Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMS-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.

NCAPD2 serves as a potential prognostic biomarker for lung adenocarcinoma and promotes cell proliferation,migration,invasion and cell cycle in vitro

Objectives:The pro-oncogenic effects of NCAPD2 have been extensively studied across various tumor types;however,its precise role within the context of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)remains *** study aims to elucidate the biological functions of NCAPD2 in LUAD and unravel the underlying mechanistic ***:Utilizing bioinformatics methodologies,we explored the differential expression of NCAPD2 between normal and tumor samples,along with its correlations with clinical-pathological characteristics,survival prognosis,and immune ***:In the TCGA-LUAD dataset,tumor samples demonstrated significantly elevated levels of NCAPD2 expression compared to normal samples(p<0.001).Clinically,higher NCAPD2 expression was notably associated with advanced T,N,and M stages,pathologic stage,gender,smoking status,and diminished overall survival(OS).Moreover,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with NCAPD2 were predominantly enriched in pathways related to cell *** infiltration analysis revealed that NCAPD2 expression levels were linked to the infiltration of memory B cells,naïve CD4+T cells,activated memory CD4+T cells,and M1 *** vitro experiments demonstrated that silencing NCAPD2 suppressed LUAD cell proliferation,migration,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),and cell cycle ***:In summary,NCAPD2 may represent a promising prognostic biomarker and novel therapeutic target for LUAD.

The safety and effectiveness of magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound thalamotomy has been broadly established and validated for the treatment of essential *** 2018,the first magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound system in Chinese mainland was installed at the First Medical Center of the PLA General *** prospective,single center,open-label,single-arm study was part of a worldwide prospective multicenter clinical trial(*** Identifier:NCT03253991)conducted to confirm the safety and efficacy of magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound for treating essential tremor in the local *** 2019 to 2020,10 patients with medication refractory essential tremor were recruited into this open-label,single arm *** treatment efficacy was determined using the Clinical Rating Scale for *** was evaluated according to the incidence and severity of adverse *** of the subjects underwent a unilateral thalamotomy targeting the ventral intermediate *** the baseline assessment,the estimated marginal mean of the Clinical Rating Scale for Tremor total score was 58.3±3.6,and this improved after treatment to 23.1±6.4 at a 12-month follow-up assessment.A total of 50 adverse events were recorded,and 2 were defined as *** most common intraoperative adverse events were nausea and *** most frequent postoperative adverse events were paresthesia and equilibrium *** of the adverse events were mild and usually disappeared within a few *** findings suggest that magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound for the treatment of essential tremor is effective,with a good safety profile,for patients in Chinese mainland.

High-performance SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)electron-selective contacts for crystalline silicon solar cells

High carrier recombination loss at the metal and silicon contact regions is one of the dominant factors constraining the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of crystalline silicon(c-Si)solar *** compound-based carrier-selective contacts are being intensively developed to address this *** this work,we present a high-performance electron-selective SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)contact for c-Si solar *** SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)stack is prepared by thermally-grown SiO_(x)(∼0.7 nm)and thermally-evaporated MgO_(x)(~1.0 nm).The electron selectivity of SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)contact is investigated by measuring the surface passivation and the contact resistivity(ρ_(c))on the c-Si *** results demonstrate that optimized SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)contact displays a very lowρ_(c)(3.4 mΩcm^(2))and a good surface passivation on an n-type c-Si surface simultaneously.A high PCE of 21.1%is achieved on an n-type c-Si solar cell featuring a full-area SiO_(x)/MgO_(x)rear contact.

Co-free Li-rich layered oxides(LLOs)are emerging as promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to their low cost and high ***,they commonly face severe structural instability and poor electrochemical activity,leading to diminished capacity and voltage ***,we introduce a Co-free LLO,Li_(1.167)Ni_(0.222)Mn_(0.611)O_(2)(Cf-L1),which features a cooperative structure of Li/Ni mixing and stacking *** structure regulates the crystal and electronic structures,resulting in a higher discharge capacity of 300.6 mA h g^(-1)and enhanced rate capability compared to the typical Co-free LLO,Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.2)Mn_(0.6)O_(2)(Cf-Ls).Density functional theory(DFT)indicates that Li/Ni mixing in LLOs leads to increased Li-O-Li configurations and higher anionic redox activities,while stacking faults further optimize the electronic interactions of transition metal(TM)3d and non-bonding O 2p ***,stacking faults accommodate lattice strain,improving electrochemical reversibility during charge/discharge cycles,as demonstrated by the in situ XRD of Cf-L1 showing less lattice evolution than *** study offers a structured approach to developing Co-free LLOs with enhanced capacity,voltage,rate capability,and cyclability,significantly impacting the advancement of the next-generation Li-ion batteries.

霍耐特对承认观念欧洲传统的系统性梳理,是其承认理论的最新发展动向之一。他分别考察了法国、英国和德国社会语境中承认观念的“民族特殊性”,探究了某一既定国家特殊的社会文化条件如何导致承认观念的独特含义。而霍耐特关于法国和英国承认观念思想传统的梳理,清晰地呈现出他对这一观念新的理解:一方面,在法国,从道德主义者、卢梭、萨特直至后结构主义者对承认的认知性理解,主要突显了承认观念的否定性维度,即对社会承认的依赖会导致个体无法把握自身的真正个性;另一方面,在英国,从休谟、斯密到密尔的道德哲学则在经验层面上彰显了承认规范所蕴含的道德心理学机制。这种新的理解有助于在主体间相互承认这一基本含义之上,进一步把握承认观念的多重维度和丰富内涵:既能意识到承认的否定含义所反映的社会危害,亦能理解承认的肯定含义对于道德自我控制的心理学意义。因此,霍耐特的这一思想史重构是对其承认理论的深化。

汉代丞佐主要分管长官属下的具体事务,其总署曹事之职因权位与长官相去悬远而难落实,无法对长官形成切实制衡。唐代丞佐则已与后世的副职相仿,正、副之间权位已甚接近,正职虽负主要责任,却必须与副职协同行事,连署公文,并可各自申奏请裁。汉、唐丞佐异多于同的状态,反映了先秦、秦汉至隋唐相关建制和辅佐方式的深刻变迁,蕴有大一统王朝建立及其行政体制递嬗转折的丰富内涵,体现了公卿体制到省部体制的不同行政重心、管理方式和运行态势。这也表明今人习见的行政秩序皆经长期发育演化而成,切忌把后世的行政状态想当然地套在秦汉头上。

棉花种植与棉织品的使用在西域有着非常悠久的历史,晋唐时期便有大量文书予以记载。作为外来物品,棉布最初音译为“叠”,不同时期所用汉字和称谓则略有不同。十六国时期,桑蚕业繁荣,地方官府计口税丝,计户纳献丝,棉花种植即便存在,也微不足道。一百余年后的高昌王国时期,棉花在吐鲁番盆地普遍种植。棉布在寺院文书及民间契约中已较为常见。这一时期棉花称为“叠茸”,棉布则称作“叠”,其下有细叠、中行叠、行叠等种类。唐王朝平定高昌后,棉花种植取代传统的桑蚕业,居于主导地位。唐前期棉布被视为一种丝织品,借音字“叠”写法变为形声结构的“緤”,棉花的称谓也由“叠茸”变为“緤花”。棉布是唐代西州的正税,庸调在官文书中径称庸緤。当时緤布主要有细緤、次緤、粗緤三种。细緤、次緤价格昂贵,价格与绫罗等高档丝绸相当,粗緤则数量充裕,价格低廉,与练、绢等一般等价物相当。晚唐五代时期,棉布东传至敦煌一带。棉布不再被视同“丝”类,而是视为“毛”类,“緤”的写法也随之改变,多作“■”字。宋代传世文献及佛经中“■”字已占主流地位,唐代文书中常见的“緤”字则渐至绝迹。归义军时期敦煌的棉布有立机緤、官布等种类。西域所种棉花属非洲棉,受气候、水土、技术等局限,东传较为缓慢,直至元代仅推广至甘肃一带,与宋元以后遍布内地的亚洲棉别是一途,但对推动中国西部地区的社会发展起到重要的历史作用。

从属性是解读劳动关系的一把钥匙,在各类劳动关系认定理论中获得了最广泛的认可。从历史的角度考证,源于启蒙时代个人主义思潮的从属性催生了劳动法,使之从行会规则中独立出来,进入国家干预的领域,同时赋予了劳动法“人法”的属性,从而脱离民法交换给付的维度,形成了一个以关注主体特征和组织特征为视角的全新的法律领域;从现实的角度观察,我国劳动法学界在全面接受了劳动关系从属性理论之后,正在有意识地构建中国自主的劳动法知识体系。在法律规范的层面上,我国目前虽然没有明确从属性的类型、权重和要素等相关内容,但是在法律实践的层面上,已经确定了“从属性+要素”的劳动关系认定思路,并开始反哺劳动法教义学体系的构建。“不完全劳动关系”系我国为应对平台用工进行的一项政策性司法创设,劳动关系从属性提供了充分且必要的理论支撑。从逻辑上推理,不完全劳动关系与劳动关系、民事劳务关系遵循一致的从属性考量标准,因此能够构成一类独立的法律关系。
