随着物联网技术的快速发展,大量物联网设备广泛应用于各个领域。文章基于大数据分析技术系统地探讨了物联网设备所面临的主要安全风险,并提出了相应的防护策略。研究表明利用大数据分析技术可以有效发现和预测潜在的安全威胁,从而制订出有效的防御措施,通过采取完善的安全防护措施可以最大限度地保障物联网设备的安全、可靠运行,为物联网技术的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。

目的调查北京市海淀区学龄前儿童唾液变形链球菌感染水平并分析其影响因素,为龋病预防和控制提供参考。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月在北京交通大学社区卫生服务中心接受口腔检查的566名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,采用Dentocult■SM法检测唾液变形链球菌感染水平,根据变形链球菌菌落密度分为变形链球菌感染组和未感染组。通过问卷调查收集两组学龄前儿童基线资料、口腔行为习惯、免疫力水平、家长口腔健康知识水平及口腔健康态度,构建多因素logistic回归模型探索变形链球菌感染的影响因素,采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评价logistic回归模型的预测价值。结果566名学龄前儿童共检出唾液变形链球菌感染291例(51.41%)。多因素logistic回归结果表明,不使用含氟牙膏(OR=1.510,95%CI:1.069~2.133)、碳酸饮料频率≥2次/d(OR=1.496,95%CI:1.054~2.123)、家长与儿童未分餐(OR=2.036,95%CI:1.278~3.242)、家长口腔健康态度不积极(OR=1.583,95%CI:1.097~2.284)等是学龄前儿童唾液变形链球菌感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。基于上述4种因素构建风险模型显示,ROC曲线下面积为0.844(95%CI:0.791~0.887),特异性为90.85%,敏感性为65.17%。结论北京市海淀区学龄前儿童的唾液变形链球菌感染水平较高,受到含氟牙膏使用、碳酸饮料频率、家长与儿童是否分餐、家长口腔健康态度等因素影响,相关部门和医护人员应关注学龄前儿童变形链球菌感染现状,积极改善学龄前儿童口腔健康状况。

Room temperature sodium-sulfur(Na-S)batteries,known for their high energy density and low cost,are one of the most promising next-generation energy storage ***,the polysulfide shuttling and uncontrollable Na dendrite growth as well as safety issues caused by the use of organic liquid electrolytes in Na-S cells,have severely hindered their ***-state electrolytes instead of liquid electrolytes are considered to be the most direct and effective solution to solve the above ***,its practical application is still greatly challenged due to the poor interfacial compatibility between the all-solid-state electrolytes and the anode/cathode,ionic conductivity,and the shuttle effect caused by the presence of liquid phase in the quasi-solid-state *** paper presents a comprehensive review of solid-state Na-S batteries from the perspective of regulating interfacial compatibility and improving ionic conductivity as well as suppressing polysulfide *** to different components,solid-state electrolytes were divided into five categories:solid inorganic electrolytes,solid polymer electrolytes,polymer/inorganic solid hybrid electrolytes,gel polymer electrolytes,and liquid–solid inorganic hybrid ***,the prospect of developing high performance solid-state electrolytes to improve the cycling stability of room temperature Na-S cells is envisaged.

Silica is one of the most commonly used materials for dielectric layer in organic thin-film transistors due to its excellent stability, excellent electrical properties, mature preparation process, and good compatibility with organic semiconductors. However, most of conventional preparation methods for silica film are generally performed at high temperature and/or high vacuum. In this paper, we introduce a simple solution spin-coating method to fabricate silica thin film from precursor route, which possesses a low leakage current, high capacitance, and low surface roughness. The silica thin film can be produced in the condition of low temperature and atmospheric environment. To meet various demands, the thickness of film can be adjusted by means of preparation conditions such as the speed of spin-coating and the concentration of solution. The p-type and n-type organic field effect transistors fabricated by using this film as gate electrodes exhibit excellent electrical performance including low voltage and high performance. This method shows great potential for industrialization owing to its characteristic of low consumption and energy saving, time-saving and easy to operate.

Thermoelectric(TE)materials can directly convert the industrial waste heat into useful electricity based on the Seebeck effect,providing a promising way to tackle the environmental pollution and global energy crisis[1].In the past several decades,many new high-performance TE materials have been discovered to enrich the TE *** them,Cu_(2)−δSe-based TE materials,which are in line with the“phonon-liquid electron-crystal”concept,have sparked widespread interest due to the high TE figure-of-merit(ZT)and the combination of elements that are nontoxic and earth-abundant[2].In 2012,Liu et al.[3]reported a ZT of 1.5 at 1000 K in the stoichiometric Cu_(2)*** alloying S at the Se-site,the ZT was enhanced to around 2.0 at 1000 K[4].Via incorporating carbon nanotubes,the ZT was further enhanced to 2.4 at 1000 K[5].Moreover,Yang et al.[6]and Zhou et al.[7]reported that the ZT of Cu_(2)Se/BiCuSeO composites can reach 2.7–2.8 around 1000 K.

In this paper, the sixth-order oscillation-free Hermite weighted essentially non-oscillatory (OFHWENO) scheme is proposed for hyperbolic conservation laws on structured meshes, where the zeroth- andfirst-order moments are the variables for the governing equations. The main difference from other HWENOschemes existing in the literature is that we add high-order numerical damping terms in the first-order momentequations to control spurious oscillations for the OF-HWENO scheme. The OF-HWENO scheme not only canachieve the designed optimal numerical order, but also can be easily implemented as we use only one set ofstencils in the reconstruction procedure and the same reconstructed polynomials are applied for the zeroth- andfirst-order moment equations. In order to obtain the adaptive order resolution when facing discontinuities, atransition polynomial is added in the reconstruction, where the associated linear weights can also be any positivenumbers as long as their summation equals one. In addition, the OF-HWENO scheme still keeps compactnessas only immediate neighbor values are needed in the space discretization. Some benchmark numerical tests areperformed to illustrate the high-order accuracy, high resolution and robustness of the proposed scheme.

Zincophilic property and high electrical conductivity are both very important parameters to design novel Zn anode for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs).However,single material is difficult to exhibit zincophilic property and high electrical conductivity at the same ***,originating from theoretical calculation,a zincophilic particle regulation strategy is proposed to address these limitations and carbon coated Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is taken as an example to be a protective layer on zinc metal(NVPC@Zn).Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)is a common cathode material for Zn-ion batteries,which is *** materials not only offer an electron pathway to help Zn deposition onto NVPC surface,but also enhance the zinc nucleophilicity of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3).Hence,this hybrid coating layer can tune zinc deposition and resist side reactions such as hydrogen generation and Zn metal ***,a symmetrical battery with NVPC@Zn electrode displays highly reversible plating/stripping behavior with a long cycle lifespan over 1800 h at2 mA cm^(-2),much better than carbon and Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)solely modified Zn *** the Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is replaced with zincophobic Al2O3or zincophilic V2O3,the stability of the modified zinc anodes is also *** strategy expands the option of zincophilic materials and provides a general and effective way to stabilize the Zn electrode.
