天然生物酶具有催化活性高、特异性强的优点,而其对环境非常敏感;纳米酶等酶模拟物具有更高的稳定性,可以作为生物酶的有效替代和补充参与催化反应。酶催化和类芬顿反应的结合在环境污染物降解领域显示出巨大的潜力,金属有机框架(MOFs)材料可以做为生物酶和其他功能分子的载体。采用原位沉淀法制备了氯高铁血红素(Hemin)和葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)包埋在ZIF-8 MOFs骨架中的复合材料(Hemin@GOx@ZIF-8),其在水溶液中具有良好的分散性,溶液呈墨绿色。结构表征Hemin和GOx能够被成功地封装在ZIF-8骨架中,并且复合材料仍能完整保持ZIF-8的骨架结构。复合材料Hemin@GOx@ZIF-8为多孔晶体结构,粒径约为300 nm;比表面积为1512 m^(2)·g^(-1);平均孔径1.076 nm;孔体积约为0.6075 cm^(3)·g^(-1)。丰富的比表面积和孔容量,可以为催化反应提供更多活性位点,从而有利于提高催化反应效率。复合材料Hemin@GOx@ZIF-8具有良好的稳定性。该复合材料具有级联催化的性能,在葡萄糖驱动下,GOx可将葡萄糖催化氧化生成H_(2)O_(2),并被复合材料中的Hemin催化发生类芬顿反应,从而实现对有机污染物高效的级联催化降解。以有机染料刚果红(CR)为底物研究该级联体系的催化降解性能,其对水溶液中CR的降解率达到88%以上,该级联催化体系还具有良好的热稳定性、有机溶剂耐受性和重复利用性。进一步研究表明,Hemin@GOx@ZIF-8级联降解体系对不同类型有机污染物均具有良好的降解能力,在环境污染物降解领域具有良好的应用前景。

目的:研究复杂性热性惊厥患儿维生素D、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)表达对继发癫痫风险的预测价值。方法:选取200例复杂性热性惊厥患儿进行前瞻性研究,根据2年内是否继发癫痫分为癫痫组(51例)和非癫痫组(149例),比较两组临床资料、维生素D、GFAP、NLRP3 mRNA表达。采用多因素Logistic回归分析复杂性热性惊厥继发癫痫的影响因素;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析传统方案和新型方案预测复杂性热性惊厥继发癫痫的价值;采用DeLong检验比较不同预测方案的曲线下面积(AUC)。结果:癫痫组高热惊厥/癫痫家族史占比高于非癫痫组,平均热性惊厥发作时间长于非癫痫组(均P0.05)。结论:复杂性热性惊厥患儿维生素D、GFAP、NLRP3表达与继发癫痫风险有关,三项联合检测时预测继发癫痫价值优于传统方案,可作为患儿病情进展的预警手段,为临床实施个性化的分层预防干预提供参考。

This study analyzes acoustic emission （AE） signals during the intergranular corrosion （IGC） process of 316L stainless steel welded joints under different welding currents in boiling nitric acid. IGC generates several AE signals with high AE activity. The AE technique could hardly distinguish IGC in stainless steel welded joints with different welding heat inputs. However, AE signals can effectively distinguish IGC characteristics in different corrosion stages. The IGC resistance of a heat-affected zone is lower than that of a weld zone. The initiation and rapid corrosion stages can be distinguished using AE results and microstructural analysis. Moreover, energy count rate and amplitude are considered to be ideal parameters for characterizing different IGC processes. Two types of signals are detected in the rapid corrosion stage. It can be concluded that grain boundary corrosion and grain separation are the AE sources of type 1 and type 2, respectively.

A vertical handoff decision algorithm in heterogeneous networks composed of CDMA Cell Networks (CN) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is proposed to minimize the total inter- ference in CDMA. The scope of WLAN is determined by minimizing interference and each commu- nicating node shall handoff to WLAN as soon as it enters the scope. We first propose a model for heterogeneous networks, and based on it we obtain the close-form expression of interference. In order to minimize interference, we use simulation annealing method to get the WLAN radius, which is called basic algorithm. In order to reduce the interference further, we improve the basic and get the enhanced algorithm. Through numerical computing, we analyze the interference in condition of different call arrive rates, and results show that the enhanced can reduce interference more greatly than the basic.

Boron-oxygen defects can cause serious lightinduced degradation （LID） of commercial solar cells based on the boron-doped crystalline silicon （c-Si）, which are formed under the injection of excess carriers induced either by illumination or applying forward bias. In this contribution, we have demonstrated that the passivation process of boron-oxygen defects can be induced by applying forward bias for a large quantity of solar cells, which is much more economic than light illumination. We have used this strategy to trigger the passivation process of batches of aluminum back surface field （A1-BSF） solar cells and passivated emitter and rear contact （PERC） solar cells. Both kinds of the treated solar cells show high stability in efficiency and suffer from very little LID under further illumination at room temperature. This technology is of significance for the suppression of LID of c-Si solar cells for the industrial manufacture.

目的：建立不同产地酒制多花黄精中糖类成分的定性与定量方法。方法：以11个产地的酒制多花黄精为研究样品，采用分子排阻/配体交换色谱-示差折光检测法（MEC/LEC-RI）分析酒制多花黄精糖类成分分子量，构建MEC-RI指纹图谱，测定D-葡萄糖、D-果糖含量，采用硫酸-蒽酮-紫外光谱法测定酒制多花黄精中黄精多糖含量，对糖类成分定性与定量结果进行关联性分析。结果：酒制多花黄精水浸液中主要含有分子量低于1 000 Da的低聚多糖，从MEC-RI指纹图谱中指认了5个共有峰，分子量分别约为220k、160k、100k、14.5k、0.95k Da,11个产地样品相似度均大于0.9。酒制多花黄精中D-葡萄糖、D-果糖含量在58.771～116.684、143.087～162.054 mg/g范围之间，黄精多糖含量在42.769～76.065 mg/g范围之间。结论：建立了不同产地酒制多花黄精中糖类成分的定性与定量方法，比较了不同产地酒制多花黄精中糖类成分的差异，可为多花黄精质量标准研究、资源分布及产品开发提供科学依据。
