Introduction:Influenza is a communicable respiratory disease that causes annual epidemics and occasional unpredictable *** study examines the occurrence of two unexpected influenza peaks within the year ***:Influenza-like illness(ILI)data were reported,and specimens of ILI were collected by designated surveillance *** cases were confirmed using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(rRT-PCR)testing conducted at national surveillance network *** data were then submitted to the Chinese Influenza Surveillance Information ***:From December 2022 to January 2023,influenza activity was minimal until a spring epidemic began in February,peaking in late *** outbreak spread from the north to the south,with A(H1N1)pdm09 being the predominant strain and A(H3N2)also circulating *** positivity rate in northern and southern provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)reached 60.0%(week 10)and 60.2%(week 13),respectively,before dropping to below 5%from May to ***,rates surged starting in week 41 in the south and week 44 in the north,peaking at 54.4%(week 50)and 44.0%(week 49),respectively,and remained high until the end of 2023.A(H3N2)became the prevailing strain,with a notable increase in B/Victoria lineage viruses from December,resulting in two peaks during the 2023 influenza ***:The pattern of the influenza epidemic shifted due to the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak and is gradually returning to its usual seasonal and intensity *** is,therefore,crucial to continuously strengthen influenza surveillance,enhance the influenza surveillance network,and lay the groundwork for advancing integrated surveillance of multiple pathogens in China.

Full waveform inversion(FWI) is a seismic imaging method with a unified mathematical framework based on wave equation constraints. The FWI method can be used to generate a variety of high-resolution seismic parameter models(e.g.,velocity, anisotropy, viscoelasticity, and attenuation), which can facilitate an in-depth understanding of important scientific problems such as the Earth's interior structure and material composition, earthquake preparation and occurrence, and plate motion and dynamic processes. With the development and cross-integration of disciplines such as geophysics, applied mathematics, and computer science, FWI imaging theories and methods not only play a crucial role in revealing the Earth's interior structure, dynamic evolution, and earthquake mechanisms but also show a wide range of application potential in fields such as resource exploration, medical imaging, engineering inspection, carbon dioxide geological sequestration, and earthquake disaster prediction. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the development of the FWI method,addressing its current challenges, identifying key issues, future directions, and potential research areas in the theory, methodology, and application of high-resolution FWI imaging. We also offer new insights and perspectives to promote advancements of high-resolution FWI research and applications in Earth sciences and other related fields.

Antigenic variation of the human influenza A(H3N2) virus during the 2014–2015 winter season

The human influenza A （H3N2） virus dominated the 2014-2015 winter season in many countries and caused massive morbid- ity and mortality because of its antigenic variation. So far, very little is known about the antigenic patterns of the recent H3N2 virus. By systematically mapping the antigenic relationships of H3N2 strains isolated since 2010, we discovered that two groups with obvious antigenic divergence, named SW13 （A/Switzerland/9715293/2013-1ike strains） and HK14 （A/Hong Kong/5738/2014-1ike strains）, co-circulated during the 2014-2015 winter season. HK14 group co-circulated with SW13 in Europe and the United States during this season, while there were few strains of HK14 in China's Mainland, where SW13 has dominated since 2012. Furthermore, we found that substitutions near the receptor-binding site on hemagglutinin played an im- portant role in the antigenic variation of both the groups. These findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the recent antigenic evolution of H3N2 virus and will aid in the selection of vaccine strains.

目的综合分析医院药品效期应用"四级管理模式"的相关效果,为医院的药品管理提供科学的数据参考。方法采取问卷调查的方式,选取我院在2014年1月~2015年6月间应用"四级管理模式"的门诊药房以及住院药房等地方管理情况,再选取2013年1月~2013年12月间应用非"四级管理模式"的门诊药房以及住院药房等地方管理情况。采用SPSS12.0统计学软件进行统计学分析应用"四级管理模式"前后的医院药品效期管理效果。结果应用"四级管理模式"后的药品效期管理优良率远远高于应用"四级管理模式"前,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用"四级管理模式"后变质药品品种数、过期药品品种数、报损金额、不良药品发生率以及报损率远远低于应用"四级管理模式"前,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药品效期应用"四级管理模式"的应用效果比较理想,能够显著降低不良药品发生率。

目的寻找与多囊卵巢综合征发病有关的因素.方法采用病例对照研究,调查2005年2月～2006年4月南京医科大学第一、第二附属医院不孕症门诊患者105例及同期非多囊卵巢综合征的就诊患者210例资料,进行单因素分析.结果多囊卵巢综合征发病的单因素和多因素分析结果：家族遗传史、初潮月经紊乱、失眠、打鼾、职业、室内装潢史,两组比较差异有显著性.结论家族遗传史、初潮月经紊乱、失眠、打鼾、职业、室内装潢史是多囊卵巢综合征的高危因素.
