Greenhouse Building Energy Simulation(BES)models were developed to estimate the energy load using TRNSYS(ver.16,University of Wisconsin,USA),a commercial BES *** was conducted based on data recorded during field *** BES greenhouse modeling is reliable,as validation showed 5.2%and 5.5%compared with two field experiments,*** the next step,the heating characteristics of the greenhouses were analyzed to predict the maximum and annual total heating loads based on the greenhouse types and target locations in the Republic of Korea using the validated greenhouse *** BES-computed results indicated that the annual heating load was greatly affected by the local climate conditions of the target *** annual heating load of greenhouses located in Chuncheon,the northernmost region,was 44.6%higher than greenhouses in Jeju,the southernmost area among the studied *** regression models for prediction of maximum heating load of Venlo type greenhouse and widespan type greenhouse were developed based on the BES computed results to easily predict maximum heating load at field and they explained nearly 95%and 80%of the variance in the data set used,respectively,with the predictor *** a BES model of geothermal energy system was additionally designed and incorporated into the BES greenhouse *** feasibility of the geothermal energy system for greenhouse was estimated through economic analysis.

Endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) has become a useful diagnostic and therapeutic modality in gastrointestinal ***,EUS requires additional training since it requires simultaneous endoscopic manipulation and ultrasonographic *** adequate EUS training can be challenging since EUS is highly operator-dependent and training on actual patients can be associated with an increased risk of complications including inaccurate ***,several models have been developed to help facilitate training of *** models currently available for EUS training include computer-based simulators,phantoms,ex vivo models,and live animal *** each model has its own merits and limitations,the value of these different models is rather complementary than ***,there is a lack of objective data regarding the efficacy of each model with recommendations on the use of various training models based on expert opinion ***,objective studies evaluating the efficacy of various EUS training models on technical and clinical outcomes are still needed.

This paper proposes the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)detection scheme by using the deep neural network(DNN)based ensemble machine learning for higher error performance in wireless communication *** the MIMO detection based on the ensemble machine learning,all learning models for the DNN are generated in offline and the detection is performed in online by using already learned *** the offline learning,the received signals and channel coefficients are set to input data,and the labels which correspond to transmit symbols are set to output *** the online learning,the perfectly learned models are used for signal detection where the models have fixed bias and *** performance improvement,the proposed scheme uses the majority vote and the maximum probability as the methods of the model combinations for obtaining diversity gains at the MIMO *** simulation results show that the proposed scheme has improved symbol error rate(SER)performance without additional receive antennas.

Blockchain technology provides transparency and reliability by sharing transactions and maintaining the same information through consensus among all ***,single-signature applications in transactions can lead to user identification issues due to the reuse of public *** address this issue,group signatures can be used,where the same group public key is used to verify signatures from group members to provide anonymity to ***,in dynamic groups where membership may change,an attack can occur where a user who has left the group can disguise themselves as a group member by leaking a partial *** problem cannot be traced back to the partial key *** this paper,we propose assigning different partial keys to group members to trace partial key leakers and partially alleviate the damage caused by partial key *** schemes have shown that arbitrary tracing issues occurred when a single administrator had exclusive key generation and tracing *** paper proposes a group signature scheme that solves the synchronization problem by involving a threshold number of TMs while preventing arbitrary tracing by distributing authority among multiple TMs.

Hyperthermia effects （39-44 ℃） induced by pulsed high-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） have been regarded as a promising therapeutic tool for boosting immune responses or enhancing drug delivery into a solid tumor. However, previous studies also reported that the cell death occurs when cells are maintained at 43 ℃ for more than 20 minutes. The aim of this study is to investigate thermal responses inside in vivo rabbit auricular veins exposed to pulsed HIFU （1.17 MHz, 5300 W/cm2, with relatively low-duty ratios （0.2%-4.3%）. The results show that：（1） with constant pulse repetition frequency （PRF）（e.g., 1 Hz）, the thermal responses inside the vessel will increase with the increasing duty ratio; （2） a temperature elevation to 43 ℃ can be identified at the duty ratio of 4.3%; （3） with constant duty ratios, the change of PRF will not significantly affect the temperature measurement in the vessel; （4） as the duty ratios lower than 4.3%, the presence of microbubbles will not significantly enhance the thermal responses in the vessel, but will facilitate HIFU-induced inertial cavitation events.

As a new class of two-dimensional materials, two-dimensional (2D) heterostructures constructed from metal chalcogenides (MCs) have been gaining tremendous attention due to their unprecedented physical and chemical phenomena, mainly originated from their distinct structural features such as composition, architecture type, spatial arrangement of each component, crystal structure, exposed facet and interface, dimensionality in their heterostructures. Towards the realization of practical applications, synthetic approaches need a rational design with a variety of architecture types including laterally-combined, vertically-aligned, and conformally-coated 2D MC heterostructures. Among various synthetic routes, solution-based synthesis is thought of as an alternative to fabrication through high-cost setups since it can control those structural features in a cheap fashion. This review presents recent progress on solution-based synthesis to produce various 2D MC heterostructures with a focus on the synthetic fundamentals in terms of thermodynamic and kinetic aspects related to the growth mechanism. Four different synthetic approaches are reviewed: seeded growth, cation exchange reaction, colloidal atomic layer deposition, direct synthesis including one-step process and modified electrochemical method. We also provide some representative applications of 2D MC heterostructures and their hybrid composites in various fields including optoelectronics, thermoelectrics, catalysis, and battery. Finally, we offer an insight into challenges and future directions in a synthetic improvement of 2D MC heterostructures.

Defect-Detection Model for Underground Parking Lots Using Image Object-Detection Method

The demand for defect diagnoses is gradually gaining ground owing to the growing necessity to implement safe inspection methods to ensure the durability and quality of ***,conventional manpower-based inspection methods not only incur considerable cost and time,but also cause frequent disputes regarding defects owing to poor ***,the demand for an effective and efficient defect-diagnosis model for concrete structures is imminent,as the reduction in maintenance costs is significant from a long-term ***,this paper proposes a deep learning-based image objectidentification method to detect the defects of paint peeling,leakage peeling,and leakage traces that mostly occur in underground parking lots made of concrete *** deep learning-based object-detection method can replace conventional visual inspection methods.A faster region-based convolutional neural network(R-CNN)model was used with a training dataset of 6,281 images that utilized a region proposal network to objectively localize the regions of interest and detect the surface *** defects were classified according to their type,and the learning of each exclusive model was ensured through test sets obtained from real underground parking *** a result,average precision scores of 37.76%,36.42%,and 61.29%were obtained for paint peeling,leakage peeling,and leakage trace defects,***,this study verified the performance of the faster RCNN-based defect-detection algorithm along with its applicability to underground parking lots.
