Despite the considerable effort,fast and highly sensitive photodetection is not widely available at the low-photon-energy range(~meV)of the electromagnetic spectrum,owing to the challenging light funneling into small active areas with efficient conversion into an electrical ***,we provide an alternative strategy by efficiently integrating and manipulating at the nanoscale the optoelectronic properties of topological Dirac semimetal PtSe_(2)and its van der Waals ***,we realize strong plasmonic antenna coupling to semimetal states near the skin-depth regime(λ/10^(4)),featuring colossal photoresponse by in-plane symmetry *** observed spontaneous and polarization-sensitive photocurrent are correlated to strong coupling with the nonequilibrium states in PtSe_(2)Dirac semimetal,yielding efficient light absorption in the photon range below 1.24 meV with responsivity exceeding∼0.2 A/W and noise-equivalent power(NEP)less than~38 pW/Hz^(0.5),as well as superb ambient *** results pave the way to efficient engineering of a topological semimetal for high-speed and low-energy photon harvesting in areas such as biomedical imaging,remote sensing or security applications.

Hepatitis B immunoglobulin （HBIG） is important in the management of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection. Aiming to develop recombinant monoclona# antibodies as an alternative to HBIG, we report the successful identification of HBV surface antigen （HBsAg）-specific antibodies from a full-length human antibody library displayed on mammalian cell surface. Using total RNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a natively immunized donor as template, the antibody repertoire was amplified. Combining four-way ligation and the FIp recombinase-mediated integration （FIp-ln） system, we constructed a mammalian cell-based, fully human, full-length antibody display library in which each cell displayed only one kind of antibody molecule. By screening the cell library using fluorescence-activated cell sorting （FACS）, eight cell clones that displayed HBsAg-specific antibodies on cell surfaces were identified. DNA sequence analysis of the antibody genes revealed three unique antibodies. FACS data indicated that fluorescent strength of expression （FSE）, fluorescent strength of binding （FSB） and relative binding ability （RBA） were all different among them. These results demonstrated that by using our antibody mammalian display and screening platform, we can successfully identify antigen-specific antibodies from an immunized full-length antibody library. Therefore, this platform is very useful for the development of therapeutic antibodies.

Mites represent the second largest group after insects,with diverse niches and feeding *** them,scabies mites are the causative agents of a highly contagious skin disease in humans and at least 148 species of domestic and wild mammals,and are listed as one of the most generalist ectoparasites of ***,the molecular mechanisms by which scabies mites adapt to a parasitic lifestyle remains unclear,and the debate on the taxonomy and origin of the scabies mites derived from various mammal hosts is ***,we reported the chromosome-level reference genome of Sarcoptes scabiei mites isolated from *** genome has a contig N50 size of 5.92 Mb,a total assembled length of 57.30 Mb,and ～12.65% of repetitive sequences and 9,333 protein-coding genes were *** analysis,principal component analysis,and demographic history supported the view that scabies mite isolated from different hosts can be subdivided by hosts,and humans are the primary hosts of scabies mites,followed by pigs,dogs,and *** genomics of scabies mites with other feeding habits provided clues concerning the mechanisms of adaptation to parasitism from morphology,detoxification,and *** genome of *** *** presented here is the first chromosome level mite genome published so far,and genetic subdivisions and divergence among them provide evidence for further control of this highly contagious skin disease.

农机具购置补贴作为我国农业补贴体系的重要组成部分,其补贴效果一直备受质疑。本文借助农村固定观察点微观数据和省级面板数据,运用倾向得分匹配与双重差分法(PSM+DID)、中介效应模型、可变弹性系数模型、工具变量面板分位数模型(IVQR)等方法,检验了农机具购置补贴影响农民增收的中间机制及效果。研究发现,农机具购置补贴促进了农民增收,受补贴农户收入明显高于未受补贴农户。随着时间的推移,补贴政策越完善,增收效应越明显。补贴对中高收入农民的增收效应明显,对低收入农民的增收效应不明显。农机社会化服务构成了农机具购置补贴促进农民增收的重要渠道。本文的研究结论为建立更精准高效的农机具购置补贴政策、实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接、促进农民持续增收具有重要启示意义。

根据曲梁理论对一种可作为应变式位移传感器弹性元件的半圆弧形弹簧钢片进行分析。通过设定边界约束条件得到半圆弧形曲梁位移通用公式中的待定函数,并推导出自由端只有径向位移时半圆弧形弹性元件的灵敏系数公式。通过薄壁和厚壁的半圆弧形弹性元件的有限元仿真及厚壁半圆弧形弹性元件的拉力试验,说明了这些公式对实际结构的适用性。弹性元件的灵敏系数只受弹性元件的内半径及外半径的影响;理论分析及试验表明当外半径与内半径的比值一定时,灵敏系数与弹性元件的内半径成反比。

Dose escalation guided by^(18)F-FDG PET/CT for esophageal cancer

Objective:To assess the feasibility of dose escalation guided by ^(18)F-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computer tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)for esophageal cancer(EC).Methods and materials:Ten random patients treated with definitive chemoradiotherapy and pre-therapeutic ^(18)FFDG PET/CT were included in this ***,a threshold of 50%of SUVmax was used to define the high FDG uptake region of the GTV(GTVPET).Three intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)plans were generated,delivering three dose levels to three different planning target volumes(PTVs).50.4 Gy delivered to PTV50.4 was defined on computed tomography(CT)as Plan50.4,63 Gy was delivered to PTV63 was defined as GTV plus a uniform margin of 0.5 cm as Plan63,and 70 Gy delivered to PTV70 was defined as GTVPET plus a 0.5 cm margin as Plan70.A dosimetric comparison was performed based on normal tissue complication probability(NTCP)for the lung and ***:Clinically acceptable dose escalation failed for 2 of 10 patients in Plan63 due to heart dose *** patient failed heart dose constraint for *** patients failed spinal cord constraint for *** patients failed lung dose constraints for both Plan63 and Plan70,two of which were even not suitable for Plan50.4 for the same *** modeling for lung showed increased risk for Plan63 and Plan70 compared to *** difference between Plan63 and Plan70 was *** modeling for heart showed an increased risk from 6.38%of Plan50.4 to 8.88%of Plan70(P=0.009)or 9.79%of Plan63(P=0.007).The risk of heart mortality was significantly higher for Plan63 than Plan70(P=0.047).Conclusions:Selective boosting of sub-volumes based on ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT is feasible way with a modest increase in the risk of cardiac and lung toxicities.
