From december 2019 to June 2021,the BESⅢ ex.eriment collected approx.mately 5.85 fb^(−1) of data at center-of-mass energies between 4.61 and 4.95 *** is the highest collision energy BEPCⅡ has reached to *** accumulated e^(+)e^(−) annihilation data samples are useful for studying charmonium(-like)states and charmed-hadron *** adopting a novel method of analyzing the production of A_(c)^(+)A_(c)^(-) pairs in e^(+)e^(−) annihilation,the center-of-mass energies are measured with a precision of 0.6 *** luminosities are measured with a precision of better than 1% by analyzing the events of large-angle Bhabha *** measurements provide important inputs to analyses based on these data samples.

Synthesis of a m m oniu m alu min u m carbonate hydrox.de ( A A C h) w as investigated usinga m m oniu m alu min u m sulfate and a m moniu m hydro carbonate as the starting m aterials . Itw as found that A A C hcan be synthesiz.d.by adding a m m oniu m alu m inu m sulfate solution torapid.y.stirred a m moniu m hydro - carbonate solution at a tem perature of 30 ℃. A A C hcantransfor m to α Al2 O3 co m pletely by calcining at 1100 ℃ for 1 hour , and the obtained po w ders , with a particle size of 100 n m , can be sintered to 98 99 % relative density at 1500 ℃for 2 hours .

Synthesis,Spectroscopic Properties and Structural Characterization of Sodium Potassium Citrato Ox.tungstate(VI)dimer

The sodium potassium citrato ox.tungstate(VI) dimer, Na 4K 2〔W 2O 5\|(cit) 2〕·11h 2O (h 4cit = citric acid) was obtained by the reaction of sodium tungstate(VI) and ex.ess potassium citrate monobasic (Kh 3cit) in neutral solution. The crystal data for the title compound: monoclinic, C 12 h 30 K 2Na 4W 2O 30 , M r =1192.21, space group P2 1/n, a=17.427(4), b=10.022(2), c=18.637(3) , β=92.62(1)°, V=3252(2)  3, z=4, d c =2.435 g/cm 3, μ( Mo Kα )=76.38 cm -1 , F( 000)=2288. The structure was refined to R =0.0434 for 6327 independent observed reflections with I>3σ(I) . The complex.anion contains a quasi centrosymmetric (O 2W)O b(WO 2) core with a bent bridging ox. group 〔W-O b-W 175.0(4)°〕. Each citrate as tridentate ligand coordinates to a tungsten atom through the alkox., α carbox.l, and one β carbox.l group, while the other β carbox.l group remains uncoordinated. Principal dimensions are: W-O b 1.883(6) , (W=O t)av 1.715(6) , W-O (alkox.) 1.959(6) , W-O ( α carbox.) 2.176(6)  and W-O ( β carbox.) 2.231(6) . The tungsten atom is located in a distorted octahedron environment.

Comprehensive evaluation of Korla fragrant pears and optimization of plucking time during the harvest period

To optimize the harvest of Korla fragrant pears and to provide a theoretical basis for post-harvest processing,a total of 26 basic indices of Korla fragrant pears,including their morphology,quality,and softening age,were *** harvest period ranged from August 22nd to October 6th,samples were collected every 5 d(totally 10 plucking d.y.,indicated as h1-h10).The results indicated that changes in pectin content were the main causes of softening in fragrant *** scavenging of free radicals mainly occurred because of the collaborative effects of superox.de dismutase(SOd)and catalase(CAT).In the harvest periods h1-h3,the hardness,titratable acid(TA),chlorophyll content,density,and diameter of the stone cells,as well as the cellulose and hemicellulose content of the Korla fragrant pears were at their *** the periods h7-h10,the single-fruit weight,fruit horizontal and vertical diameter,color coordinates L,a*,b*,soluble-solids content(SSC),SOd activity,CAT activity,and water-soluble pectin were higher than in the other plucking *** highest vitamin C(VC)content and moderate values for a variety of indicators were observed during *** in the Korla fragrant pears during h1-h3 mainly manifested through changes in softening-related *** h3-h10,changes in the softening-related,aging-related,color-related,and quality indices had a dominant *** this basis,some suggestions for the post-harvest processing of fragrant pears have been ***,during h1-h3,are suitable for transportation and storage;during h7-h10 are suitable for fresh-eating and further processing;and during h3-h7,ex.ibited moderate values for a variety of indicators and had the highest commercial *** research provides a systematic evaluation of the characteristics of mature Korla fragrant pears during the harvest period and can form the basis for fruit quality control and processing of Korla fragrant pears.

We constructed a Mycobacterium tuberculosis vector ex.ressing CFP-10 and Rv2626c to ex.mine the ex.ression of these proteins in Escherichia coli as well as their *** CFP-10 and Rv2626c genes were amplified from tuberculosis h37Rv genomic dNA using polymerase chain *** were ligated into the ex.ression vector PET30a and ex.ressed in *** tag nickel column chromatography was used to purify the recombinant *** enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used for *** our ***-engineered bacteria containing a CFP10 and Rv2626c plasmid,the target protein was found mainly to be in the soluble *** formed mix.d antigens of the recombinant CFP10 and Rv2626c *** results showed that in 214 blood samples,the positive rate was 77.1%.The target gene was successfully ex.ressed in the host *** antigens of the recombinant CFP-10 and Rv2626c proteins can be used as a combination antigen in the serological diagnosis of tuberculosis.

Anthocyanins from mulberry fruits are used in medicine. however, little anthocyanin can be detected in other tissues and sometimes also mulberry fruits are colorless. The aim of this study was to investigate which gene or genes have the strongest correlation with the anthocyanin biosynthesis. The ex.ression of several anthocyanin synthesis genes were determined in different tissues of two white and two purple fruit cultivars. Genes encoding dihydroflavonol reductase（MadFR） and anthocyanidin synthase（MaANS） showed a high ex.ression only in fruit tissue of purple-fruit *** the development of mulberry fruits, the anthocyanin content was well correlated with the transcripts abundance of MadFR, MaANS, and MaChS（encoding chalcone synthase）. The skin of female mulberry flowers turns red under irradiance because of up-regulated ex.ressions of MaChS, MadFR, and MaANS. These three genes may control the anthocyanin biosynthesis in mulberry and up-regulation of them may greatly increase the anthocyanin content. Additional key words: anthocyanidin synthase, chalcone isomerase, chalcone synthase, dihydroflavonol reductase, flavanone-3- hydrox.lase, phenylalanine ammonia lyase.

The Lobster Eye Imager for Astronomy(LEIA),a pathfinder of the Wide-field x.ray Telescope of the Einstein Probe mission,was successfully launched onboard the SATech-01 satellite of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on2022 July *** this paper,we introduce the design and on-ground test results of the LEIA *** stateof-the-art Micro-Pore Optics(MPO),a wide field of view of 346 square degrees(18.6°×18.6°)of the x.ray imager is *** optical assembly composed of 36 MPO chips is used to focus incident x.ray photons,and four large-format complementary metal-ox.de semiconductor(CMOS)sensors,each of size 6 cm×6 cm,are used as the focal plane *** instrument has an angular resolution of 4’-8’(in terms of FWhM)for the central focal spot of the point-spread function,and an effective area of 2-3 cm^(2) at 1 keV in essentially all the directions within the field of *** detection passband is 0.5-4 keV in soft x.rays and the sensitivity is2-3×10^(-11) erg s^(-1) cm^(-2)(about 1 milliCrab)with a 1000 s *** total weight of LEIA is 56 kg and the power is 85 *** satellite,with a design lifetime of 2 yr,operates in a Sun-synchronous orbit of 500 km with an orbital period of 95 *** is paving the way for future missions by verifying in flight the technologies of both novel focusing imaging optics and CMOS sensors for x.ray observation,and by optimizing the working setups of the instrumental *** addition,LEIA is able to carry out scientific observations to find new transients and to monitor known sources in the soft x.ray band,albeit with limited useful observing time available.

Although inter-laboratory validation efforts of the flow cytometry(FCM) based in vivo micronucleus (MN) assay have taken place in the EU and US,none have been organiz.d.in China. Therefore a high profile,inter-laboratory study was coordinated to validate the in vivo flow cytometric MicroFlow method for enumerating micronucleated reticulocytes(MN-RETs) in rat *** ultimate goal is to offer data to support revision of the China FdA guideline to approve the use of FCM in GLP *** degree of correspondence between MN-RET measurements in blood generated by FCM and micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes(MN-PCEs) in bone marrow using microscopy was evaluated. Assay reliability and reproducibility were confirmed among eight laboratories using four known *** cytometric MN-RET measurements for each blood sample were performed at three separate sites(2 in China and 1 in the US).Ex.osure occurred on 3 consecutive d.y.,and blood and bone marrow were obtained approx.mately 24 h after the final ***-RET frequencies were determined based on analyzing approx.mately 2000 PCEs(microscopy) and20000 RETs(FCM).Each genotox.c agent caused statistically significant dose-dependent MN ***’s correlation coefficient (rs) for MN-RET versus MN-PCE measurements was 0.723,indicating high correspondence between methods and *** rs value for all FCM MN-RET measurements performed at collaborative laboratories was 0.940,and between Chinese laboratories with reference laboratory was 0.933, suggesting the automated method is highly transferable between *** FCM MN analysis meth- od would therefore be recommended for evaluating the in vivo genotox.c potential of test chemicals.

Construction of bilayer PdSe2 on epitax.al graphene

Two-dimensional (2d) materials have received significant attention due to their unique physical properties and potential applications in electronics and optoelectronics. Recent studies have demonstrated that ex.oliated PdSe2, a layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMd), ex.ibits ambipolar field-effect transistor (FET) behavior with notable performance and good air stability, and thus serves as an emerging candidate for 2d electronics. here, we report the growth of bilayer PdSe2 on a graphene-SiC(0001) substrate by molecular beam epitax. (MBE). A bandgap of 1.15 ± 0.07 eV was revealed by scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS). Moreover, a bandgap shift of 0.2 eV was observed in PdSe2 layers grown on monolayer graphene as compared to those grown on bilayer graphene. The realization of nanoscale electronic junctions with atomically sharp boundaries in 2d PdSe2 implies the possibility of tuning its electronic or optoelectronic properties. In addition, on top of the PdSe2 bilayers, PdSe2 nanoribbons and stacks of nanoribbons with a fix.d orientation have been fabricated. The bottom-up fabrication of low-dimensional PdSe2 structures is ex.ected to enable substantial ex.loration of its potential applications.

during the late ex.ansion and recovery phases of a substorm from 07:35UT to 08:00UT on 24August 2005,Cluster satellites(C1 and C3)observed a series of earthward/dawnward bursty bulk flows(BBFs)and the repeated drops of energetic(-128keV)electron flux.s in the midtail plasma sheet(-18.1≤x.SM≤-16.9RE).By analyzing the BBF-associated changes in the charged particle’s loss cone,waves and energetic particles,we found that the loss of energetic electrons is mainly due to the pitch angle scatterings driven by the lower-band whistler waves in the BBF-impacted regions,whereas the influence of particle’s azimuth drifts(e.g.,the Ex.Bz.d.ifts independent of charges)are quite weak *** the loss cone of the charged particles is narrow(half loss cone angleαc.15o)in the midtail plasma sheet,the BBFs can enlarge the particle’s loss cone through the compression of local magnetic *** isotropic electron pitch angle evolutions and concurrent flux.drops certify that the plasma sheet energetic electrons can be rapid.y.scattered into the loss cone(2αc)in the process of whistler wave *** the energetic electrons can ex.erience the northern and southern conjugated losses during the wave-particle resonant interactions,their flux.drops are also considerable when the plasma sheet was swept by the BBFs with the whistler waves many *** observations indicate that the BBFs with intense whistler waves mainly lead to the loss of the plasma sheet energetic electrons through the wave-driven pitch angle scatterings.
