Integrated photonic quantum circuits(IPQCs)have attracted increasing attention in recent years due to their widespread applications in quantum information *** the most envisioned quantum technologies such as quantum communications,quantum computer and quantum simulations have placed a strict constraint on the scalability of chip-integrated quantum light *** introducing sizeconfined nanostructures or crystal imperfections,low-dimensional semiconductors have been broadly explored as chip-scale deterministic single-photon sources(SPSs).Thus far a variety of chip-integrated deterministic SPSs have been investigated across both monolithic and hybrid photonic platforms,including molecules,quantum dots,color centers and two-dimensional *** the rapid development of the chip-scale generation of single photons with deterministic quantum emitters,the field of IPQCs has raised new challenges and *** this paper,we highlight recent progress in the development of waveguide-coupled deterministic SPSs towards scalable IPQCs,and review the post-growth tuning techniques that are specifically developed to engineer the optical properties of these WG-coupled *** prospects on stringent requirement for the quantum engineering toolbox in the burgeoning field of integrated photonics are also discussed.

为了探讨不同高陡岩质边坡生态修复工艺过程中植物群落与地下生境的特征,以济南市植生袋、生态袋、挂网喷播、植生袋+挂网喷播模式、格构+生态袋+挂网喷播模式5种工艺的典型边坡植物群落为研究对象,对群落的物种多样性与地下生境特征进行了调查研究。结果表明:1)修复工艺固持水土的能力是重塑边坡生境条件的核心,基质的厚度直接影响植物的种类与生长状况;2)植物群落演化的趋势为人工栽植种向本地种或混合方向演化,复合模式下的植物种类最多,覆盖度达90%,景观修复效果最好。挂网喷播覆盖度最低,为10%~30%;3)生境条件与修复年限是影响植物多样性的主要因素,不同修复工艺的植物Pielou均匀度指数、Simpson多样性指数、ShannonWiener多样性指数为挂网喷播>植生袋、生态袋>复合工艺模式,而Patrick丰富度指数、Margalef丰富度指数为复合工艺模式与挂网喷播模式较高。完成岩质边坡生态修复后的初始几年内植物群落变化最大,植物的多样性随修复年限逐渐升高。该研究可为济南市乃至华北地区的高陡岩质边坡生态修复工作提供参考依据。

Cerebral ischemia is a major health risk that requires preventive approaches in addition to drug *** exercise enhances neurogenesis and synaptogenesis,and has been widely used for functional rehabilitation after *** this study,we determined whether exercise training before disease onset can alleviate the severity of cerebral *** also examined the role of exercise-induced circulating factors in these *** mice were subjected to 14 days of treadmill exercise training before surgery for middle cerebral artery *** found that this exercise pre-conditioning strategy effectively attenuated brain infarct area,inhibited gliogenesis,protected synaptic proteins,and improved novel object and spatial memory *** analysis showed that circulating adiponectin plays a critical role in these preventive effects of *** activation of adiponectin receptors by Adipo Ron mimicked the effects of exercise,while inhibiting receptor activation abolished the exercise *** summary,our results suggest a crucial role of circulating adiponectin in the effects of exercise pre-conditioning in protecting against cerebral ischemia and supporting the health benefits of exercise.

社区共病患者服药依从性及影响因素调查分析

目的调查社区共病患者服药依从性,探讨其影响因素,为社区医务人员制定相应的干预措施提供参考依据。方法于2016年5—8月,采用随机抽样方法抽取佛山市顺德区乐从社区卫生服务中心所管理的共病患者907例为调查对象,调查社会人口学资料和疾病相关资料,采用中文版8条目Morisky问卷(MMAS-8)调查服药依从性,采用健康状况调查量表(SF-36)中文版其中的总体健康条目评价患者自评健康状况,分析影响共病患者服药依从性的相关影响因素。结果 MMAS-8平均评分为(6.4±1.7)分,其中>6分(依从性好)495例(54.6%),≤6分(依从性差)412例(45.4%)。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、居住情况、文化程度、体质指数(BMI)、服药持续时间社区共病患者服药依从性比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同医疗付费方式、工作情况、家庭人均月收入、共病数量、服药种类、自评健康状况社区共病患者服药依从性比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,医疗付费方式[OR=1.384,95%CI(1.161,1.649)]、工作情况[OR=0.463,95%CI(0.324,0.661)]、共病数量[OR=1.771,95%CI(1.467,2.137)]和自评健康状况[OR=1.980,95%CI(1.517,2.583)]与社区共病患者服药依从性有回归关系(P<0.05)。结论社区共病患者服药依从性较差,医疗付费方式、在岗、共病数量多和自评健康状况差是其影响因素,应针对其影响因素和特点进行干预和管理。

Early identification and treatment of stroke can greatly improve patient outcomes and quality of *** clinical tests such as the Cincinnati Pre-hospital Stroke Scale(CPSS)and the Face Arm Speech Test(FAST)are commonly used for stroke screening,accurate administration is dependent on specialized *** this study,we proposed a novel multimodal deep learning approach,based on the FAST,for assessing suspected stroke patients exhibiting symptoms such as limb weakness,facial paresis,and speech disorders in acute *** collected a dataset comprising videos and audio recordings of emergency room patients performing designated limb movements,facial expressions,and speech tests based on the *** compared the constructed deep learning model,which was designed to process multi-modal datasets,with six prior models that achieved good action classification performance,including the I3D,SlowFast,X3D,TPN,TimeSformer,and *** found that the findings of our deep learning model had a higher clinical value compared with the other ***,the multi-modal model outperformed its single-module variants,highlighting the benefit of utilizing multiple types of patient data,such as action videos and speech *** results indicate that a multi-modal deep learning model combined with the FAST could greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of early stroke identification of stroke,thus providing a practical and powerful tool for assessing stroke patients in an emergency clinical setting.

The Solar X-ray Detector(SXD) on-board the Macao Science Satellite-1B(MSS-1B) was successfully launched via the Chinese Long March-2C rocket on 21 May 2023, and commenced operations in early June of the same year. The MSS-1B/Soft X-ray Detection Units(SXDUs) employ two silicon drift detectors(SDDs), providing a wide range of energy spectra spanning from 0.7 to 24 keV. Notably, the SXDUs deliver a high-resolution capability of 0.14 keV@5.9 keV and operate with a time cadence of 1 second. Here, we perform thorough calibrations of the MSS-1B/SXDUs, employing a combination of ground experiments and simulations. In addition, quantitative analysis comparing the flux measurements obtained by the MSS-1B/SXDUs to the data collected by the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite(GOES), provides compelling evidence of their consistency. Furthermore, the preliminary spectral analysis results showcase the robustness and expected performance of the MSS-1B/SXDUs, unlocking their potential for facilitating the study of dynamic evolution of solar flares. Moreover, the innovative MSS-1B/Solar X-ray Detector facilitates concurrent observations of solar soft and hard X-rays, thereby making valuable contributions to the advancements in solar research.

Titanium/Gold （Ti/Au） metals have been widely employed as ohmic metal contacts on n+Ga2O3,exhibiting the specific contact resistance （ρc） of 10-5-10-6Ω·cm2[1].But previous studies have revealed the presence of a defective Ga2O3layer and reactive Ti-Ga2O3layer at the annealed Ti/*** an interfacial layer can afect the performance of ohmic contact,which may become more pronounced in power devices subjected to electrical stress and high-frequency ***,there have been no reports on the impact of bias stress effects and dynamic degradation of Ti/Au ohmic contacts on n+Ga2O3.

The Kibble-Zurek(KZ)mechanism has played a fundamental role in defect formation with universal scaling laws in nonequilibrium phase ***,this theory may not accurately predict the scaling laws in inhomogeneous systems and slow quenching ***,we present a generalized KZ mechanism for the defect formation in trapped ions with the freeze-out condition gt=b0τ(t),where g is a universal quenching velocity function and b0 is a *** derived a differential equationφ(x,t)to account for the frozen correlation length of a kink in an inhomogeneous system and demonstrated a smooth crossover from a fast quenching process to a slow quenching process,which agrees well with the experiments performed by Ulm et al.[***.4,2290(2013)]and Pyka et al.[***.4,2291(2013)].Furthermore,we confirmed our theoretical model using molecular dynamics simulation by solving the stochastic differential equation,showing excellent agreement with the results from the differential *** theory provides a general theoretical framework for studying KZ physics in inhomogeneous systems,which has applications in other nonequilibrium platforms studied experimentally.

Aldehydes are perhaps the most versatile compounds that enable many C-C bond forming reactions,which are not amenable for other subclasses of carbonyl *** report the first use of amides as surrogates of aldehydes for C-C bond formation,namely,the direct Knoevenagel-type condensation based on *** one-pot method consists of controlled reduction of an amide with LDBIPA[LiAlH(iBu)2(OiPr)],Lewis acid-mediated release of a reactive iminium ion intermediate,nucleophilic addition,and in situ elimination of *** reaction shows good functional group *** also demonstrated that the Schwartz reagent could be used as an alternative of *** employment of nitromethane and a silyl enol ether as the nucleophiles opens an avenue for the unprecedented amide-based nitro-aldol condensation reaction and aldol condensation reaction,respectively.
