Dear Editor,We report a case of recurrence after spontaneous separation of epiretinal membrane (ERM) in a young woman with suspected retinal *** is defined as the fibrocellular membrane that proliferates on the inner surface of neurosensory retina at the macular *** ERM(iERM) usually occurs without a clearly identifiable cause in patients of more than 50 years of age and a great discrepancy in its prevalence from 1.02%to 28.9%among different ethnic groups were noted in previous epidemiologic studies^([1-3]).

An artificial neural network （ANN） model for predicting transformed mierostrueture in conventional rolling process and therrnomechanical controlled process （TMCP） is proposed. The model uses austenite grain size and retained strain, which can be calculated by using microstructure evolution models, together with a measured cooling rate and chemical compositions as inputs and the ferrite grain size and ferrite fraction as outputs. The predicted re- suits show that the model can predict the transformed microstructure which is in good agreement with the measured one, and it is better than the empirical equations. Also, the effect of the alloying elements on transformed products has been analyzed by using the model. The tendency is the same as that in the reported articles. The model can be used further for the optimization of processing parameters, mierostructure and properties in TMCP.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of cover crop inter-row in vineyard on main mono-phenol content of grape berry and wine. Three such cover crops, two perennial legumes （white clover and alfalfa） and a perennial gramineous grass （tall fescue） were sown in vineyard. The main phenolic compounds of mature grape berry and wines vinified under the same conditions were extracted with ethyl acetate and diethyl ether and analyzed by high- performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） by comparing to soil tillage. A total of ten phenolic compounds were identified and quantified in the different grape berry and wines, including nonflavonoids （hydroxybenzoic and hydroxycinnamic acids） and flavonoids （flavanols and flavonols）. The concentration of flavonoid compounds （409.43 to 538.63 mg kg^-1 and 56.16 to 81.30 mg L^-1） was higher than nonflavonoids （76.91 to 98.85 mg kg^-1 and 30.65 to 41.22 mg L^-1） for Cabernet Sauvignon grape and wine under different treatments, respectively. In the flavonoid phenolics, Catechin was the most abundant in the different grapes and wines, accounting for 74.94 to 79.70% and 48.60 to 50.62% of total nonanthocyanin phenolics quantified, respectively. Compared to soil tillage, the sward treatments showed a higher content of main mono-phenol and total nonanthocyanin phenolics in grapes and wines. There were significant differences between two cover crop treatments （tall fescue and white clover） and soil tillage for the content of benzoic acid, salicylic acid, caffeic acid, catechin, and total phenolics in the grape berry （P 〈 0.05 or P〈0.01）. The wine from tall fescue cover crop had the highest gallic acid, caffeic acid and catechin. Cover crop system increased the total nonanthocyanin phenolics of grapes and wines in order of the four treatments： tall fescue, white clover, alfalfa, and soil tillage （control）. Cover crop in vineyard increased total phenols of grape berry and wine, and thus improved the quality of wine evidently.

AIM:To study non-cardiac chest pain(NCCP) in relation to ineffective esophageal motility(IEM) and rapid food ***:NCCP patients with a self-reported habit of fast eating underwent esophageal manometry for the diagnosis of *** interviews identified eating habits of additional IEM *** of manometric features was done among IEM patients with and without the habit of rapid food intake and healthy controls.A case study investigated the effect of 6-mo gum chewing on restoration of esophageal motility in an IEM *** Valsalva maneuver was performed in IEM patients and healthy controls to assess the compliance of the esophagus in response to abdominal ***:Although most patients diagnosed with NCCP do not exhibit IEM,remarkably,all 12 NCCP patients who were self-reporting fast eaters with a main complaint of chest pain(75.0%) had contraction amplitudes in the mid and distal esophagus that were significantly lower compared with healthy controls [(23.45 mmHg(95%CI:14.06-32.85)vs 58.80 mmHg(95%CI:42.56-75.04),P < 0.01 and 28.29 mmHg(95%CI:21.77-34.81) vs 50.75 mmHg(95%CI:38.44-63.05),P < 0.01,respectively)].In 7 normal-eating IEM patients with a main complaint of sensation of obstruction(42.9%),the mid amplitude was smaller than in the controls [30.09 mmHg(95%CI:19.48-40.70) vs 58.80 mmHg(95%CI:42.56-75.04),P < 0.05].There was no statistically significant difference in manometric features between the fast-eating and normal-eating *** NCCP patient who self-reported fast eating and was subsequently diagnosed with IEM did not improve with proton-pump inhibition but restored swallow-induced contractions upon 6-mo *** Valsalva maneuver caused a markedly reduced pressure rise in the mid and proximal esophagus in the IEM ***:Habitual rapid food intake may lead to IEM.A prospective study is needed to validate this ***-chewing might strengthen weakened esophageal muscles.

BACKGROUND Endophthalmitis occurring in silicone oil-filled eyes is a very rare occurrence,with reported incidence rates ranging between 0.07%and 0.039%.Traditional methods of management of infectious endophthalmitis include the removal of silicone oil,washout of the vitreous cavity,administration of intravitreal antibiotics,and reinjection of silicone *** SUMMARY Herein,we report the case of a 39-year-old man with unilateral endophthalmitis after pars plana vitrectomy and silicone oil *** injections of full-dose antibiotics and anterior chamber washout were used to treat the *** signs of retinal toxicity were observed during the follow-up *** Intravitreal full-dose antibiotic injections and anterior chamber washout are promising alternatives to traditional therapies for endophthalmitis in silicone oilfilled eyes.

针对智慧交通中多点位监控视频分析时出现的计算任务繁重、设备之间资源利用不均衡的问题,提出一种基于云控制的视频分析卸载方案.首先,针对客户端算力不足而无法完成视频分析任务的问题,使用一种视频卸载框架,将部分视频分析任务切块卸载至云服务器处理;其次,针对服务器与多客户端之间的算力资源竞争问题,提出一种阶段优化卸载算法,平衡设备之间负荷,提高资源利用率;最后,针对不同点位的客户端需求不同的问题,在算法中加入精度和能耗偏好,满足不同客户端的需求.与其他卸载方案对比的实验表明,所提出方案能够更好地对视频分析任务进行合理分配,提高系统收益,并通过扩展实验验证所提出系统的扩展能力.
