A preparative technique to obtain water soluble C_(60)-liposome by means of molecular package of C_(60) with lecithin has been *** concentration of C_(60) presented in liposome is 1.09 x 10-4mol/*** molecular system of C_(60)-liposome with human cervix cancer cells is irradiated with laser(570nm,800mW),there is obvious biological effect of C_(60) to huma cervix cancer cells.

The epidemic of obesity and its co-mortalities has reached an alarming level ***,metabolic surgeries,especially the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and vertical sleeve gastrectomy,are the most effective and sustainable treatments for obesity,type 2 diabetes,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,as well as other metabolic ***,the invasive nature of the surgeries limits their broad ap-plications to the general ***,developing alternative non-invasive approaches to mimic metabolic surgery is an important direction of the *** studies have identified several potential metabolic surgery-induced downstream endocrine mediators,among which bile acids are key candidate signaling *** acids are profoundly altered by metabolic surgery,which contributes to the metabolic effects of the *** this review,we focus on the most recent studies on the roles of bile acids and bile acid receptors farnesoid X receptor and Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5 in mediating the metabolic effects of metabolic *** conclude that targeting bile acid pathways may be a promising pharmacological approach to mimic the beneficial effects of metabolic surgery.

The Myc proto-oncogene family consists of three members,C-MYC,MYCN,and MYCL,which encodes the transcription factor c-Myc(hereafter Myc),N-Myc,and L-Myc,*** protein orchestrates diverse physiological processes,including cell proliferation,differentiation,survival,and *** modulates about 15%of the global transcriptome,and its deregulation rewires the cellular signaling modules inside tumor cells,thereby acquiring selective *** deregulation of Myc occurs in>70%of human cancers,and is related to poor prognosis;hence,hyperactivated Myc oncoprotein has been proposed as an ideal drug target for ***,no specific drug is currently available to directly target Myc,mainly because of its"undruggable"properties:lack of enzymatic pocket for conventional small molecules to bind;inaccessibility for antibody due to the predominant nucleus localization of *** the topic of targeting Myc has actively been reviewed in the past decades,exciting new progresses in this field keep *** this review,after a comprehensive summarization of valuable sources for potential druggable targets of Myc-driven cancer,we also peer into the promising future of utilizing macropinocytosis to deliver peptides like Omomyc or antibody agents to intracellular compartment for cancer treatment.

Bile acids are recognized as important signaling molecules that enable fine-tuned inter-communication from the liver,through the intestine,to virtually any organ,thus encouraging their pleiotropic physiological *** is a complex natural process defined as a progressive decline in cellular and organismal functions.A causal link between bile acids and the aging process is ***,there are gaps in our understanding of the molecular mechanisms and precise targets responsible for the alteration of bile acid profiles and their role in the aging *** barrier dysfunction leads to endotoxemia,systemic inflammation,insulin resistance,diabetes,lipid accumulation,obesity and fatty liver diseases,and health decline and *** fact,intestinal barrier dysfunction is suggested to be an evolutionarily conserved hallmark of *** acids may modulate the aging process by regulating intestinal barrier integrity.

Numerical simulation of the plasma acceleration process in a magnetically enhanced micro-cathode vacuum arc thruster

A particle-in-cell simulation is conducted to investigate the plasma acceleration process in a micro-cathode vacuum arc thruster.A coaxial electrode structure thruster with an applied magnetic field configuration is used to investigate the effects of the distribution of the magnetic field on the acceleration process and the mechanism of electrons and *** modeling results show that due to the small Larmor radius of electrons,they are magnetized and bound by the magnetic field lines to form a narrow electron *** ions with a large Larmor radius take a long time to keep up with the electron *** presence of a magnetic field strengthens the charge separation *** electric field caused by the charge separation is mainly responsible for the ion acceleration downstream of the *** impact of variations in the distribution of the magnetic field on the acceleration of the plasma is also investigated in this study,and it is found that the position of the magnetic coil relative to the thruster exit has an important impact on the acceleration of *** order to increase the axial velocity of heavy ions,the design should be considered to reduce the confinement of the magnetic field on the electrons in the downstream divergent part of the applied magnetic field.

Type 2 immune response has been shown to facilitate cold-induced thermogenesis and browning of white fat. However, whether alternatively activated macrophages produce catecholamine and substantially promote adaptive thermogenesis in adipose tissue remains controversial. Here, we show that tyrosine hydroxylase CryrH）, a rate-limiting enzyme of catecholamine biosynthesis, was expressed and phosphorylated in adipose-resident macrophages. In addition, the plasma level of adrenaline was increased by cold stress in mice, and treatment of macrophages with adrenaline stimulated phosphorylation of CaZ＋/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II （CaMKII） and TyrH. Genetic and pharmacological inhibition of CaMKII or PKA signaling diminished adrenaline- induced phosphorylation of TyrH in primary macrophages. Consistently, overexpression of constitutively active CaMKII upregulated basal TyrH phosphorylation, while suppressing the stimulatory effect of adrenaline on TyrH in macrophages. Myeioid-specific dis- ruption of CaMKIIy suppressed both the cold-induced production of norepinephrine and adipose UCP1 expression in vivo and the stimulatory effect of adrenaline on macrophage-dependent activation of brown adipocytes in vitro. Lack of CaMKII signaling attenu- ated catecholamine production mediated by cytokines IL-4 and IL-13, key inducers of type 2 immune response in primary macro- phages. Taken together, these results suggest a feedforward mechanism of adrenaline in adipose-resident macrophages, and that myeloid CaMKII signaling plays an important role in catecholamine production and subsequent beige fat activation.

SiC逆变器驱动下Hairpin绕组电机承受高频、快速变化的复杂脉冲电应力,电机发生绝缘失效的可能性大为增加。为了解电机内部绕组的电压分布情况,对电机的绝缘可靠性做出评估,通过场路耦合有限元法对1台额定电压800 V的Hairpin绕组电机进行电压分布计算,得到了电机绕组中的电压分布规律。通过仿真和实测分析发现:电机的最大相地电压出现在三相绕组的入线端,数值为540V;匝间和相间电压最大值出现在绕组连接电路中串联顺序相距最远而空间上相邻的位置,分别为575V和923V;实测验证了计算结果的准确性,电压最大值处仿真与实测的误差为8%。基于仿真模型,发现30%的匝间或对地电容变化量对绝缘关键位置电压大小的影响不超过5%,并结合Dakin公式对电机的绝缘设计提出优化建议。以上结果可为Hairpin绕组电机的绝缘可靠性评估与绝缘设计提供借鉴。
