The ω automata determinization is an important part of theoretical computer research and has important applications in formal verification, sequential logic, and model checking. Since the Büchi automata was proposed for half a century, its deterministic algorithm has always been the basis. Different from the exploration of the upper and lower bounds of its size in theory at the beginning, the use of ever-changing high-performance computer technology is an effective auxiliary means. To deeply study the implementation process of the deterministic algorithm of non-deterministic Büchi automata, this study focuses on the question of whether the index can continue to be optimized and realizes the deterministic research tool NB2DR. The non-deterministic Büchi automata can be determined efficiently, and the determinization algorithm can be improved by analyzing the determinization process provided by the tool. A theoretical upper bound on correlation indexing is explored through an in-depth analysis of the indexing of generated deterministic ω automata. The tool also realizes that the deterministic Rabin automaton family can be generated according to the size of the required Büchi automaton and the alphabet parameters. It can also be reversed to generate all the Büchi automata families according to the size of the specified index required and test the equivalence of ω functions. © 2024 Chinese Academy of Sciences. The traditional high-level Green-Naghdi(HLGN)model,which uses the polynomial as the shape function to approximate the variation of the horizontal-and vertical-velocity components along the vertical direction for each-fluid layer,can accurately describe the large-amplitude internal waves in a two-layer system for the shallow configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ■1).However,for the cases of the deep configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ=O(1)),higher-order polynomial is needed to approximate the variation of the velocity components along the vertical direction for the lower-fluid ***,however,introduces additional unknowns,leading to a significant increase in computational *** paper,for the first time,derives a general form of the HLGN model for a two-layer fluid system,where the general form of the shape function is used during the *** obtaining the general form of the two-layer HLGN equations,corresponding solutions can be obtained by determining the reasonable shape ***-amplitude internal solitary waves in a deep configuration are studied by use of two different HLGN *** of the two HLGN models shows that the polynomial as the shape function for the upper-fluid layer and the production of exponential and polynomial as the shape function for the lower-fluid layer is a good *** comparing with Euler’s solutions and the laboratory measurements,the accuracy of the two-layer HLGN model is verified.

Heavy precipitation and extreme drought have caused severe economic losses over South China and Indochina(INCSC)in recent *** the areas with large gross domestic product(GDP)in the INCSC region are distributed along the coastline and greatly affected by global warming,understanding the possible economic impacts induced by future changes in the maximum consecutive 5-day precipitation(RX5day)and the maximum consecutive dry days(CDD)is critical for adaptation planning in this *** on the latest data released by phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6),future projections of precipitation extremes with bias correction and their impacts on GDP over the INCSC region under the fossil-fueled development Shared Socioeconomic Pathway(SSP5-8.5)are *** indicate that RX5day will intensify robustly throughout the INCSC region,while CDD will lengthen in most regions under global *** changes in climate consistently dominate the effect on GDP over the INCSC region,rather than the change of *** only considering the effect of climate change on GDP,the changes in precipitation extremes bring a larger impact on the economy in the future to the provinces of Hunan,Jiangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,and Hainan in South China,as well as the Malay Peninsula and southern Cambodia in ***,timely regional adaptation strategies are urgent for these ***,from the sub-regional average viewpoint,over two thirds of CMIP6 models agree that maintaining a lower global warming level will reduce the economic impacts from heavy precipitation over the INCSC region.

In response to the goal of net-zero emissions proposed by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Chinese government has pledged that carbon emissions will peak by 2030, and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. However, the high carbon energy structure of traditional industries has aggravated environmental problems, such as greenhouse effect and air pollution. The goal of carbon neutrality will be difficult to achieve without the development of disruptive theories and technologies. The electrolytic zinc industry requires high-temperature roasting at ~1000 ℃, generating large amounts of greenhouse gases and SO_(2). High concentrations of sulfuric acid (200 g/L) are subsequently used for electrolysis, and each ton of zinc produced generates 50 kg of anode slime with lead content of up to 16%, as well as 0.35 m3 of wastewater containing zinc and lead. To solve these problems, an optical metallurgy method is proposed in this study. The proposed method uses laser-induced photoreduction to decompose ZnS and reduce metal ions to metal. Results indicate that Zn0 and S8 can be detected on the surface of ZnS at a specific wavelength and laser fluence. The generation mechanism of Zn0 is such that laser induces an electronic transition that breaks ionic bond in ZnS, resulting in its decomposition and photoreduction to Zn0 under an inert argon gas atmosphere. This method does not reduce other metals in the mineral since it does not use high-temperature roasting, providing a new way of producing high-purity metal without greenhouse gas emissions and heavy metal pollution caused by traditional zinc electrolysis.
