Interleukin-21(IL-21)is produced mainly by activated CD4^(+)T cells and promotes the proliferation,survival and differentiation of immune *** study characterised a high affinity binding receptor of IL-21(IL-21 Rα)from grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella,Ci)and analyzed the expression of CiIL-21 and CiIL-21 Rα.It has been shown that they were modulated by PAMPs and during infection with bacterial and viral *** CiIL-21 protein produced in bacteria was active in inducing the expression of genes involved in Th responses.A monoclonal CiIL-21 antibody was generated against the rCiIL-21 and showed good reactive specificity with the rCiIL-21 proteins expressed in *** cells,and HEK293 T cells and the native protein from PHA-stimulated kidney *** addition,the IL-21-producing cells detected by the CiIL-21 monoclonal antibody were found to be increased to in the kidney,spleen and hindgut after infection with Flavobacterium *** data indicate that IL-21 is involved in the regulation of immune response to bacterial and viral infection.

Based on a[2]rotaxane precursor with exchangeable pentafluorophenyl ester stoppers,a new wheelassembling approach has been successfully developed for the precise sequence control of hetero[3]rotaxanes,leading to the facile and efficient synthesis of both sequence isomers of hetero[3]*** importantly,taking advantage of the chirality retention along with the wheel-assembling process,corresponding sequence isomers of chiral AIEgenfunctionalized hetero[3]rotaxanes were further precisely ***,the resultant hetero[3]rotaxanes revealed remarkable sequencedependent aggregation-induced emission(AIE)behavior and circularly polarized luminescence performance with large dissymmetry factors up to 0.012,highlighting the great power of the newly coined sequence engineering concept in developing novel AIE-active chiroptical *** proof-ofconcept study lays the foundation for investigation of the structure-property relationships of heterorotaxanes that can further direct the rational design and precise synthesis of sequence-defined heterorotaxanes with desirable properties for practical applications.

BACKGROUND This study aimed to explore the possible etiology and treatment of severe fetal tachycardia in the absence of organic disease and provide a reference for clinical management of severe fetal *** SUMMARY A 29-year-old pregnant woman,with a gravidity 1 parity 0,presented with a fetal heart rate(FHR)of 243 beats per minute during a routine antenatal examination at 31+2 wk of *** termination of pregnancy at 38 wk of gestation,the FHR repeatedly showed serious abnormalities,lasting more than 30 ***,the pregnant woman and the fetus had no clinical symptoms,and repeated examination revealed no organic *** mother and the baby were regularly followed *** This was a case of severe fetal tachycardia with no organic lesions and management based on clinical experience.

To enhance the clarity and transparency of reporting in trials involving Chineseherbal medicine(CHM)formulas,the CONSORT extension specifically tailored for CHM formulas(CONSORT-CHM Formulas 2017)was introduced in 2017[1].This statement,along with its corresponding checklist,outlines key elements essential for reporting in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related tothe rationale,design,analysis,and interpretation of interventions using CHM *** CONSORT-CHM Formulas 2017 elaborated on 7 of 25 CONSORT checklist items,namely title,abstract and keywords,backgrounds and objectives,participants,interventions,outcomes,generalizability,and interpretation.

Shales in deep lake basins have become the main focus of continental shale oil and gas exploration. In order to highlight the sedimentary dynamics of mud deposition in deep lake basins, a combination of core observation, thin section examination, X-ray diffraction, and QEMSCAN(quantitative evaluation of minerals by scanning electron microscopy) was used to analyze the depositional characteristics of mudrocks in the Chang-7 Member from the Yanchang Formation(Upper Triassic) in Ordos Basin, and to establish a depositional model for mud accumulation in deep lake basins. This study recognizes four mudrock lithofacies in the Chang-7 Member:(1) the laminated silt-bearing mudstone, which generally develops a binary composition of“silt-clay” or a ternary composition of “silt-clay-organic matter”;(2) the graded mudstone, mainly composed of dark gray and gray-black mudstone sandwiched by silt-bearing mudstone;(3) the massive mudstone, internally showing a uniform distribution of quartz, clay, and carbonate minerals, with also a small amount of organic detritus; and(4) the laminated shale, which is generally composed of clay laminae, and organic laminae of the former two. Sediment supply, topographic slope, and flood intensity combine to control the evolution of gravity flows and the transport and deposition of the mudrock in the Chang-7 Member. The influence of orogeny provides terrain gradient, water depth, abundant sediments at source areas, and triggering mechanism for the formation of gravity flows. Floods triggered by wetting events provide the impetus for sediment transport. Mud deposition in the Chang-7 Member was mainly related to the transport and sedimentation of mud by hyperpycnal flows and rapid sedimentation by buoyant plume flocculation. A comprehensive evolutionary model for shale accumulation in the deep lake basin is established by integrating various triggering mechanisms and mud transport sedimentary processes.

目的总结分析胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）的临床特点和治疗效果,提高对该病的认识.方法回顾性总结2000年10月至2013年3月间经手术和病理证实的28例SPTP病人的临床资料,并对其进行随访.结果 28例中,体检中无意发现肿物者12例,外伤后腹痛检出肿物者6例（均为未成年病人）,腹痛为首发症状者7例,复查意外发现者2例,肠梗阻为首发症状者1例.手术方式：肿物核除术5例;胰十二指肠切除术4例;胰尾切除术5例;胰体尾切除术3例;胰尾切除加脾脏切除术3例;病理活检2例;转移瘤切除1例;胰体切除、胰肠吻合术3例.位于胰头：8例,胰体：4例,胰尾：15例;其他腹壁转移：1例.表现为囊实混合性者22例.所有病人术后均未辅助放化疗治疗.28例病人中2例失访,26例获随访,随访时间为3个月至10年,平均15个月.4例复发,其中1例复发后3个月因合并心肺功能衰竭死亡,另3例经再次手术后治愈.余22例预后良好.本组5年生存率为96.4％.结论 SPTP无特异性临床表现,起病隐匿,CT及彩超对SPTP有诊断意义,手术切除肿瘤为SPTP的主要治疗方式,不经术前术后放疗和化疗,预后良好.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2D) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2D materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2D materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2D materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2D material research.
