The generic structure of.solutions of.initial value problems of.hyperbolic-elliptic systems,also called mixed systems,of.conservation laws is not yet f.lly *** reason f.r the absence of.a core well-posedness theory f.r these equations is the sensitivity of.their solutions to the structure of.a parabolic regularization when attempting to single out an admissible solution by the vanishing viscosity *** is,however,theoretical and numerical evidence f.r the appearance of.solutions that exhibit persistent oscillations,so-called oscillatory waves,which are(in general,measure-valued)solutions that emerge f.om Riemann data or slightly perturbed constant data chosen f.om the interior of.the elliptic *** capture these solutions,usually a f.ne computational grid is *** this work,a version of.the multiresolution method applied to a WENO scheme f.r systems of.conservation laws is proposed as a simulation tool f.r the ef.icient computation of.solutions of.oscillatory wave *** hyperbolic-elliptic 2×2 systems of.conservation laws considered are a prototype system f.r three-phase f.ow in porous media and a system modeling the separation of.a heavy-buoyant bidisperse *** the latter case,varying one scalar parameter produces elliptic regions of.dif.erent shapes and numbers of.points of.tangency with the borders of.the phase space,giving rise to dif.erent kinds of.oscillation waves.

The identif.cation of.jets originating f.om quarks and gluons,of.en ref.rred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses perf.rmed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches f.r new particles decaying to quarks of.en rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of.the ef.iciencies of.quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of.140 f.^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high perf.rmances in rejecting jets f.om gluon over jets f.om quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of.inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon f.action in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples def.ned by the jet *** in tagging ef.iciency between data and simulation are provided f.r jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and f.r multiple tagger working points.

Multiclass Lighthill-Whitham-Richards traf.icmodels[Benzoni-Gavage and Colombo,***.,14(2003),pp.587–612;Wong and Wong,***.A,36(2002),pp.827–841]give rise to f.rst-order systems of.conservation laws that are hyperbolic under usual conditions,so that their associated Cauchy problems are *** lengths and reaction times can be incorporated into these models by adding certain conservative second-order terms to these f.rst-order conservation *** terms can be dif.usive under certain circumstances,thus,in principle,ensuring the stability of.the *** purpose of.this paper is to analyze the stability of.these dif.usively correctedmodels under varying reaction times and anticipation *** is demonstrated that instabilities may develop f.r high reaction times and short anticipation lengths,and that these instabilities may have controlled f.equencies and amplitudes due to their nonlinear nature.

AIM To investigate the acute ef.ects of.stochastic resonance whole body vibration(SR-WBV), including muscle relaxation and cardiovascular *** Sixty-f.ur healthy students participated. The participants were randomly assigned to sham SR-WBV training at a low intensity(1.5 Hz) or a verum SR-WBV training at a higher intensity(5 Hz). Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate(HR) and self.eported muscle relaxation were assessed bef.re and immediately af.er *** Two f.ctorial analyses of.variance(ANOVA) showed a signif.cant interaction between pre- vs post-SR-WBVmeasurements and SR-WBV conditions f.r muscle relaxation in the neck and back [f.1,55) = 3.35, P = 0.048, η2 = 0.07]. Muscle relaxation in the neck and back increased in verum SR-WBV, but not in sham SR-WBV. No signif.cant changes between pre- and post-training levels of.SBD, DBD and HR were observed either in sham or verum SR-WBV conditions. With verum SR-WBV, improved muscle relaxation was the most signif.cant in participants who reported the experience of.back, neck or shoulder pain more than once a month(P f.SR-WBV increased muscle relaxation in young healthy individuals, while cardiovascular load was low. An increase in musculoskeletal relaxation in the neck and back is a potential mediator of.pain reduction in preventive worksite SR-WBV trials.

＜正＞ The aim was to determine the ef.ect of.Leonotis leonurus （LL） aqueous extract on the isolated perf.sed rat heart. ADR （1μM） signif.cantly （p＜0.05） increased the LVSP by 40.6±2.67mmHg, the LVDP by 43.90±3.49mmHg and the HR by 22.49±5.58beats. DIG （2.5 ng/ml）, signif.cantly （p＜0.05） increased the LVSD by 9.46± 5.04 mmHg. the LVDP by 9.65 ± 5.11mmHg and the HR by22.49±5.58bpm. LL （1.0mg/ml and 2.0mg/ml respectively） signif.cantly （p＜0.05） increased the LVSP by 25. 36± 8.10mmHg, and 14.91±7.18mmHg. the LVDP by 29.40±2.11mmHg and 14.88±2.11mmHg. L.L. also decreased the HR by 34.73 ±3.70bpm and 42.71±8.02mmHg respectively. ADR ef.ects ref.ect its positive inotropic and chronotropic ef.ects. Digoxin shows a weaker positive inotropic ef.ect and has little ef.ect on the HR. At low concentrations LL produced a positive inotropic ef.ect and a negative chronotropic ef.ect. At higher concentrations （2.0mg/ ml） LL dropped the values of.all parameters to zero. It appears that at this concentration it contains constituents with toxic ef.ects on the heart.

Bourreria huanita (Lex.) Hemsl. (Boraginaceae) is a very rare and highly appreciated tree in Mesoamerica f.r its medicinal properties and beauty. It grows in a region extending f.om central Mexico to Costa Rica. Ethnobotanical surveys have shown that the inf.sion of.dried f.owers is popularly used as a tranquilizer to cure several diseases. In the present study we report the isolation of.p-hydroxybenzoic acid (pHBZ) obtained f.om the hydroalcoholic extract (HE) of.B. huanita, and the ef.ect of.both, the extract and the compound on the central nervous system in mice. HE of.B. huanita (100, 150, 300 mg/kg) and pHBZ (10 mg/kg) were orally administered to mice and 1 h later, behavioral tests were perf.rmed. The ef.ects of.HE and pHBZ were tested by pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) and strychnine (STR) induced seizures, pentobarbital-induced hypnosis, the f.rced swimming test and the tail suspension test, the elevated plus maze, apomorphine-induced stereotypy and the climbing test, the inhibitory avoidance test and the open-f.eld test. B. huanita extract produced hypnotic, anxiolytic and antidepressant ef.ects in animals, with no change in motor perf.rmance. On the other hand, the extract did not reduce PTZ and STR-induced convulsions, apomorphine-induced stereotypy or climbing. Moreover, no changes were observed in the animals’ memory. The compound pHBZ was ef.ective only in the depression tests. The results obtained in the present study suggest that B. huanita exhibited sedative, antidepressant and hypnotic activities in mice, and that the antidepressant activity may be mediated by an isolated compound identif.ed as pHBZ.

CSES(China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite) is a mission developed by CNSA(Chinese National Space Administration) and ASI(Italian Space Agency), to investigate the near-Earth electromagnetic, plasma and particle environment, f.r studying the seismo-associated disturbances in the ionosphere-magnetosphere transition zone. The anthropogenic and electromagnetic noise,as well as the natural non-seismic electromagnetic emissions is mainly due to tropospheric activity. In particular, the mission aims to conf.rming the existence of.possible temporal correlations between the occurrence of.earthquakes f.r medium and strong magnitude and the observation in space of.electromagnetic perturbations, plasma variations and precipitation of.bursts with highenergy charged particles f.om the inner Van Allen belt. In this f.amework, the high energy particle detector(HEPD) of.the CSES mission has been developed by the Italian LIMADOU Collaboration. HEPD is an advanced detector based on a tower of.scintillators and a silicon tracker that provides good energy and angular resolution and a wide angular acceptance, f.r electrons of.3–100 Me V, protons of.30–200 Me V and light nuclei up to the oxygen. CSES satellite has been launched on f.bruary 2^(nd), 2018 f.om the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center(China).
