCs as the building blocks are controllably deposited on the Bi VO_(4)(BVO)by a self-assembly approach for steering enhanced light absorption and interfacial charge transfer over alloy NCs-based photoanodes(Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)/BVO).The self-assembled Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)/BVO composite photoanode exhibits the significantly enhanced photoelectrochemical water oxidation performances compared with pristine BVO and Au_(x)/BVO photoanodes,which is caused by the Pt atom doping into the Au_(x)NCs for elevating photosensitivity and boosting the *** synergy of Au and Pt atoms in alloy NCs protects the gold core from rapid oxidation,improving the photostability and accelerating the surface charge transfer *** work would significantly inspire ongoing interest in unlocking the charge transport characteristics of atomically precise alloy NCs for solar energy conversion.

19世纪80年代后期,奥地利植物学家Reinitzer和德国物理学家Lehmann共同发现了液晶,创立了液晶科学。20世纪70年代,液晶显示技术实现了革命性突破,风靡全球。液晶高分子的研究始于1937年的生物高分子液晶,随即受到广泛关注,尤其是杜邦公司基于溶致液晶芳香族聚酰胺的液晶纺丝技术在1972年推出的Kevlar系列高性能纤维产品,极大地推动了液晶高分子的飞速发展。近几十年来,基于热致液晶芳香族聚酯的高性能工程塑料如雨后春笋般不断涌现,高性能液晶高分子结构材料也成为全球研究热点。同时,侧链高分子液晶、聚合物分散液晶、聚合物稳定液晶、全息聚合物分散液晶以及新型结构的高分子液晶、超分子液晶在显示、传感、防伪、数据存储和电子封装等领域的应用也成为高性能液晶高分子功能材料的研究亮点。其中让我们倍感骄傲的是,我国科学家周其凤院士于1987年设计、合成了甲壳型液晶高分子,为液晶高分子科学与材料的发展做出了原创性贡献。当前,液晶材料的高分子化、高分子材料的液晶化已成为化学、材料、光学工程和信息工程等相关学科的重要研究方向,尤其近期在光存储、5G通讯领域中的应用备受关注。

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature(T=300-400 K),initial pressure(P=0.1-0.3 MPa),turbulence intensity(u'=1.0-2.7 m/s),oxygen volumetric percentage(φ(O_(2))=15%-21%)and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ(CO_(2))=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale(D6-D8)disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

Kinesin is an archetypal microtubule-based molecular motor that can generate force to transport cargo in cells. The load dependence of the detachment rate is an important factor of the kinesin motor, the determination of which is critically related to the chemomechanical coupling mechanism of the motor. Here, we use three models for the load dependence of the detachment rate of the kinesin motor to study theoretically and numerically the maximal force generated and microtubuleattachment duration of the motor. By comparing the theoretical and numerical results with the available experimental data,we show that only one model can explain well the available experimental data, indicating that only this model can be applicable to the kinesin motor.
