健脾固肾化瘀方治疗脾肾两虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾脏病的疗效及对相关生物标志物的影响

[目的]探讨健脾固肾化瘀方联合氯沙坦钾片治疗脾肾两虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)的临床疗效以及其对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。[方法]选择沧州中西医结合医院2019年1月—2021年5月纳入80例脾肾两虚夹瘀型DKD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各40例。观察组给予健脾固肾化瘀方联合氯沙坦钾片治疗,对照组单用氯沙坦钾片治疗,连续治疗12周后观察两组临床疗效。治疗前后检测受试者血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及肾功能指标[尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(UACR)、肌酐(SCr)和尿素氮(BUN)]。选用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MMP-9、MCP-1和VEGF水平。并统计两组不良反应情况。[结果]观察组总有效率为92.50%(37/40),较对照组72.50%(29/40)有所提高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FPG、2 h PG和HbA1c均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且均以观察组的改善更显著(P<0.01)。两组治疗后血清TC、TG和LDL-C浓度均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且均以观察组的改善更显著(P<0.01)。两组治疗后UAER和血清SCr、BUN水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且均以观察组的改善更显著(P<0.01)。两组治疗后血清MMP-9水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血清MCP-1、VEGF浓度均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且治疗后,观察组对血清MMP-9水平的升高作用及对血清MCP-1、VEGF水平的降低作用较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。所有患者均无明显不良反应发生。[结论]应用健脾固肾化瘀方联合氯沙坦钾片治疗脾肾两虚夹瘀型DKD能安全有效地上调患者MMP-9表达水平,下调MCP-1、VEGF表达水平,改善肾功能,整体疗效确切。

Variable camber wing technology is one of the important development trends of green aviation at present.Through smooth,seamless,continuous and adaptive change of wing camber,the aerodynamic performance is improved in achieving increase in lift and reduction in resistance and noise.Based on the aerodynamic validation model CAE-AVM,Chinese Aeronautical Establishment(CAE)has carried out the design and validation of a variable camber wing,proposed an aerodynamic deformation matrix for the leading and trailing edges of aircraft wings in takeoff,landing and cruise conditions.Various structures and driving schemes are compared,and several key technology problems of leading and trailing edge deformation are solved.A full-size leading edge wind tunnel test piece with a span of 2.7 m and a trailing edge ground function test piece are developed.The deformation and shape maintenance capabilities of the leading edge is verified under real wind load conditions,and the load bearing and deformation capabilities of the trailing edge is verified under simulated follow-on load.The results indicate that the leading and trailing edges of the variable camber wing can achieve the required deformation angle and have a certain load-bearing capacity.Our study can provide some insights into the application of variable camber wing technology for civil aircraft.

Changes in topsoil organic carbon of croplands in China's Mainland over the last two decades

By searching literature databases, we obtained more than 200 articles published since 1993 that related to the measurements of topsoil organic carbon (SOC) in different regions. To objectively evaluate the changes in the SOC over the last two decades, we selected 132 representative articles from these documented articles. More than sixty thousand soil samples and/or sampling sites were included in the selected articles. Results from ana- lyzing these data sets indicated that the concentra- tion of SOC increased in 53%-59%, decreased in 30%-31% and stabilized in 4%-6% of the national croplands, respectively. A further investigation showed that the total increment of SOC in Chinese croplands ranged from 311.3 Tg to 401.4 Tg. In terms of administrative region, significant increase occurred in eastern and northern China and decrease in northeastern China, respectively. When evaluated by soil great groups, the SOC increased considerably in paddy soils and fluvo-aquic soils and reduced con- spicuously in black soils. The increase of SOC is attributed to the amendments of crop residues and organic manure, the augment of synthetic fertilizer application and the optimal combination of nutrients, and the development of no-tillage and reduced-tillage practice. Water loss and soil erosion and low input induced a great decrease of the SOC in black soils. In order to effectively enhance soil C sequestrations and to greatly control the SOC reduction in north- eastern China, future efforts should be made in de- veloping new techniques, training farmers and con- summating the policy of governmental compensation,by which the application of crop straw, the improve- ment of fertilization, the practice of no-tillage and reduced-tillage, and the control of water loss and soil erosion could be further realized. Regression models for predicting soil bulk density(BD) have usually been related to organic matter content, but it remains unknown whether soil acidity modifies this relationship, particularly for afforested/reforested soils. We measured soil BD along with organic matter content and pH in an afforested/reforested area in Northwest and Northeast China. Using these measurements, we parameterized and validated three BD models: the Adams equation, and exponential and radical models. Model validation showed that the Adams equation failed to predict the BD of the afforested/reforested soils, producing a large overestimation. Incorporation of soil pH into the Adams equation significantly improved its performance. The exponential and radical models parameterized by the measured data simulated soil BD quite well, particularly when soil pH was incorporated. However, incorporation of soil texture variables into these models did not improve model performance compared with the pH-modified models. This led to the conclusion that the Adams equation, exponential, and radical models with pH modification are applicable to afforested/reforested soils with various acidities.

Nowadays,the carbon markets in the world have increasingly matured and carbon trading have flourished in China.In the framework of carbon trading,the carbon emission right has become a tradable special commodity,and it has financial feature and asset feature.Relying on the business entities,carbon assets management joins up the virtual carbon emission right,financial capital and real economy,restructures existing carbon resources of enterprises and impacts the current international economic pattern.At present,however,the carbon assets management systems and market rules of our country remains to be perfect.How to increase the efficiency of carbon asset management,how to further improve the carbon management,how to further improve the carbon asset management method and mechanism have become the common issue of China’s academia and practice.

The present study provides an overview of existing literature on changes in soil organic carbon(SOC) of various terrestrial ecosystems in China.Datasets from the literature suggest that SOC stocks in forest,grassland,shrubland and cropland increased between the early 1980s and the early 2000s,amounting to(71±19) Tg·a-1.Conversion of marshland to cropland in the Sanjiang Plain of northeast China resulted in SOC loss of(6±2) Tg·a-1 during the same period.Nevertheless,large uncertainties exist in these estimates,especially for the SOC changes in the forest,shrubland and grassland.To reduce uncertainty,we suggest that future research should focus on:(i) identifying land use changes throughout China with high spatiotemporal resolution,and measuring the SOC loss and sequestration due to land use change;(ii) estimating the changes in SOC of shrubland and non-forest trees(i.e.,cash,shelter and landscape trees);(iii) quantifying the impacts of grassland management on the SOC pool;(iv) evaluating carbon changes in deep soil layers;(v) projecting SOC sequestration potential;and(vi) developing carbon budget models for better estimating the changes in SOC of terrestrial ecosystems in China.

目的:旨在探究三黄益肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)可能的炎症反应机制。方法:按照随机数字表法将60只大鼠分为正常组、模型组、厄贝沙坦组及三黄益肾低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠用高糖高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)注射建立DN模型。正常组和模型组给予生理盐水2 mL灌胃;厄贝沙坦组给予厄贝沙坦11.51 mg/kg灌胃;三黄益肾低、中、高剂量组分别给予三黄益肾胶囊0.41、0.81、1.62 g/kg灌胃。各组大鼠均1次/d,连续给药4周。比较各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、体质量、24 h尿白蛋白、肾功能指标、肾组织病理学变化、肾组织抗氧化相关指标(SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA水平)、肾组织炎症介质[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、肾组织诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、肾组织CD68、CC趋化因子受体2(CCR2)表达、肾组织CC趋化因子配体2(CCL2)、NF-κB P65、p-NF-κB P65、IκB、p-IκB表达。结果:与模型组比较,各三黄益肾胶囊组大鼠体质量高,FBG、血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)及24 h尿蛋白水平低,肾脏组织病理变化减轻,三肾组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性高,MDA水平低,IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低,肾组织中iNOS水平低,肾组织CCR2与CD68共定位水平低,CCL2、p-NF-κB P65、p-IκB蛋白表达低。结论:三黄益肾胶囊治疗DN的机制可能与抑制肾组织中NF-κB信号通路激活,减轻肾脏氧化应激及炎症反应有关。

Hearing loss has become increasingly prevalent and causes considerable disability,thus gravely burdening the global economy.Irreversible loss of hair cells is a main cause of sensorineural hearing loss,and currently,the only relatively effective clinical treatments are limited to digital hearing equipment like cochlear implants and hearing aids,but these are of limited benefit in patients.It is therefore urgent to understand the mechanisms of damage repair in order to develop new neuroprotective strategies.At present,how to promote the regeneration of functional hair cells is a key scientific question in the field of hearing research.Multi-ple signaling pathways and transcriptional factors trigger the activation of hair cell progenitors and ensure the maturation of newborn hair cells,and in this article,we first review the principal mechanisms underlying hair cell reproduction.We then further discuss therapeutic strategies involving the co-regulation of multiple signaling pathways in order to induce effective functional hair cell regeneration after degeneration,and we summarize current achievements in hair cell regeneration.Lastly,we discuss potential future approaches,such as small molecule drugs and gene therapy,which might be applied for regenerating functional hair cells in the clinic.
