It is proposed that we could mainly solve the problems about the social security and the safety *** thesis analyzes the trouble on the coal industrial safety in production and the miner’s special social security in our *** utilized the analysis methods which combine not only the contrast with the analogy but also the dynamic with the static state,we also deeply researches the necessity and importance of establishing the system of coal special social security,the reasons causing the scarce of the special system and so *** last,the thesis draws the conclusion that it is insufficient for the coal miner’s social security in aspects of administration,economy,society and so ***,it must be imperative to establish the system of coal special social security.

＜正＞Through founding a game model of forestry investment between the central government and the local government,the paper deeply analyzes two kinds of interest subjects in a certain *** the results,the problem of local finance quota is discussed,which is always difficult to fulfill in investment *** reason can be found that the central government and the local government have presented the kinds of games in producing the strategy of forestry *** paper also puts forward some advices that may affect and break the plight balancing investment of forestry,strengthening the regulations of forestry investment system of government,reforming the concept of performance among the local government and staff,further improving the mechanism of investing information, promoting the transfer payment system of the central government in order to establish a new Nash equilibrium based on the concept of sustainable development.

＜正＞Fixed Assets Investment（FAI） is an economic activity to construct and purchase the fixed assets,which namely is an activity of the fixed *** this paper,we use the method of H-P filter to make an operation state analysis on the structure elements of FAI and itself,and make a co-integration analysis on the key impact factors of FAI,which its results show FAI is in smooth and stable situation *** key factors of FAI are discussed to achieve sensitivity analysis,adopting the method of multi-linear regression analysis.

Higher education is connected with the nurture of talents,enhancing the national innovation capacity,and the overall situation of building a harmonious society,so the Chinese government and communist party,as well as all sectors of the societyhave paid much attention and concern to it.A core index of higher education is the quality of *** different targets are set for different majors,it is necessary to have appropriate funding guarantees for the quality of *** the paper,a multiple linear regression model has been established on the basis of the reasonable assumption,then the range of average tuition can be got using the EVIEWS software,then a sensitivity analysis was tested on the state funding,which accounted for 1/4 in training costs of *** the above results,Tuition of all over colleges and universities were reasonable in our country,and the average tuition was negatively correlated to the state funding to some *** the conclusion,we obtained that when the state funding rose by 100 yuan,the average tuition would decrease by 95 yuan.

In the former researches on migrant workers’ migration,every indicators were verified from the researchers’ subjective *** paper began to collect the available data of a series sellected indexes relating to migrant workers’ migration,using the method of principle component analysis （PCA）,then generally drew a conclusion on the effects of dynamic migration factors which were divided into four main components,such as agricultural factor,demographic factor,economic factor,industry structure *** when 0-1 variables can be added to original target leading to logistic regression,it will be got that agricultural factor and economic factor are the main dynamic factors of migrant workers’ migration.

俄罗斯著名语言学家Е.С.库布里亚科娃基于苏俄心理语言学、称名学和语义学理论,在融合西方认知语言学思想的基础上,提出认知话语范式概念,主要用于俄语词类研究。该范式体现出鲜明的俄罗斯语言学研究特色,具有重要的理论和应用价值。目前国内学界对认知话语范式引介与研究尚处于起步阶段。认知话语范式主张,语言现象应从认知和话语两个维度分析,并在两者的映射关系中深入挖掘语言现象背后的学理依据。本文尝试深入解释认知话语范式概念内涵和理论价值,并揭示其在语言现象实证分析中的方法论价值,探索认知话语范式本土化路径,希冀为其他语言,尤其是汉语词类研究提供借鉴。
