Our previous study found that feeding with Lactobacillus plantarum Ep-M17 could effectively affect the growth performance,immune response,and gut microbiota of Penaeus ***,high temperature and pressure during feed pelletizing is the main problem that can lead to a decrease in the activity of probiotics or cause their *** investigation needs to investigate whether inactivated Ep-M17 can exert similar effects as live ***,we evaluated the effects of inactivated *** Ep-M17 on growth performance,immune response,disease resistance,and gut microbiota in *** show that adding inactivated Ep-M17 to the feed also promoted body weight gain and increased relative immune protection in ***,histological examination revealed that the administration of inactivated Ep-M17 led to improvements in the density and distribution of microvilli in the intestines and enhancements in the abundance of B and R cells in the ***,the inactivated Ep-M17 supplementation resulted in increased activity levels of nutrient immune-related enzymes in both the shrimp hepatopancreas and ***,it stimulated the expression of Lvlec,PEN-3a,Crustin,LGBP,Lysozyme,and proPo genes in both the hepatopancreas and ***,the inactivated Ep-M17 also increased bacterial diversity in the gut of shrimp and promoted the abundance of specific flora,facilitating the host organism’s metabolism and immunity to improve the disease resistance of ***,supplementation of inactivated *** Ep-M17 in shrimp diets can exert similar effects as live *** Ep-M17 effectively improving growth performance,gut microbiota,immune response,and disease resistance in ***.

The uncontrolled growth of zinc dendrites on zinc anode hinders the application of zinc ion *** solve this problem,Lu's group proposed a nuclei-rich galvanizing strategy for suppressing the zinc dendrite *** allows the nuclei-rich zinc electrode to cycle steadily for1200 h and have a high Coulombic efficiency of 99.7%at15 mA·cm^(-2)with a deposited amount of 10 mAh·cm^(-2).Moreover,the Zn-MnO_(2) battery with a low N/P ratio of 1.9exhibited sustained cycling life.

Excessive electrolyte decomposition seriously determines the performance of high-voltage Mg batteries. In Nazar?s work, the strategy using a zeolite polymer membrane as a protective interface was proposed to restrain the electrolyte decomposition. Background:Acute liver failure(ALF)is an unpredictable and life-threatening critical *** pathological characteristic of ALF is massive necrosis of hepatocytes and lots of inflammatory cells infiltration which may lead to multiple organ ***:Animals were divided into 3 groups,normal,thioacetamide(TAA,ALF model)and TAA+*** L02 cells were divided into 5 groups,normal,TAA,TAA+mitofusin 2(MFN2)-siRNA,TAA+AGK2,and TAA+AGK2+MFN2-siRNA *** liver histology was evaluated with hematoxylin and eosin staining,inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1),activating transcription factor 6β(ATF6β),protein kinase R(PKR)-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)and phosphorylated-PERK(p-PERK).C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP),reactive oxygen species(ROS),MFN2 and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)were measured with Western blotting,and cell viability and liver chemistry were also *** endoplasmic reticulum membranes(MAMs)were measured by ***:The liver tissue in the ALF group had massive inflammatory cell infiltration and hepatocytes necrosis,which were reduced by AGK2 *** comparison to the normal group,apoptosis rate and levels of IRE1,ATF6β,p-PERK,CHOP,ROS and Fe2+in the TAA-induced ALF model group were significantly increased,which were decreased by AGK2 *** levels of MFN2 and GPX4 were decreased in TAA-induced mice compared with the normal group,which were enhanced by AGK2 *** with the TAA-induced L02 cell,apoptosis rate and levels of IRE1,ATF6β,p-PERK,CHOP,ROS and Fe2+were further increased and levels of MFN2 and GPX4 were decreased in the MFN2-siRNA ***2 pre-treatment decreased the apoptosis rate and levels of IRE1,ATF6β,p-PERK,CHOP,ROS and Fe2+and enhanced the protein expression of MFN2 and GPX4 in MFN2-siRNA treated L02 *** observation showed that level of MAMs was promoted in the AGK2 pre-treatment group when compared with the TAA-induced gr

Osmotic water alters the physicochemical properties and internal structures of *** issue is particularly critical in tunnel construction across mountainous regions with aquifers,where pressurized groundwater can destabilize the limestone-based surrounding ***,systematic research into the physicochemical properties and pore structure changes in the limestone under pressurized water is ***,it is essential to develop an interpretable mathematical model to accurately depict how pressurized osmotic water weakens *** this research,a specialized device was designed to simulate the process of osmotic laminar flow within ***,four main tests were conducted:mass loss,acoustic emission(AE),mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),and fluorescence *** results gained from tests led to the development of a“Particle-pore throat-water film”*** model explains water-induced physicochemical and pore changes in limestone under osmotic pressure and reveals evolutionary mechanisms as pressure *** on experimental results and model,we found that osmotic pressure not only alters limestone composition but also affects pore throats larger than 0.1μ***,osmotic pressure expands pore throats,enhancing pore structure uniformity,interconnectivity,and *** effects are observed at a threshold of 7.5 MPa,where cohesive forces within the mineral lattice are surpassed,leading to the breakdown of erosion-resistant layer and a significant increase in hydrochemical erosion.

The Scheduling of the Multi-EOSs Area Target Observation(SMEATO)is an EOS resource schedul-ing problem highly coupled with computational *** advances in EOS technology and the ex-pansion of wide-area remote sensing applications have increased the practical significance of *** this paper,an adaptive local grid nesting-based genetic algorithm(ALGN-GA)is proposed for developing SMEATO ***,a local grid nesting(LGN)strategy is designed to discretize the target area into parts,so as to avoid the explosive growth of calculations.A genetic algorithm(GA)framework is then used to share reserve information for the population during iterative evolution,which can generate high-quality solutions with low computational *** this basis,an adaptive technique is introduced to determine whether a local region requires nesting and whether the grid scale is *** effectiveness of the proposed model is assessed experimentally with nine randomly generated tests at different *** results show that the ALGN-GA offers advantages over several conventional algorithms in 88.9%of instances,especially in large-scale *** fully demonstrate the high efficiency and stability of the ALGN-GA.

Understanding the effects of microwave irradiation and thermal treatment on the dynamic compression and fragmentation properties of rocks is essential to quantify energy consumption in rock *** this study,Fangshan granite(FG)specimens were exposed to microwave irradiation and heat *** damage of FG specimens induced by these two methods was compared using X-ray CT scanning and ultrasonic wave *** temperatures of FG after microwave irradiation and thermal treatment were effectively evaluated using a newly proposed technique.A novelty method for precisely determining the geometric features of fragments is developed to estimate the fragmentation ***,the dynamic uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),the dynamic fragmentation characteristics,and the fragmentation energy of FG after these two pretreatment methods can be reasonably *** noticeable distinction of loading rate effect on the dynamic UCS of FG between these two pretreatment methods is first observed.A relationship is established between the dynamic UCS and the damage induced by microwave irradiation and heat ***,fragmentation energy fan analysis is introduced to accurately compare the fragmentation properties of FG after two pretreatment methods in dynamic compression tests.
