Theoretical estimates for the survival probability in 1n-channel of about 1845 excited isotopes of superheavy elements with 100≤Z≤13. are made using statistical *** nuclear characteristics predicted in finite-range droplet macroscopic model are used *** our calculation it turns out that the stability island is still valid at the optimum excitation energy,but nucleus in neutron-rich area also possess higher survival probability due to the lower neutron separation *** sensitivity of the survival probability on nuclear properties is also discussed.

Although millions of patients have clinically recovered from COVID-19,little is known about the immune status of lymphocytes in these *** this study,the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a clinically recovered(CR)cohort were comparatively analyzed with those of an age-and sex-matched healthy donor *** found that CD8^(+)T cells in the CR cohort had higher numbers of effector T cells and effector memory T cells but lower Tc1(IFN-γ^(+)),Tc2(IL-4^(+)),and Tc17(IL-17A^(+))cell *** CD4^(+)T cells of the CR cohort were decreased in frequency,especially the central memory T cell ***,CD4^(+)T cells in the CR cohort showed lower programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)expression and had lower frequencies of Th1(IFN-γ^(+)),Th2(IL-4^(+)),Th17(IL-17A^(+)),and circulating follicular helper T(CXCR5^(+)PD-1^(+))***,the proportion of isotype-switched memory B cells(IgM−CD20^(hi))among B cells in the CR cohort showed a significantly lower proportion,although the level of the activation marker CD71 was *** CD3.HLA-DR−lymphocytes in the CR cohort,in addition to lower levels of IFN-γ,granzyme B and T-bet,the correlation between T-bet and IFN-γ was not ***,by taking into account the number of days after discharge,all the phenotypes associated with reduced function did not show a tendency toward recovery within 4-11 *** remarkable phenotypic alterations in lymphocytes in the CR cohort suggest that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection profoundly affects lymphocytes and potentially results in dysfunction even after clinical recovery.

The Yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of Yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the Yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3.endangered fishes,(4)Yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the Yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443.fish species(belonging to 163.genus,3. families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 3.3.fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole Yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3.of the resources in 1950s,3..9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the Yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 3. Objectives:To develop a new Chinese medicine(CM)-based drug and to evaluate its safety and effect for suppressing acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in COVID-19 ***:A putative ARDS-suppressing drug Keguan-1 was first developed and then evaluated by a randomized,controlled two-arm *** two arms of the trial consist of a control therapy(alpha interferon inhalation,50(x g twice daily;and lopinavir/ritonavir,400 and 100 mg twice daily,respectively)and a testing therapy(control therapy plus Keguan-119.4 g twice daily)by random number table at 1:1 ratio with 24 cases each *** 2-week treatment,adverse events,time to fever resolution,ARDS development,and lung injury on newly diagnosed COVID-19 patients were ***:An analysis of the data from the first 3. participants showed that the control arm and the testing arm did not exhibit any significant differences in terms of adverse *** on this result,the study was expanded to include a total of 48 participants(24 cases each arm).The results show that compared with the control arm,the testing arm exhibited a significant improvement in time to fever resolution(P=0.03.),and a significant reduction in the development of ARDS(P=0.048).Conclusions:Keguan-1-based integrative therapy was safe and superior to the standard therapy in suppressing the development of ARDS in COVID-19 patients.(Trial registration *** 04251871 at ***).

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93.fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773.GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(13.0)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3.)via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department *** syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese college of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, beijing Pediatric Society, beijing Medical Association(BMA). The present guideline includes the underlying diseases of syncope in children and adolescents, the diagnostic procedures, methodology and clinical significance of standing test and headup tilt test, the clinical diagnosis vasovagal syncope, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, orthostatic hypotension and orthostatic hypertension, and the treatment of syncope as well as follow-up.
