Hermetia illucens(HI) meal is a promising substitute for fish meal(FM) in the feeds of farmed ***, the impacts of dietary HI meal on largemouth bass(LMB) remain unknown. In this study, we formulated three isonitrogenous and isolipid diets with 0%(HI0, control), 20%(HI20) and 40%(HI40) of FM substituted by HI meal. A total of 270 juvenile largemouth bass with an initial body weight of10.02 ± 0.03 g were used(30 fish per tank). After an 80-day feeding trial, the fish fed with the HI40 diet demonstrated decreased growth performance and protein efficiency ratio(PER), and increased liver oxidative indices and lipid accumulation compared to the control(P gh dietary HI meal on liver gene expression. Consistent with the reduced growth and disturbed liver oxidative status, the upregulated genes were enriched in the biological processes associated with protein catabolism and endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress; while the downregulated genes were enriched in cellular proliferation, growth, metabolism, immunity and maintenance of tissue homeostasis. Differential metabolites in the liver samples were also identified by untargeted metabolomic assay. The results of joint transcriptomic-metabolomic analyses revealed that the pathways such as one carbon pool by folate, propanoate metabolism and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism were disturbed by high dietary HI meal. In summary, our data revealed the candidate genes, metabolites and biological pathways that account for the adverse effects of high HI meal diet on the growth and health of LMB.

With the fast development of Mobile Internet,data traffic generated by end devices is anticipated to witness substantial growth in the future ***,processing tasks locally will cause latency due to the limited resources of the end ***-cloud collaboration,an effective solution for latency-sensitive applications,is attracting greater attention from both industry and *** combines the advantages of the cloud center with abundant computing resources and edge nodes with low-latency *** this paper,we propose a two-stage task offloading framework with edge-cloud collaboration to assist end devices processing latency-sensitive tasks either on the edge servers or in the cloud *** for homogeneous task offloading,in the first stage,the competitive end devices offload tasks to the edge *** formulate the selfish task offloading problem among end devices as a potential *** the second stage,the edge nodes request resources from the cloud center to process end devices tasks due to their limited ***,we consider the heterogeneous task offloading problem and use intelligent optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal offloading *** results show that the service prices of edge nodes influence the decisions and task offloading costs of end *** also verify the intelligent optimization algorithm can achieve optimal performance with low complexity and fast convergence.

This paper initiates the formal study of attribute-based encryption within the framework of SM9,the Chinese National Cryptography Standard for Identity-Based Cryptography, by presenting two new faulttolerant identity-based encryption(FIBE) schemes. Our first scheme uses the same private-key/ciphertext structure as the original SM9 algorithm and operates in a small attribute universe. As a result, it can be effectively and smoothly integrated into the information systems using SM9. In the random oracle model,we prove that our scheme is ciphertext-indistinguishable against fuzzy selective-identity and chosen-plaintext attacks under the(k + 3)-DBDHI assumption. Our second design is a large universe FIBE scheme based on SM9 that is ciphertext-indistinguishable against chosen-plaintext attacks in the random oracle model under the(f, g)-gDDHE assumption. Finally, we compare the communication and computing costs of our schemes to those of other classical ones. The comparison shows that our schemes have comparable performance as others. We believe that our findings will accelerate the applications of SM9 in modern information systems such as cloud computing and blockchain.

Ionic gel(Ig)electrolytes are emerging as promising components for the development of next-generation supercapacitors(SCs),offering benefits in terms of safety,cost-effectiveness,and *** ionic conductivity,stability,and mechanical properties of the gel electrolyte are relevant factors to be considered and the key to improving the performance of the ***,the structure–activity relationship between the internal structure of Igs and their SC properties is not fully *** the current study,the intuitive and regular structure–activity relationship between the structure and properties of Igs was revealed via combining computational simulation and *** terms of conductivity,the ionic liquid(IL)([EMIM][TFSI])in the Ig has a high self-diffusion coefficient calculated by molecular dynamics simulation(MDS),which is conductive to transfer and then improves the *** radial distribution function of the MDS shows that the larger the g(r)between the particles in the polymer network,the stronger the *** stability,Igs based on[EMIM][TFSI]and[EOMIM][TFSI]ILs have higher density functional theory calculated binding energy,which is reflected in the excellent thermal stability and excellent capacitor cycle *** on the internal pore size distribution and stress-strain characterization of the gel network([ME3MePy][TFSI]and[BMIM][TFSI]as additives),the highly crosslinked aggregate network significantly reduces the internal mesoporous distribution and plays a leading role in improving the mechanical properties of the *** using this strategy,it will be possible to design the ideal structure of the Ig and achieve excellent performance.

Enhancing the electrocatalytic performance of nitrate reduction to ammonia by in-situ nitrogen leaching

Electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction (NITRR) is regarded as a “two birds-one stone” method for the treatment of nitrate contaminant in polluted water and the synthesis of valuable ammonia, which is retarded by the lack of highly reactive and selective electrocatalysts .Herein, for the first time, nickel foam supported Co_(4) N was designed as a high-performance NITRR catalyst by an in-situ nonmetal leaching-induced *** the optimal potential, the Co_(4) N/NF catalyst achieves ultra-high Faraday efficiency and NH_(3) selectivity of 95.4% and 99.4%, *** situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), together with other experiments powerfully reveal that the nitrogen vacancies produced by nitrogen leaching are stable and play a key role in boosting nitrate reduction to *** calculations confirm that Co_(4) N with abundant nitrogen vacancies can optimize the adsorption energies of NO_(3)^(-) and intermediates, lower the free energy (Δ g ) of the potential-determining step (*NH_(3) to NH_(3) ) and inhibit the formation of N-containing *** addition, we also conclude that the nitrogen vacancies can stabilize the adsorbed hydrogen, making H_(2) quite difficult to produce, and lowering Δg from *NO to *NOH, which facilitates the selective reduction of *** study reveals significant insights about the in-situ nonmetal leaching to enhance the NITRR activity.
