背景:NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3,NLRP3)炎性小体与脊髓损伤后的神经炎症密切相关,小胶质细胞极化和焦亡在其中发挥关键作用,靶向调控NLRP3有利于诱导小胶质细胞从M1促炎表型向M2抗炎表型极化和调节小胶质细胞焦亡,是一个有前景的治疗策略。目的:归纳NLRP3炎性小体在脊髓损伤后小胶质细胞中作用的分子机制以及治疗策略的研究进展。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science和中国知网数据库,英文检索词为“spinal cord injury,NLRP3,microglia,polarization,pyroptosis”,中文检索词为“脊髓损伤,NLRP3,小胶质细胞,极化,焦亡,炎症”,按纳入和排除标准共纳入79篇文献进行总结。结果与结论:①目前,关于脊髓损伤复杂的发病机制尚未有统一定论,大量研究表明脊髓损伤与炎症因子和信号通路关系密切,以NLRP3炎性小体作为其发病机制和治疗突破口的相关研究也是当前的热点。②NLRP3炎性小体在脊髓损伤后的炎症反应、氧化应激和神经元恢复等起到关键作用。③小胶质细胞是脑和脊髓中的免疫细胞,是继发性脊髓损伤最重要的调节因子,脊髓损伤后小胶质细胞对内部环境作出调整,主要表现为极化及焦亡,产生大量炎症因子,阻碍脊髓损伤的神经再生和功能恢复,通过调控小胶质细胞表型变化,是治疗脊髓损伤的另一个关键因素。④NLRP3炎性小体与小胶质细胞密切相关,脊髓损伤后NLRP3炎性小体主要在小胶质细胞中表达,其会促进小胶质细胞向M1极化和促进促裂解蛋白D的产生,进一步破坏神经稳态,从而加重脊髓损伤的进展。⑤许多分子参与NLRP3炎性小体调控小胶质细胞,其中核转录因子κB及MAPK信号通路促进NLRP3炎性小体表达,其他信号通路抑制该炎性小体表达。⑥目前有大量的外源性分子及药物调控NLRP3炎性小体,临床应用前景广泛,已有相关药物处于临床试验阶段并取得良好疗效,如NLRP3特异性抑制剂MCC950,但如何精准控制靶向递送、减少对其他组织器官影响等关键问题亟需解决,随着研究的深入,未来有望在脊髓损伤治疗方式上作出新的突破。

为保障中国企业“一带一路”交通基础设施建设项目的顺利开展,采集“一带一路”22个交通基础设施建设项目资料,运用扎根理论对交通基础设施项目所面临的风险源进行挖掘识别。首先,对收集到的项目资料进行分析处理,通过三级编码识别出3个核心范畴和8个主范畴;其次,对基于扎根理论的风险源识别模型进行理论饱和度检验,并对所识别出的宏观风险源与中观风险源对微观风险的内在影响和相互关系进行阐释;最后,提出包括充分做好前期调研、维护好利益相关方平衡和强化海外信息搜集及响应能力的针对性风险防范措施,以便中国企业降低“一带一路”交通基础设施建设风险。

The poor rate capability of battery-type anode is usually the bottleneck of the power-energy outputs of a hybrid alkaline metal ion *** this work,nitrogen and oxygen co-doped mesoporous carbon spheres with excellent rate performance and cycle stability are used as anode materials of sodium ion capacitors(SICs).The high N and O element doping levels as well as the amorphous and mesoporous structure have enabled prominent capacitive Na ion storage behavior,which in turn match well with the capacitive cathode in the hybrid *** optimum conditions,the SIC delivers a high energy density of 103.1 Wh kg^(-1)at a power density of 205.6 W kg^(-1).Even at a high power density of 7520 W kg^(-1),an energy density of 23.5 Wh kg^(-1)is still ***,a robust cycle stability with capacity retention of 84.6%after 2500 cycles at 1 A g^(-1)is *** excellent electrochemical performances convincingly demonstrate that the all-carbon based SICs with the highly capacitive N and O co-doped mesoporous carbon anode can be promising Na ion-based energy storage devices alternative to their Li ion-based counterparts.

Accurate topological information is crucial in supporting the coordinated operational requirements of source-load-storage in low-voltage distribution *** coverage of smart meters provides a database for low-voltage topology identification(LVTI).However,because of electricity theft,power line commu-nication crosstalk,and interruption of communication,the measurement data may be *** can seriously affect the performance of LVTI ***,this paper defines hidden errors and proposes an LVTI method based on layer-by-layer stepwise *** the first step,a multi-linear regression model is developed for consumer-branch connectivity identification based on the energy conservation *** the second step,a significance factor based on the t-test is proposed to modify the identification results by considering the hidden *** the third step,the regression model and significance threshold parameters are iteratively updated layer by layer to improve the recall rate of the final identification ***,simulations of a test system with 63 users are carried out,and the practical application results show that the proposed method can guarantee over 90%precision under the influence of hidden errors.

In order to further understand the changing laws of environmental factors in large multi-span greenhouses under natural ventilation conditions and the internal relations between various environmental factors,and ultimately improve the precision of microclimate regulation of large multi-span *** the multi-span greenhouse with a small spire structure in the Demonstration Base of Guangdong Agricultural Technology Extension Station as the research object,under the condition of natural ventilation with butterfly-shaped windows,the changes in temperature,humidity,wind speed and solar light intensity of different monitoring planes in the greenhouse were *** analyzing the monitoring data,it was found that:1)The temperature gradient in the vertical direction in the large multi-span greenhouse is more obvious than that in the small greenhouse,and the highest average temperature difference monitored can reach 7.9℃.The velocity field in the multispan greenhouse is always maintained within the range of 0.3-0.4 m/s,and the ambient wind speed has no effect on the airflow speed in the *** humidity and speed in the multi-span greenhouse show good uniformity.2)In a large multi-span greenhouse,the secondary radiation generated by the internal shading has less impact on the area near the ground,which can effectively reduce the ground temperature.3)Under the conditions studied in this research,the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse follow the external environment as well,showing that the greenhouse design is reasonable,and the air renewal and heat exchange inside and outside the greenhouse are good during natural ventilation.

In real data analysis, the underlying model is frequently unknown. Hence, the modeling strategy plays a key role in the success of data analysis. Inspired by the idea of model averaging, we propose a novel semiparametric modeling strategy for the conditional quantile prediction, without assuming that the underlying model is any specific parametric or semiparametric model. Due to the optimality of the weights selected by leaveone-out cross-validation, the proposed modeling strategy provides a more precise prediction than those based on some commonly used semiparametric models such as the varying coefficient and additive models. Asymptotic properties are established in the proposed modeling strategy along with its estimation procedure. We conducted extensive simulations to compare our method with alternatives across various scenarios. The results show that our method provides more accurate predictions. Finally, we applied our approach to the Boston housing data,yielding more precise quantile predictions of house prices compared with commonly used methods, and thus offering a clearer picture of the Boston housing market.

In vitro simulated colonic fermentation studies have shown the prebiotic potential of exopolysaccharides from Lactiplantibacillus plantarum YY-112 (YEPS). Its immunomodulatory effects and related mechanisms were systematically investigated in this study. We observed that YEPS intervene in immune responses and improve intestinal microbial structure in normal mice， including significantly increasing the relative abundance of Enterorhabdus and norank＿f＿＿norank＿o＿＿Clostridia UCG-014 as well as decreasing that of unclassified＿c＿＿Bacilli (P < 0.05). In the immunocompromised mouse model， YEPS decreased IL-6 levels (P < 0.05) and protected the spleen by regulating lymphocyte levels. YEPS preserved the intestinal barrier by improving Mucin 2， Zonula occludens protein 1， and Occludin expression. Moreover， YEPS significantly reduced the relative abundance of Bacillus， unclassified＿c＿＿Bacilli， Lachnoclostridium， Eubacterium＿xylanophilum＿group， and Desulfovibrio (P < 0.05)， potentially enhancing mice immunity by improving the intestinal microbiota associated with immune function. In conclusion， YEPS can be used as a natural functional extract with prebiotic effects that may improve host immunity. This provided the basis for the application of YEPS as a novel potential food additive.
