Distortion during the forging or machining processes of a blade causes problems in subsequent manufacturing. This paper proposes an alternative multipoint correction method integrated with blade measurement, determination of correcting parameters, and adjustment of the correcting die. An iterative algorithm for determining the correcting parameters is proposed. Measuring equipment combining a laser displacement sensor with multipoint flexible support is manufactured to measure the blade shape. Multipoint correcting equipment with an adaptive lower die and rapid adjustment is manufactured, and software is developed for data analysis and equipment control. The correction experiment for a rough-machined steam-turbine blade indicates that the correcting parameters can be determined after one modification based on numerical simulation, and that a rough blade that meets the allowance for finish machining can be obtained using the determined correction parameters.

This work reported an AIE fluorescent probe for tumor imaging based on the p H induced self-assembly strategy. The fluorescent probe was composed of an acid-responsive soluble copolymer PEG-b-PAMA-DMMA with a maleic acid amide group and an anionic soluble aggregation-induced emission fluorogen(AIEgen) TPE-2SO_(3)^(-). The polymer could be transformed into a protonated amine-containing polymer after the hydrolysis of maleic acid amide in acidic tumor microenvironment, which would be further self-assembled with TPE-2SO_(3)^(-)to form aggregated nanoparticles. The transition of TPE-2SO_(3)^(-)from dispersed state to aggregated state led to an obvious increase in fluorescence intensity due to its AIE characteristics.

Supergiant fast X-ray transients are a sub-class of high mass X-ray binaries,in which the compact object is a neutron star and it is accreting materials from its non-degenerate companion *** sample of supergiant fast X-ray transients from XMM-Newton public observations have been intensively studied,and hence the corresponding parameters for identifying X-ray flares have been obtained by Sidoli et al.,such as the rise time,the decay time,the duration time,the waiting time,the peak luminosity,the isotropic energy and the mean *** order to investigate the origin of the X-ray flares from the supergiant fast X-ray transients,we apply the cumulative distribution method with the power-law index dN(x)/dx∝(x+x0)-ax to the target *** then find that the relevant parameters can be well described by the cumulative distribution with indices 1.0-1.9 for IGR J16418-4532,IGR J16328-4726 and IGR J18450-0435,*** finding indicates that the X-ray flares are likely to be produced by the self-organizing critical process,one possible scenario may be due to reconnection in magnetized stellar wind blobs approaching into the magnetosphere of magnetized neutron ***,we suggest that the high mass X-ray binaries with similar X-ray flares likely belong to the self-organized criticality systems.

High-strength Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Sm alloy was fabricated and subjected to single-stage aging and pre-aging(two-stage aging). Effect of pre-aging on micros tructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated. It is found that the alloy is mainly composed of α-Al, Al_2Cu, Al_2CuMg and AlCu_4Sm. The number of plate-like Ω Al_2Cu precipitates is comparable to that of rod-like S Al_2 CuMg precipitates in the single-stage aged alloy, whereas, in the two-stage aged alloy, it is much higher than that of S precipitates. Q precipitates have a smaller plate thickness and distribute more uniformly in the two-stage aged alloy than in the single-stage aged *** tensile strength(UTS) and yield strength of the two-stage aged alloy are 12% higher than those of the single-stage aged one, indicating a better aging hardening caused by the two-stage aging. The increased tensile properties mainly come from both stronger precipitation strengthening caused by more Ω precipitates in the twostage aged alloy and stronger solution strengthening from Mg atoms. The fracture surfaces consist of both dimple zones composed of microscale dimples and platform zones composed of nanoscale dimples. The total area of dimple zones for single-stage aged alloy is much higher than that for two-stage aged alloy, which can be attributed to different numbers of Ω precipitates in the two alloys.

Objective:To explore effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in ***:The mice were anesthetized by isoflurane and ether inhalation,and also under intraperitoneal anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital and chloral hydrate,Blood was collected from the ventro-cardinal *** blood cell analyzer was used for routine blood examination,and the canthine oxidase method was used to measure the superoxide dismutase(SOD)*** peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA)was measured with TBA,and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was measured with DTNB,and then the effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in mice was ***:Hct level of chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection group was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).And the MDA levels in the pentobarbital sodium group were significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).SOD and GSH-Px of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two groups;RBC-C 3bRR and RBC-ICR of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two ***:Different drugs can induce changes in immune function of mice at different *** and ether have less damage to animal body,while chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection have a certain inhibitory effect on the animal body respiratory system and can cause greater damage to the ***,the reasonable selection and control of anesthetics are very important in order to avoid the experimental errors caused by anesthesia.

In order to investigate the impact of U-ore on organic matter maturation and isotopic fractionation,we designed hydrous pyrolysis experiments on Type-II kerogen samples,supposing that the water and water–mineral interaction play a role.U-ore was set as the variable for ***,anhydrous pyrolysis under the same conditions was carried out as the control *** determination of liquid products indicates that the presence of water and minerals obviously enhanced the yields of C（15＋） and the amounts of hydrocarbon and nonhydrocarbon *** results may be attributed to waterorganic matter reaction in the high-temperature system,which can provide additional hydrogen and oxygen for the generation of gas and liquid products from organic *** is found that δD values of hydrocarbon gases generated in both hydrous pyrolysis experiments are much lower than those in anhydrous *** is more,δD values are lower in the hydrous pyrolysis with uranium ***,we can infer that water-derived hydrogen played a significant role during the kerogen thermal evolution and the hydrocarbon generation in our *** exchange was facilitated by the reversible equilibration between reaction intermediaries with hydrogen under hydrothermal conditions with uranium *** isotopic fractionations of hydrocarbon gases were somehow affected by the presence of water and the uranium *** increased level of i-C4/n-C4ratios for gas products in hydrous pyrolysis implied the carbocation mechanism for water-kerogen reactions.

The Qinshui Basin in the southeastern Shanxi Province is an important area for coalbed methane（CBM） exploration and production in China, and recent exploration has revealed the presence of other unconventional types of gas such as shale gas and tight sandstone gas. The reservoirs for these unconventional types of gas in this basin are mainly the coals, mudstones, and sandstones of the Carboniferous and Permian; the reservoir thicknesses are controlled by the depositional environments and palaeogeography. This paper presents the results of sedimentological investigations based on data from outcrop and borehole sections, and basin-wide palaeogeographical maps of each formation were reconstructed on the basis of the contours of a variety of lithological parameters. The palaeogeographic units include the depositional environments of the fluvial channel, flood basin（lake）, upper delta plain, lower delta plain, delta front, lagoon, tidal flat, barrier bar, and carbonate *** Benxi and Taiyuan Formations are composed mainly of limestones, bauxitic mudstones,siltstones, silty mudstones, sandstones, and economically exploitable coal seams, which were formed in delta, tidal flat, lagoon, and carbonate platform environments. The Shanxi Formation consists of sandstones, siltstones, mudstones, and coals; during the deposition of the formation, the northern part of the Qinshui Basin was occupied mainly by an upper delta plain environment, while the central and southern parts were mainly occupied by a lower delta plain environment and the southeastern part by a delta front environment. Thick coal zones occur in the central and southern parts, where the main depositional environment was a lower delta plain. The thick coal zones of the Taiyuan Formation evidently occur in the sandstone-rich belts, located mainly in the lower delta plain environment in the northern part of the basin and the barrier bar environments in the southeastern part of the basin. As one class of the most important objects in the universe,magnetars can produce a lot of different frequency bursts including X-ray *** Cai et al.,75 X-ray bursts produced by magnetar SGR J1935+2154 during an active period in 2020 are published,including the duration and net photon counts of each burst,and waiting time based on the trigger time *** this paper,we utilize the power-law model,dN(x)/dx∝(x+x_0)~((-α)_x),to fit the cumulative distributions of these *** can be found that all the cumulative distributions can be well fitted,which can be interpreted by a self-organizing criticality ***,we check whether this phenomenon still exists in different energy bands and find that there is no obvious *** findings further confirm that the X-ray bursts from magnetars are likely to be generated by some self-organizing critical process,which can be explained by a possible magnetic reconnection scenario in magnetars.

Cholelithiasis is a common and frequently occurring disease in East *** bile duct stone is a benign disease,but the recurrence rate is *** incidence of postoperative residual stones after traditional manual stone removal can be30%–96%^([1]).The emergence of endoscopes is therefore a milestone in the treatment of *** the various approaches,choledochoscopy combined with laser lithotripsy has become the main procedure for intrahepatic bile duct stone removal^([2]).Lithotripsy alone has the disadvantages of low stoneremoving efficiency and blurred choledochoscope vision while performing the ***,our team has achieved satisfactory results in the removal of intrahepatic bile duct stones with low-pressure pulse flushing and neodymium laser lithotripsy.
