摘 要：It is proposed that we could mainly solve the problems about the social security and the safety *** thesis analyzes the trouble on the coal industrial safety in production and the miner’s special social security in our *** utilized the analysis methods which combine not only the contrast with the analogy but also the dynamic with the static state,we also deeply researches the necessity and importance of establishing the system of coal special social security,the reasons causing the scarce of the special system and so *** last,the thesis draws the conclusion that it is insufficient for the coal miner’s social security in aspects of administration,economy,society and so ***,it must be imperative to establish the system of coal special social security.
