BACKGROUND Bronchial asthma is closely related to the occurrence of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children,which can easily have adverse effects on children’s learning and social *** have shown that childhood asthma can increase the risk of ADHD and the core symptoms of *** with children with ADHD alone,children with asthma and ADHD are more likely to show high levels of hyperactivity,hyperactive-impulsive and other externalizing behaviors and anxiety in clinical practice and have more symptoms of somatization and emotional *** To explore the relationship between ADHD in children and bronchial asthma and to analyze its influencing *** This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Dongying People's Hospital from September 2018 to August *** diagnosed with ADHD at this hospital were selected as the ADHD group,while healthy children without ADHD who underwent physical examinations during the same period served as the control *** and parental data were collected for all participating children,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify risk factors for comorbid asthma in children with *** differences were detected between the ADHD group and the control group in terms of family history ofasthma and allergic diseases, maternal complications during pregnancy, maternal use of asthma and allergymedications during pregnancy, maternal anxiety and depression during pregnancy, and parental relationshipstatus (P < 0.05). Out of the 183 children in the ADHD group, 25 had comorbid asthma, resulting in a comorbidityrate of 13.66% (25/183), compared to the comorbidity rate of 2.91% (16/549) among the 549 children in the controlgroup. The difference in the asthma comorbidity rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The failure cause of a tinned copper wire clamp in marine atmosphere was studied systematically by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and electrochemical *** main components of the green rust on the surface of the damaged wire clamp are SnO_(2),CuO,Cu_(2)Cl(OH)_(3) and CuCO(OH)_(2).Much of green rust distributes at the platform edge along the axial direction on the crimp connection,and severe corrosion and corrosion pits occur at the platform edge zone along the axial *** enriching Cl-at the marine atmosphere and the existing O_(2) in air collectively enhance the corrosion process of the tin coating and the copper *** element model results show that the residual stress and strain of the tin coating are the largest at the platform edge along the axial direction on the crimp connection,and the corresponding electrode potential of the tin coating at this zone drops *** above results indicate that the residual strain increases the driving force of the corrosion electrochemical reactions and accelerates the corrosion rate and the pit corrosion of the tin coating at this zone.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common tumor types and remains a major clinical challenge. Increasing evidence has revealed that mitophagy inhibitors can enhance the effect of chemotherapy on HCC. However, few mitophagy inhibitors have been approved for clinical use in humans. Pyrimethamine (Pyr) is used to treat infections caused by protozoan parasites. Recent studies have reported that Pyr may be beneficial in the treatment of various tumors. However, its mechanism of action is still not clearly defined. Here, we found that blocking mitophagy sensitized cells to Pyr-induced apoptosis. Mechanistically, Pyr potently induced the accumulation of autophagosomes by inhibiting autophagosome-lysosome fusion in human HCC cells. In vitro and in vivo studies revealed that Pyr blocked autophagosome-lysosome fusion by upregulating BNIP3 to inhibit synaptosomal-associated protein 29 (SNAP29)-vesicle-associated membrane protein 8 (VAMP8) interaction. Moreover, Pyr acted synergistically with sorafenib (Sora) to induce apoptosis and inhibit HCC proliferation in vitro and in vivo. Pyr enhances the sensitivity of HCC cells to Sora, a common chemotherapeutic, by inhibiting mitophagy. Thus, these results provide new insights into the mechanism of action of Pyr and imply that Pyr could potentially be further developed as a novel mitophagy inhibitor. Notably, Pyr and Sora combination therapy could be a promising treatment for malignant HCC.

近年来,碱催化技术和原油直接制化学品技术越来越受到人们的关注。本文报道中国海洋石油集团有限公司开发的原油直接催化转化制化学品(DPC)碱催化技术,包括催化剂性能、工业试验效果、碱催化技术与分子筛酸催化技术的比较以及碱催化反应特点、反应机理等。DPC碱催化技术开发的关键是在发现可大幅减少焦炭和干气产率的催化新材料基础上,合成制备出高水热稳定性的介孔材料及具有高碱活性稳定性的碱催化剂,并开发出配套的反应-再生新工艺。处理劣质重油原料时,DPC技术比延迟焦化技术和催化裂化(FCC)技术更具优势,而与处理常压渣油或减压渣油的加氢处理工艺,即常压渣油加氢脱硫(ARDS)或减压渣油加氢脱硫(VRDS)技术相比,DPC技术也具有更多的优势。DPC技术在大幅降低干气和焦炭产率的同时,还能大幅提高化学品收率,是目前唯一适用于原油、蜡油、常压渣油、减压渣油、油砂沥青等各类原料的新技术。经初步证实,DPC碱催化技术遵循负碳离子反应机理,几乎不发生氢转移和芳烃缩合反应,但也表现出一定的裂解和异构化反应能力,是当前对用分子筛固体酸催化处理重油技术的颠覆性技术,可以取代延迟焦化、FCC、ARDS或VRDS工艺,为原油直接制化学品提供理论与技术指导、支撑与引领。

“正因”是方以智易学构建的重要一环,“正因即公因也”的提出,表明了“正因”是“公因”和“反因”关系的重要桥梁。借由“反因即正因”与“正因即公因也”的过渡,方以智的“公因之在反因中”得以成立。一方面,通过提出“反因即正因”,方以智展现了“公因”统一作用下“正因”与“反因”的对立转化,使圆∴的三点得以成立。另一方面,“正因即公因也”的提出,使“公因”能够直接参与到“正因”与“反因”的对立转化中以实现“公因之在反因中”。此外,“正因”的出场还推动了圆∴静态的三点结构向动态的“二虚一实”转化,展现了方以智主客观统一的认识路线以及他以儒学容纳禅学和庄学、以“实学”融摄“虚学”的学术理想。

Xu Chunfu was a famous medical expert in the Ming Dynasty, who authored the Gu Jin Yi Tong Da Quan and the Yi Xue Zhi Nan Jie Jing Liu Shu. This paper uses the Xu family genealogy, literature catalog, historical records to study the Xu family’s life and deeds. Xu Chunfu was born in the second year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1523) and passed away in the 24th year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1596). He served as an official in the Tai Hospital for about 20 years. His work Gu Jin Yi Tong Da Quan was written around the 43rd year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1556), with a lower limit of the fifth year of the Longqing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1571), and the initial engraving time was not earlier than the eighth year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1580). This paper corrects the shortcomings and errors in previous research, and provides a comprehensive and systematic examination of Xu Chunfu’s life and works.

布兰顿的概念内容理论诉诸“推理”诠释概念内容,主张概念内容是其推理作用,但这种语义策略面临一大难题,即如何根据社会的和推理的阐明解释概念内容的客观性。针对此问题,布兰顿主要提供了一种表达主义的解决方案。尽管这一方案及其理论基底受到了福多、莱文等的挑战,但在布兰顿的理论语境中,它有一定的合理性;不仅如此,诉诸塞拉斯式的解释性的融贯论,也可以为这种表达主义的解决方案提供一定程度的辩护。
