This paper proposes second-order distributed algorithms over multi-agent networks to solve the convex optimization problem by utilizing the gradient tracking strategy, with convergence acceleration being achieved. Both the undirected and unbalanced directed graphs are considered, extending existing algorithms that primarily focus on undirected or balanced directed graphs. Our algorithms also have the advantage of abandoning the diminishing step-size strategy so that slow convergence can be avoided. Furthermore, the exact convergence to the optimal solution can be realized even under the constant step size adopted in this paper. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to show the convergence performance of our algorithms.

In this paper,we consider the Nash equilibrium(NE)seeking problem for aggregative games and design a distributed heavy-ball algorithm to solve it.This algorithm has faster convergence rate than the well-known distributed first-order algorithms for aggregative games.In order to seek the NE,each player needs to exchange information with its neighbours as well as a cen-tral aggregation.For aggregative games,the aggregative term can be either linear or nonlinear in this paper.Furthermore,we consider the generalised Nash equilibrium seeking problem for aggregative games by taking into account the linear coupled constraints among players,and modify our initial algorithm to include game constraints.

One-dimensional(1D) layered materials combine the advantages of layered materials and 1D nanomaterials,which has attracted intense interest not only in the academic research but also in the industrial application.Layered sodium vanadate nanowires have received incremental attention due to the high capacity and enhanced electrical conductivity for promising advanced energy storage and conversion. However, the mass production of these 1D layered vanadium vanadates(1D NVO) are still of great challenge and the further scalable application in energy storage and conversion systems are hampered. Herein, we developed a facile, non-hydrothermal, green synthesis strategy for scalable, mass production of layered vanadium vanadate nanowires and their assemblies such as membranes, blocks, grains, powders toward industrial scale. It will pave a way for the industrial production of 1D inorganic materials and give a new insight into the fabrication of nanostructured materials beyond commercialized 1D/2D nanomaterials including carbon nanotubes(CNT) and layered double hydroxides(LDH).

痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱和/或尿酸排泄障碍所致的一组异质性疾病,痛风性关节炎是其主要的临床表现形式。痛风性关节炎患病率逐年上升,发病呈现年轻化趋势。韦尼副主任医师认为与老年患者比较,青年痛风性关节炎患者多存在先天肾气不足及更加频繁的饮酒与高嘌呤饮食,加之不良情绪导致肝气郁滞,日久波及心肺,加重痰湿、瘀血,其使痛风性关节炎频繁发作,血尿酸水平居高不下,出现痛风石的概率也更高。治疗青年痛风性关节炎,韦尼副主任医师强调应同调五脏,杜绝痰湿瘀血生成之源,同时尽早使用祛瘀通络药物,预防痛风石的形成。

The blockchain cross-chain is a significant technology for inter-chain interconnection and value transfer among different blockchain networks.Cross-chain overcomes the“information island”problem of the closed blockchain network and is increasingly applied to multiple critical areas such as finance and the internet of things(IoT).Blockchain can be divided into three main categories of blockchain networks:public blockchains,private blockchains,and consortium blockchains.However,there are differences in block structures,consensus mechanisms,and complex working mechanisms among heterogeneous blockchains.The fragility of the cross-chain system itself makes the cross-chain system face some potential security and privacy threats.This paper discusses security defects on the cross-chain implementation mechanism,and discusses the impact of the structural features of blockchain networks on cross-chain security.In terms of cross-chain intercommunication,a cross-chain attack can be divided into a multi-chain combination attack,native chain attack,and inter-chain attack diffusion.Then various security threats and attack paths faced by the cross-chain system are analyzed.At last,the corresponding security defense methods of cross-chain security threats and future research directions for cross-chain applications are put forward.

Objective:Recent studies have shown that chronic inflammation contributes to the development of sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL).Some hematologic parameters have also been linked to the prognosis of SSNHL.However,the prognostic value of such hematological factors is not conclusive.This study explored the association of routine hematological parameters with SSNHL.Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and Embase to identify eligible studies.Standardized mean deviation(SMD)and the 95%confidence interval(CI)were retried from relevant studies for analysis.Heterogeneity,subgroup,and publication bias analyses were performed.Results:A total of 18 studies involving 1505 SSNHL patients and 1466 healthy persons were enrolled in the final analysis.The study population included 699 responders and 458 non-responders to treatment.Pooled results revealed that the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)value in the SSNHL patient group were higher than in the healthy group(SMD=1.05,95%CI:0.86,1.24,pnificant difference in the mean platelet volumes(MPV)between the groups(SMD=0.03,95%CI:0.44,0.49,p=0.91).Notably,NLR and PLR values were evidently higher in the unrecovered group than in the recovered group(SMD=0.63,95%CI:1.02,0.23,p=0.002,SMD=0.4,95%CI:0.76,0.03,p=0.03,respectively).However,the MPV value was similar in both groups(SMD=0.35,95%CI:1.14,0.44,p=0.38).Conclusions:Our results show that NLR and PLR values can predict the onset and prognosis of SSNHL.

Transformation of nanoscale inclusions in 316L stainless steel processed by laser beam powder bed fusion during isothermal heating

Transformation mechanisms and reaction kinetics for formation of nanoscale inclusions in as-built 316L stainless steel produced by laser beam powder bed fusion(LB-PBF)during subsequent isothermal heating process were investigated and clarified experimentally and theoretically.The resulting changes in morphologies,size distributions,number densities,and chemical compositions of the inclusions were measured and discussed,along with microstructure and texture of the steel.The results showed that with increasing isothermal heating time and temperature,the columnar grains in the as-built LB-PBF 316L stainless steel transformed into equiaxed grains,which grew gradually and exhibited a large number of twins in the FCC structure.During isothermal heating,the reaction of Si in the steel with MnO–Cr_(2)O_(3)in the nanoscale inclusion resulted in a transformation from the homogeneous oxide MnO–SiO_(2)–Cr_(2)O_(3)to an inclusion with an obvious core–shell structure,and the core part was eventually rich in Si and the shell part was predominantly rich in Mn and Si,depending on the heating temperature and time.An Ostwald ripening model used for predicting the growth of nanoscale inclusions during isothermal heating verified that the observed effects of isothermal heating time and temperature were predicted for Si diffusion control.

The biological features of the valvular heart disease with atrial fibrillation(AF-VHD)remain unknown when involving long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs).This study performed system analysis on lncRNA and messenger RNA(mRNA)expression profiles constructed by using bioinformatics methods and tools for biological features of AF-VHD.Fold change and t-test were used to identify differentially expressed(DE)lncRNAs and mRNAs.The enrichment analysis of DE mRNAs was performed.The subgroups formed by lncRNAs and nearby mRNAs were screened,and a transcriptional regulation network among lncRNAs,mRNAs,and transcription factors(TFs)was constructed.The interactions between mRNAs related to lncRNAs and drugs were predicted.The 620 AF-VHDrelated DE lncRNAs and 452 DE mRNAs were identified.The 3 lncRNA subgroups were screened.The 665 regulations mediated by lncRNAs and TFs were identified.The 9 mRNAs related to lncRNAs had 1 or more potential drug interactions,totaling 37 drugs.Of these,9 drugs targeting 3 genes are already known to be able to control or trigger atrial fibrillation(AF)or other cardiac arrhythmias.The found biological features of AF-VHD provide foundations for further biological experiments to better understand the roles of lncRNAs in development from the valvular heart disease(VHD)to AF-VHD.
