目的比较数字医学3D成像技术与传统2D成像技术在儿童腹部实体肿瘤术前医患沟通中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月广西壮族自治区贵港市人民医院小儿外科收治的80例腹部实体肿瘤患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组使用数字医学3D成像技术进行术前医患沟通,对照组使用传统2D成像技术进行术前医患沟通。比较两组患儿家属的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及满意度。结果沟通后,两组患儿家属的SAS和SDS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家属的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字医学3D成像技术在儿童腹部实体肿瘤术前医患沟通中发挥了积极作用,可减轻患儿家属术前焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高了对医疗服务的满意度,增强了患儿家属对医疗过程的依从性,值得在临床中推广。

通过修改化学动力学计算软件CHEMKINⅢ中的SENKIN程序包,建立了定容弹中瓦斯爆炸过程的计算模型,其化学反应采用了详细反应机理(包括53种组分、325个反应)。利用此模型对瓦斯爆炸过程中反应物浓度、活化中心浓度、爆炸后部分致灾性气体浓度的变化趋势进行了详细分析;通过对瓦斯爆炸详细反应机理的敏感性分析,找出了影响瓦斯爆炸以及爆炸后部分致灾性气体生成的关键反应步,同时,对水抑制瓦斯爆炸及爆炸后致灾性气体生成的机理进行了分析。结果表明,当混合气中不含水时,瓦斯爆炸后温度、压力将分别达到2700 K、0.22 MPa左右;当混合气中含10%水时,温度、压力将分别降低到2580 K、0.21 MPa;而当混合气中含15%水时,与混合气中不含水相比,温度、压力分别降低了180 K、0.025 MPa;同时,混合气中的水对瓦斯爆炸及爆炸后CO、CO2、NO2的生成起抑制作用。

Heading date is a crucial agronomic ***,rice usually delays heading due to the photoperiod,temperature,hormones or *** present research was conducted to analyze the mechanism cotrlling heading date in F,hybrid *** constructed two test-crossing populations using two introgression lines(ILs),P20 and P21 coming from SH527/FH838 as the male parent,respectively,and male sterile line Jin23A as the female ***,the F,hybrids of H20,obtained by mating P20 with Jin23A and having no heading,and H21,from the crossing between P21 and Jin23A having normal heading,were both observed under long ***,we analyzed the photoperiodic response of F,hybrids by transcriptome and metabolome *** greater differences displayed in the transcriptome and the metabolome were caused by photoperiod(exogenous)instead of genes(endogenous).The coping mechanism resulted from long days(LD)in H20,leading to differences in the circadian rhythm and glutathione metabolism relative to other *** circadian oscillator and GSH/GSSG cycle typically regulate ROS homeostasis,and both of them are responsible for modulating ROS in H20 under LD *** circadian rhythm genes and the reported genes related to heading date function via the DHD1/OsMFT1-Ehd1-RFT1-OsMADS14/OsMADS18 pathway and the glutathione metabolism pathway by regulating oxidative reduction *** pathways are involved in the heading process and they interacted through the oxidative reduction process which was induced by photoperiod regulation,and all of them collectively modulated the heading *** results of this study will be helpful for unraveling the mechanism of F,hybrid responses to unheading under LD condition.

Study on the Effect of Web-Based Real-Time Interactive Intervention Teaching Model on Self-Efficacy of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Object: To explore the effect of web-based real-time interactive intervention teaching model on self-efficacy of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) patients. Method: Based on the hospital’s antenatal check-up archives from June 2018 to January 2019, patients diagnosed with GDM in the second trimester were randomly divided into the control group (100 cases) and the experimental group (121 cases). Patients in the control group received routine care following the diabetes mellitus one-day outpatient guidance, while patients in the experimental group received social media real-time interactive teaching intervention based on routine care, and accepted a nursing intervention scheme based on knowledge-attitude-practice mode. The knowledge of GDM, self-efficacy and self-management behavior indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the self-efficacy scores, the blood glucose monitoring times and the blood glucose compliance rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P P = 0.072). Conclusion: Web-based real-time interactive intervention teaching model can effectively improve the self-efficacy of GDM patients and promote the formation of healthy behaviors.

As the oldest venomous animals,centipedes use their venom as a weapon to attack prey and for *** venom,which contains many bioactive and pharmacologically active compounds,has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine,as shown by ancient *** on comparative analysis,we revealed the diversity of and differences in centipede toxin-like molecules between Scolopendra mojiangica,a substitute pharmaceutical material used in China,and *** *** than 6000 peptides isolated from the venom were identified by electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MS/MS)and inferred from the *** a result,in the proteome of ***,246 unique proteins were identified:one in five were toxin-like proteins or putative toxins with unknown function,accounting for a lower percentage of total proteins than that in *** mining identified approximately 10 times more toxin-like proteins,which can characterize the precursor structures of mature toxinlike ***,the constitution and quantity of the toxin transcripts in these two centipedes were *** toxicity assays,the crude venom showed strong insecticidal and hemolytic *** findings highlight the extensive diversity of toxin-like proteins in *** and provide a new foundation for the medical-pharmaceutical use of centipede toxin-like proteins.

图像作为构建空间材料的历史可以追溯很远,在很长的一段时间里,借助于图像这种视觉媒介,空间被赋予了宗教的意义、历史的记忆,以及神话的诗性。现代主义之后,空间转化成为了一种素面体块与光影的抽象描述,图像逐渐隐退或消失在建筑当中。另一方面,当代的数字技术似乎唤起了图像久被遗忘的力量,制造出各种感官奇迹,虚拟化了物质空间。图像和建筑处于一种前所未有的对抗状态。在本文对图像持亲善态度的建筑师,以及积极理解建筑的艺术家两种视角中,图像与空间所达成的平衡,或许提供了图像重新构成空间诗意维度的可能。
