Shock Formation for 2D Isentropic Euler Equations with Self-similar Variables

The author studies the 2D isentropic Euler equations with the ideal gas *** exhibits a set of smooth initial data that give rise to shock formation at a single point near the planar *** solutions to the 2D isentropic Euler equations are associated with non-zero vorticity at the shock and have uniform-in-time-1/3-Holder ***,these point shocks are of self-similar type and share the same profile,which is a solution to the 2D self-similar Burgers *** proof of the solutions,following the 3D construction of Buckmaster,Shkoller and Vicol(in 2023),is based on the stable 2D self-similar Burgers profile and the modulation method.

Background:The prognosis of breast cancer is often unfavorable,emphasizing the need for early metastasis risk detection and accurate treatment *** study aimed to develop a novel multi-modal deep learning model using preoperative data to predict disease-free survival(DFS).Methods:We retrospectively collected pathology imaging,molecular and clinical data from The Cancer Genome Atlas and one independent institution in *** developed a novel Deep Learning Clinical Medicine Based Pathological Gene Multi-modal(DeepClinMed-PGM)model for DFS prediction,integrating clinicopathological data with molecular *** patients included the training cohort(n=741),internal validation cohort(n=184),and external testing cohort(n=95).Result:Integrating multi-modal data into the DeepClinMed-PGM model significantly improved area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)*** the training cohort,AUC values for 1-,3-,and 5-year DFS predictions increased to 0.979,0.957,and 0.871,while in the external testing cohort,the values reached 0.851,0.878,and 0.938 for 1-,2-,and 3-year DFS predictions,*** DeepClinMed-PGM's robust discriminative capabilities were consistently evident across various cohorts,including the training cohort[hazard ratio(HR)0.027,95%confidence interval(CI)0.0016-0.046,P<0.0001],the internal validation cohort(HR 0.117,95%CI 0.041-0.334,P<0.0001),and the external cohort(HR 0.061,95%CI 0.017-0.218,P<0.0001).Additionally,the DeepClinMed-PGM model demonstrated C-index values of 0.925,0.823,and 0.864 within the three cohorts,***:This study introduces an approach to breast cancer prognosis,integrating imaging and molecular and clinical data for enhanced predictive accuracy,offering promise for personalized treatment strategies.

Nowadays manufacturers are facing fierce *** from the products,providing customers with multiple maintenance options in the service contract becomes more popular,since it can help to improve customer satisfaction,and ultimately promote sales and maximize profit for the *** considering the combinations of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance,totally three types of maintenance service contracts are ***,attractive incentive and penalty mechanisms are adopted in the *** this basis,Nash non-cooperative game is applied to analyze the revenue for both the manufacturer and customers,and so as to optimize the pricing mechanism of maintenance service contract and achieve a win-win *** experiments are *** results show that by taking into account the incentive and penalty mechanisms,the revenue can be improved for both the customers and ***,with the increase of repair rate and improvement factor in the preventive maintenance,the revenue will increase gradually for both the parties.

单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)是导致人类疱疹性疾病的主要病原体,具有广泛宿主细胞类型、庞大外源基因容量等特点,因此也是一种颇具吸引力的病毒载体。HSV基因组较为庞大,对于病毒基因组的操作技术便成为关键环节。对该病毒基因组的操作先后经历了同源重组(homologous recombination),细菌人工染色体技术(bacterial artificial chromosome,BAC)和CRISPR/Cas9(clustered,regularly interspaced,short palindromic repeat/CRISPR-associated nuclease 9)技术。同源重组具有重组效率低、产物不易纯化等缺点,而且将大型病毒基因组克隆到BAC上是一个耗时耗力的过程。近年来,CRISPR/Cas9技术因其操作简便、重复性好、成本低廉等优势而被越来越多的研究者应用于各种物种的基因工程研究工作中,对于病毒基因组的操作也随之更加精确高效。本文对CRISPR/Cas9技术在HSV基因功能、治疗HSV感染性疾病及HSV载体研究中的应用进行综述,以期对相关的研究工作提供一定参考。

The solid-liquid viscous system formed by high viscosity crystallization solution impacts the flow and separation ***,it is very important to study the viscosity mechanism to improve viscosity and regulate crystallization,ensuring a seamless production ***,the viscosity of crystallization solution was taken as the measurement parameter of caffeine as a model *** investigated the viscosity mechanism of caffeine crystallization solutions by combining experiment and *** results indicated that the weak interactions between caffeine and water result in increased viscosity of the caffeine crystallization ***,caffeine crystals possess elongated needle-like shapes,featuring a substantial specific surface ***,there isπ-πstacking occurring between the(200)crystal face and(110)crystal face,effectively fostering coalescence of the crystals towards the radial side of the crystal along its elongated axis,resulting in a more viscous crystallization *** results contribute to comprehending the viscosity mechanism of crystal systems and provide theoretical foundation to enhance engineering efficiency in crystallization.

营城子汉墓是分析辽东半岛地区在汉代社会发展进程的重要历史遗存,而墓室壁画《引导升天图》多年来备受研究者关注。从相关研究成果可知,不同学者对壁画中墓主首服的表述存在较大差异,至今仍缺少此方面的细化研究。以《引导升天图》中墓主首服为研究对象,通过图文结合的研究方法进行溯源、考证、比对,考辨与还原首服的具体形态。研究表明,墓主首服形象与大部分学者表述的三山冠或长冠存在一定差异,同时通过比较研究推断出墓主首服形态更接近进贤冠。

基于CAVF法的OGFC混合料级配设计优化与抗剥落措施

为改善依据经验选定OGFC目标空隙率的传统级配设计方法的不足,结合CAVF法选择不同的目标空隙率参数进行OGFC混合料级配设计优化,通过设定不同的空隙率参数设计不同的级配,探究其路用性能变化。同时针对OGFC混合料长期水稳定性能不佳的问题,在级配设计过程中采取了4种不同的抗剥落措施,据此对其改善长期水稳定性能的效果进行评价。结果表明,基于CAVF法设计的OGFC混合料几项关键指标均满足要求,但不同空隙率参数下的级配性能有明显的变化,设计时应考虑不同的空隙率参数进行比对优选。从改善长期水稳定性能的效果来看,添加消石灰或者Zycosoil抗剥落剂的效果较好。

The constant panel method within the framework of potential flow theory in the time domain is developed for solving the hydrodynamic interactions between two parallel ships with forward *** solving problems within a time domain framework,the free water surface needs to simultaneously satisfy both the kinematic and dynamic boundary conditions of the free water *** provides conditions for adding artificial damping *** the Runge−Kutta method to solve equations related to *** upwind differential scheme is used in the present method to deal with the convection terms on the free surface to prevent waves *** the comparison with the available experimental data and other numerical methods,the present method is proved to have good mesh convergence,and satisfactory results can be *** constant panel method is applied to calculate the hydrodynamic interaction responses of two parallel ships advancing in head *** simulations are conducted on the effects of forward speed,different longitudinal and lateral distances on the motion response of two modified Wigley ships in head *** further investigations are conducted on the effects of different ship types on the motion response.

This study introduces a coupled electromagnetic–thermal–mechanical model to reveal the mechanisms of microcracking and mineral melting of polymineralic rocks under microwave *** tests validate the rationality of the proposed *** microscopic mineral sections into the granite model for simulation shows that uneven temperature gradients create distinct molten,porous,and nonmolten zones on the fracture ***,the varying thermal expansion coefficients and Young's moduli among the minerals induce significant thermal stress at the mineral *** and biotite with higher thermal expansion coefficients are subjected to compression,whereas plagioclase with smaller coefficients experiences tensile *** the molten zone,quartz undergoes transgranular cracking due to theα–βphase *** local high temperatures also induce melting phase transitions in biotite and *** numerical study provides new insights into the distribution of thermal stress and mineral phase changes in rocks under microwave irradiation.
