Understanding and Detecting Inefficient Image Displaying Issues in Android Apps

Mobile applications(apps for short)often need to display ***,inefficient image displaying(IID)issues are pervasive in mobile apps,and can severely impact app performance and user *** paper first establishes a descriptive framework for the image displaying procedures of IID *** on the descriptive framework,we conduct an empirical study of 216 real-world IID issues collected from 243 popular open-source Android apps to validate the presence and severity of IID issues,and then shed light on these issues’characteristics to support research on effective issue *** the findings of this study,we propose a static IID issue detection tool TAPIR and evaluate it with 243 real-world Android ***,49 and 64 previously-unknown IID issues in two different versions of 16 apps reported by TAPIR are manually confirmed as true positives,respectively,and 16 previously-unknown IID issues reported by TAPIR have been confirmed by developers and 13 have been ***,we further evaluate the performance impact of these detected IID issues and the performance improvement if they are *** results demonstrate that the IID issues detected by TAPIR indeed cause significant performance degradation,which further show the effectiveness and efficiency of TAPIR.

流程剩余时间预测对于业务异常的预防和干预有着重要的价值和意义.现有的剩余时间预测方法通过深度学习技术达到了更高的准确率,然而大多数深度模型结构复杂难以解释预测结果,即不可解释问题.此外,剩余时间预测除了活动这一关键属性还会根据领域知识选择若干其他属性作为预测模型的输入特征,缺少通用的特征选择方法,对于预测的准确率和模型的可解释性存在一定的影响.针对上述问题,提出基于可解释特征分层模型(explainable feature-based hierarchical model,EFH model)的流程剩余时间预测框架.具体而言,首先提出特征自选择策略,通过基于优先级的后向特征删除和基于特征重要性值的前向特征选择,得到对预测任务具有积极影响的属性作为模型输入.然后提出可解释特征分层模型架构,通过逐层加入不同特征得到每层的预测结果,解释特征值与预测结果的内在联系.采用lightGBM(light gradient boosting machine)和LSTM(long short-term memory)算法实例化所提方法,框架是通用的,不限于选用算法.最后在8个真实事件日志上与最新方法进行比较.实验结果表明所提方法能够选取出有效特征,提高预测的准确率,并解释预测结果.

Clinical significance of serum biochemistry changes in mice with targeted disruption of βB2-crystallin gene

AIM: To explore the pathogenesis, influencing factors, ways of medical intervention and evaluation indicators of cataract by observing changes in serum biochemical indices in mice with targeted disruption of βB2-crystallin. · METHODS: Nine 6-week-old male mice with targeted knockout of βB2-crystallin were used as the study group, and nine age- and sex-matched normal wild-type mice as the control group. The genetype of the modeled mice was identified by PCR technique. Tropicamide and phenylephrine eye drops were used as the cycloplegic agents to observe changes in lens opacity with a slit-lamp. The lens was then removed and blood was collected for biochemical evaluation in the serum. · RESULTS: Two genotypes were successfully identified by PCR technique. Slit-lamp observation showed that the lens cortex was opaque and GSH level in the lens cortex was remarkably decreased in mice with βB2-crystallin deficiency compared with the control group (P 0.05). · CONCLUSION: Compared with the wild-type mice, serum biochemical indices underwent significant changes in mice with targeted disruption of βB2-crystallin gene, especially with abnormal distribution of Na+&Ca2+, which induced the formation of cataract.

Morroniside ameliorates lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory damage in iris pigment epithelial cells through inhibition of TLR4/JAK2/STAT3 pathway

AIM:To investigate the effect of morroniside(Mor)on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-treated iris pigment epithelial cells(IPE).METHODS:IPE cells were induced by LPS and treated with *** proliferation was detected by cell counting kit(CCK)-8,apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-8 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA)kits,and the protein expression of TLR4,JAK2,p-JAK2,STAT3,and p-STAT3 was analyzed by Western *** addition,overexpression of TLR4 and Mor treatment of LPS-stimulated IPE cells were also tested for the above ***:Mor effectively promoted the proliferation and inhibited the apoptosis of LPS-treated IPE *** addition,Mor significantly reduced the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 and significantly inhibited the expression of TLR4,p-JAK2,and p-STAT3 in LPS-treated IPE *** effect of Mor on LPS-treated IPE cells was markedly attenuated after overexpression of ***:These findings suggest that Mor may ameliorate LPS-induced inflammatory damage and apoptosis in IPE through inhibition of TLR4/JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

Non-fragile Observer Design for Fractional-order One-sided lipschitz Nonlinear Systems

This paper is concerned with the problem of the full-order observer design for a class of fractional-order lipschitz nonlinear systems. By introducing a continuous frequency distributed equivalent model and using an indirect Lyapunov approach, the sufficient condition for asymptotic stability of the full-order observer error dynamic system is presented. The stability condition is obtained in terms of LMI, which is less conservative than the existing one. A numerical example demonstrates the validity of this approach.

A new β-cyclodextrin modified hyperbranched carbosilane stationary phase for gas chromatography was synthesized by substituting the -OH groups of β-cyclodextrin with hyperbranched carbosilane and was coated on the inner wall of fused silica capillary column for gas chromatography. The chromatographic behaviors of the stationary phase were studied. The initial testing results showed that it possessed good separation abilities for several kinds of mixtures, such as benzenes, acrylates, ketones and alkylchlorides.

Prediction models of burst strength degradation for casing with considerations of both wear and corrosion

Casing wear and casing corrosion are serious problems affecting casing integrity failure in deep and ultra-deep *** paper aims to predict the casing burst strength with considerations of both wear and ***,the crescent wear shape is simplified into three categories according to common mathematical ***,based on the mechano-electrochemical(M-E)interaction,the prediction model of corrosion depth is built with worn depth as the initial condition,and the prediction models of burst strength of the worn casing and corroded casing are ***,the accuracy of different prediction models is validated by numerical simulation,and the main influence factors on casing strength are *** last,the theoretical models are applied to an ultra-deep well in Northwest China,and the dangerous well sections caused by wear and corrosion are predicted,and the corrosion rate threshold to ensure the safety of casing is *** results show that the existence of wear defects results in a stress concentration and enhanced M-E interaction on corrosion depth *** accuracy of different mathematical models is different:the slot ring model is most accurate for predicting corrosion depth,and the eccentric model is most accurate for predicting the burst strength of corroded *** burst strength of the casing will be overestimated by more than one-third if the M-E interaction is neglected,so the coupling effect of wear and corrosion should be sufficiently considered in casing integrity evaluation.

Electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical studies of four tanshinones from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge

The spectra of four tanshinones in the potentiostatic reduction process, including tanshinone I, dihydrotanshinone I, tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone, were investigated using spectroelectrochemical cell and UV spectrophotometer. Their cyclic voltammograms （CVs） were recorded with a glassy carbon electrode （GCE）. The experiment results show that the antioxidant activity of these tanshinones, in the structure, where A, B and C rings connect through a single double bond, is weaker than that where A ring does not have double bond. Moreover, the increasing angle strain in the reduction process could enhance the antioxidant activity. In summary, the rank of antioxidant activities of these tanshinones, from weak to strong, is tanshinone I, dihydrotanshinone I, tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone.
