Effect of ellagitannins gut microbiota metabolites ellagic acid (EA) and urolithin A-urolithin D (UroA-UroD) on human serum albumin (HSA) glycation were firstly evaluated in this research. The inhibition mechanisms were investigated by methylglyoxal (MGO) trapping and radical scavenging ability assays， docking studies and nano LC-Orbitrap-MS/MS technology. Results indicated that the inhibition of urolithins on HSA glycation was highly positive correlated with the number of phenolic hydroxy groups. Addition of UroD and EA could effectively enhance the content of free amino group， suppress dicarbonyl compounds and advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) formation， alleviated tryptophan and protein oxidation， inhibited HSA amyloid-like aggregation. They could also trap MGO and scavenge DPPH· and ABTS·+. Molecular docking indicated that EA and UroA-UroD interact with HSA mainly through hydrogen bound and hydrophobic interaction， among which two or three hydrogen bonds were formed. The number of glycation sites were reduced from 11 to 10， 10， 7， and 10， respectively， when 90 μmol/L of EA， UroA， UroC and UroD were added. However， weak inhibition was observed on UroA and UroB. These findings can provide scientific evidence for the application of ellagitannins-rich foods in alleviating diabetic complications.

It has been reported that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ischemic *** a result,the development of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has attracted increasing attention from *** article reviews the pathological mechanisms and advancements in research related to the signaling pathways in ischemic stroke,with a focus on the PI3K/AKT signaling *** key findings include the following:(1)The complex pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke can be categorized into five major types:excitatory amino acid toxicity,Ca^(2+)overload,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and apoptosis.(2)The PI3K/AKT-mediated signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of ischemic stroke,which primarily involves the NF-κB,NRF2,BCL-2,mTOR,and endothelial NOS signaling pathways.(3)natural products,including flavonoids,quinones,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,phenols,terpenoids,and iridoids,show great potential as candidate substances for the development of innovative anti-stroke medications.(4)Recently,novel therapeutic techniques,such as electroacupuncture and mesenchymal stem cell therapy,have demonstrated the potential to improve stroke outcomes by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,providing new possibilities for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with ischemic *** investigations should focus on the direct regulatory mechanisms of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and their clinical translation to develop innovative treatment strategies for ischemic stroke.

Accurate knowledge of mesospheric winds and waves is essential for studying the dynamics and climate in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)*** this study,we conduct a comparative analysis of the mesosphere tidal results obtained from two adjacent meteor radars at low latitudes in Kunming,China,from November 2013 to December *** two radars operate at different frequencies of 37.5 MHz and 53.1 MHz,***,overall good agreement is observed between the two radars in terms of horizontal winds and tide *** results show that the dominant tidal waves of the zonal and meridional winds are diurnal and semidiurnal ***,we conduct an exhaustive statistical analysis to compare the tidal amplitudes and vertical wavelengths recorded by the dual radar systems,which reveals a high degree of alignment in tidal *** investigation includes variances and covariances of tidal amplitudes,which demonstrate remarkable consistency across measurements from both *** finding highlights clear uniformity in the mesospheric tidal patterns observed at low latitudes by the two neighboring meteor *** of the comparative analysis specifically underscore the significant correlation in vertical wavelength measurements,validating the robustness of radar observations for tidal research.

生育支持与欠发达地区育龄女性的生育意愿——基于贵州省88个区县的生育意愿调查

生育支持已经成为强化青年生育意愿和生育行为的重要举措,然而受限于研究数据,以往的研究很少对欠发达地区各类生育支持及其效果进行研究。为了研究欠发达地区各类生育支持对育龄女性生育意愿的作用,基于贵州省88个区县的生育意愿调查数据,从政府政策支持、社会托育支持和家庭代际支持三个维度研究了生育支持对欠发达地区育龄女性生育意愿的影响。研究发现:(1)当前贵州育龄女性的生育意愿已经下降到了较低水平,未来生育水平有进一步下降的风险。(2)家庭代际支持、社会托育支持和政府政策支持对育龄女性的总体生育意愿都具有显著的促进作用,但只有政府政策支持和家庭代际支持对三孩生育意愿具有显著的影响,社会托育支持对三孩生育意愿的影响不显著。(3)异质性分析则发现各类生育支持对35岁以上的育龄女性影响较大,是对35岁以下年轻群体影响的两倍左右。各类支持对不同学历育龄女性的影响也出现了分化,总体上呈现出低学历女性受到家庭支持与政府政策支持影响较大,而高学历女性受到托育服务影响较大的特征。(4)各类生育支持方式对育龄女性生育意愿的协同效应十分显著,当各类生育支持都较强时,对育龄女性生育意愿的影响较大。基于上述结论,一方面,生育支持体系与生育支持政策既要坚持普惠性,又要兼顾不同群体差异化需求;另一方面,需要进一步完善生育支持体系,充分发挥各类生育支持的协同效应,让育龄女性在生育决策时有更多生育支持方式的选择。

Dear Editor,This letter studies the bipartite consensus tracking problem for heterogeneous multi-agent systems with actuator faults and a leader's unknown time-varying control input. To handle such a problem, the continuous fault-tolerant control protocol via observer design is developed. In addition, it is strictly proved that the multi-agent system driven by the designed controllers can still achieve bipartite consensus tracking after faults occur.

Lignocellulosic biomass is one of the viable solutions to alleviate the global warming. However, the limited utilization of biomass majorly focused on cellulose and hemicellulose restricts the economic and environmental feasibilities. To cope with this issue, we proposed an integrated process of co-producing 1,6-hexanediol（1,6-HDO） with tetrahydrofuran and adipic acid from biomass, referred to as Strategy A. To compare the impacts of lignin upgrading and feedstock, Strategy B, which co-produces tetrahydrofuran alone, and Strategy C, which is the traditional route to produce 1,6-HDO from fossil fuels, were used. Heat networks are also designed to reduce operating costs and indirect carbon emissions due to energy consumption, saving 87% and 83% of the heat and cooling requirements, respectively, in Strategy A. The market competitiveness of Strategy A was evaluated by determining the minimum selling price through techno-economic analysis, and sustainability was thoroughly investigated by quantifying the environmental impacts through both midpoint and endpoint life-cycle assessments（LCAs）.Strategy A was found to be the most favorable both economically（USRDSCHARDOLLAR3,402/ton） and environmentally（-26.9 kg CO2eq.）. This indicates that lignin valorization is not only economically but also environmentally preferred. Finally, changes in economic and environmental feasibilities depending on economic, process, and environmental parameters were investigated using sensitivity and uncertainty analyses. The results of these analyses provide valuable insight into bio-based chemical production.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） are fundamentally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predominantly due to irreversible zinc （Zn） deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate mechanisms behind the electrochemical discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn2+-solvation and deposition behavior demand comprehensive *** molecules endowed with special functional groups （such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.） have the potential to significantly optimize the solvation structure of Zn2+and regulate the interfacial electric double layer （EDL）.By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby forming an asymptotic nucleation model to promote uniform Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace amounts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the homogenized Zn （H-Zn） anode with a uniform and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experimental techniques,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a remarkable Zn utilization rate of approximately 20% and simultaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH4V4O10（NVO） full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A *** study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like C,H,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （na4TDC-hard carbon composite can further acquire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a thick na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the na4TDC anode material for SIBs.
