Short videos on the Internet have a huge amount, but most of them are unlabeled. In this paper, a rough short video labelling method based on the image classification neural network is proposed. Convolutional auto-encoder is applied to train and learn unlabeled video frames, in order to obtain feature in the specific level. With these features, the video key-frames are extracted by the feature clustering method. These key-frames which represent the video content are put into an image classification network, so that the labels of every video clip can be got. In addition, the different architectures of convolutional auto-encoder are estimated, and a better performance architecture through the experiment result is selected. In the final experiment, the video frame features from the convolutional auto-encoder are compared with those from other extraction methods, where it illustrates remarkable results by the proposed method.

[目的]工程情境创设作为工学类专业课程教学设计的重点,关系到学生工程意识的建立及工程应用能力的培养。[方法]针对土木工程专业结构设计类课程教学中存在工程情境创设不形象、不全面、不系统等问题,以结构布置、计算单元选取、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合等内容为例,介绍了整体式工程情境的创设。[结果]实践结果表明:整体式工程情境具有形象性、直观性、系统性的优点,有助于学生对相关概念、基本原理、计算方法的理解与掌握,能够增强其对结构总体系与分体系间构成关系、传力关系的理解。[结论]整体式工程情境的创设,是对现阶段结构设计类课程教学中工程情境创设的积极探索,有助于学生结构设计能力的培养及整体结构观的建立。

herein, the fabrication of cellulose acetate (CA) silica-based nanocomposite membranes via the dry-wetphase inversion procedure for water desalination was investigated. The modified and unmodified silicananoparticles (MSNPs and SNPs) were prepared by the sol-gel technique. The effect of the SNPs andMSNPs was investigated on the CA membrane's properties and their performance for water *** CA nanocomposite membranes were characterized to study their structure, hydrophilicity, andmorphology. The fabricated nanocomposite membranes showed hydrophilic surface properties. Theperformance of reverse osmosis (RO) membranes was measured using a crossflow RO unit at 10 bar(1 bar = 0.1 MPa). The membrane with 10 mg of SNPs enhanced permeate water flux compared to thepristine CA membrane by 1.6 l/(m2·h). The effect of MSNPs on the nanocomposites' performance waslower than their counterpart in the case of adding SNPs. The membrane with 30 mg of MSNPs showedthe highest permeate water flux among other nanocomposite membranes with a value oAQSf 35.7 l/(m2·h)at 24 bar.

Glutathione S-transferases（GSTs, EC 2.***.1.1 8） are a family of super enzymes with multiple functions that play a major role in the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic compounds. In our previous study, we have predicted 23 putative cytosolic GSTs in the silkworm genome using bioinformatic methods. In this study, we cloned and studied the insect-specific epsilon-class GST gene GSTe4 from the silkworm, Bombyx mori. The recombinant Bm GSTe4（Bac-Bm GSTe4） was overexpressed in SF- 9 cell lines, and it was found to have effective GST activity. We also found that the expression of Bm GSTe4 was especially down-regulated after the silkworms were fumigated with or ingested phoxim. Moreover, Bm GSTe4 protected hEK293 cells against UV-induced cell apoptosis. These results demonstrated that Bm GSTe4 has GST activity, is sensitive to phoxim, and plays a role in inhibition of UV-induced cell apoptosis.

Using the basic ingredient of supersymmetry, a simple alternative approach is developed to perturbation theory in one-dimensional non-relativistic quantum mechanics. The formulae for the energy shifts and wavefunctions do not involve tedious calculations which appear in the available perturbation theories. The model applicable in the same form to both the ground state and excited bound states, unlike the recently introduced supersymmetric perturbation technique which, together with other approaches based on logarithmic perturbation theory, are involved within the more general framework of the present formalism.
