The postmortem examination of a 59-year-old man who had suffered from acute abdominal pain for two days revealed that the cause of death was peritonitis secondary to perforated peptic ulceration. During examination,it was found that the urinary tract was abnormal. Here, we report a postmortem finding of aplastic renal dysplasia of the kidney and malformation of the urinary tract.

The synergies between electricity and other energy resources could promote energy utilization efficiency in electricity *** this context,this paper proposes a bi-level stochastic optimization model for the joint operation of a coordinated wind power plant(wPP)and natural gas generating(ngG)-power to gas(P2G)suppliers participating in the day-ahead(DA)market and real-time(RT)market as well as providing real-time auxiliary *** coordinated supplier’s payoff is maximized in the upper level with consideration of the uncertainties of wPP output capacity and RT electricity price,while the social welfare of the grid is maximized in the lower *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed bidding model of the coordinated wPPs and ngG-P2G suppliers by examining its bidding behaviors and benefits with comparisons of four other bidding models.

Lymphoma is a diverse disease with a variety of different subtypes,each characterized by unique pathophysiology,tumor microenvironment,and underlying signaling pathways leading to *** our increasing understanding of the molecular biology of lymphoma,there have been a number of novel targeted therapies and immunotherapy approaches that have been developed for the treatment of this complex *** rapid progress in the field,however,many patients still relapse largely due to the development of drug resistance to these therapies.A better understanding of the mechanisms underlying resistance is needed to develop more novel treatment strategies that circumvent these mechanisms and design better treatment algorithms that personalize therapies to patients and sequence these therapies in the most optimal *** review focuses on the recent advances in therapies in lymphoma,including targeted therapies,monoclonal antibodies,antibody-drug conjugates,cellular therapy,bispecific antibodies,and checkpoint *** discuss the genetic and cellular principles of drug resistance that span across all the therapies,as well as some of the unique mechanisms of resistance that are specific to these individual classes of therapies and the strategies that have been developed to address these modes of resistance.

A series of tricyanoiron(Ⅲ) complexes with the general formula mer-[FeⅢ(5-Xsap)(CN)3]2-(X = H, Me, MeO, Cl or Br, sapH2 = N-salicylidene-o-aminophenol) have been synthesized. These complexes were characterized by IR, ESI-MS, UV/Vis, elemental analysis and magnetic measurements. The structures of (PPh4)2[FeⅢ(sap)(CN)3] and (PPh4)2[FeⅢ(5-Mesap)(CN)3] have been determined by X-ray crystallography. These low-spin d5 tricyanoiron(Ⅲ) complexes are potential building blocks for the construction of molecule-based magnets.

Large-scale key-value stores are widely used in many web-based systems to store huge amount of data as(key, value) pairs. In order to reduce the latency of accessing such(key, value) pairs, an in-memory cache system is usually deployed between the front-end web system and the back-end database system. In practice, a cache system may consist of a number of server nodes, and fault tolerance is a critical feature to maintain the latency Service-Level Agreements(SLAs). In this paper, we present the design, implementation, analysis, and evaluation of R-Memcached, a reliable in-memory key-value cache system that is built on top of the popular Memcached software. R-Memcached exploits coding techniques to achieve reliability, and can tolerate up to two node *** experimental results show that R-Memcached can maintain very good latency and throughput performance even during the period of node failures.

Hydrogels are soft materials consisting of a three-dimensional network of polymer *** the years,hydrogels with different compositions have been developed as drug carriers for diverse biomedical applications,ranging from cancer therapy and wound care to the treatment of neurodegenerative and inflammatory *** of these carriers,however,are designed only to deliver single *** based on hydrogels for co-delivery of multiple agents,with the release rate of each of the co-delivered agents tunable,are *** study reports a one-pot method of fabricating alginate-based complex fibers with the Janus morphology,with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium functioning as a polymeric modifier of the properties of each of the fiber *** using malachite green and minocycline hydrochloride as model drugs,the generated fibers demonstrate the capacity of enabling the release profile of each of the co-delivered drugs to be precisely *** with their negligible toxicity and the retention of the activity of the loaded drugs,the complex fibers reported in this study warrant further development and optimization for applications that involve co-delivery of multiple agents.
