The maximum likelihoodestimation and the Bayesian estimation of the model parameters are obtained based on dataaugmentation method. A simulation study based on proposed sampling algorithm is conductedto assess the performance of the proposed estimation for various sample sizes. Finally, two realdata-sets are analysed to illustrate the practicability of the proposed method.

In order to improve the spinnabilities of A95 alumi- na silica sols, the influences of addition and polymeriza- tion degree of polyvinyl alcohol on spinnabilities of alu- mina silica sols were researched. The viscosity and rheo- logical properties of the sols, mierostructure, infrared spectra, average diameter and diameter distribution oJ the gel fibers, BET specific surface area and distribution of pore diameters were measured. The results show that iJ there is no spinning agent, the A95 sols have no spinna- bility ; when PVA 2099 addition is in the range of l. 0% -2.0% (in mass, the same hereinafter) , the prepared sols have good spinnability, the gel fibers produced are thin and uniform, and the shot content is low ; BET spe- cific surface area and gas absorption amount of A95 polycrystalline alumina fibers are the largest when PVA 2099 addition is 2. 0% ; the gel fibers are thick and non-uniform, and the shot content is high when PVA 2099 addition is 4. 0% ; with polymerization degree oJ PVA increasing, the average diameter and diameter dis- tribution range of the gel fibers increase gradually; when using PVA 1799 and PVA 1899, respectively, the spun gel fibers are thin and uniform.

Permian radiolarian biostratigraphy was reexamined in the bedded chertsection in Qinzhou area of southeast Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, South China. On the basis ofthe analyses of characteristic radiolarian composition, six radiolarian zones are recognized,namely, Pseudoalbaillella longtanensis Zone, Pseudoalbaillella globosa Zone, Follicucullusmonacanthus Zone, Follicucullus scholasticus Zone, Follicucullus charveti Zone and Neoalbaillellaornithoformis Zone, in ascending order. Correlation of these radiolarian zones with those in Japanis presented. The Neoalbaillella ornithoformis Zone was firstly discovered in Dachongling Section,which may indicate that pelagic chert of the late Permian existed there, according to theco-occurring conodonts.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Yiqihuoxue prescription(YQHX) from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on myocardial glucose and lipid metabolism after myocardial infarction via the cross talk between the liver kinase B1(LKB1)-dependent Notch1 and adenosine 5'-monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK). YQHX was prepared with substances with properties that benefit, to activate blood circulation based on the TCM ***: Animal models of myocardial infarction were established by ligating Sprague Dawley rats' left anterior descending coronary arteries. The animals were randomly divided into a myocardial infarction(MI) group, a YQHX group, a perindopril group, a γ-secretase inhibitor, Notch signal inhibitor(DAPT) group, a DAPT+YQHX group and a sham group. The related drugs were administered on the second day after operation, and changes in the relevant indexes were examined on weeks 1 and *** in cardiac structure and function were examined by echocardiography.
