Genome sequencing has revealed frequent mutations in Ras homolog family member A(RHOA) among various cancers with unique aberrant profiles and pathogenic effects, especially in peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL). The discrete positional distribution and types of RHOA amino acid substitutions vary according to the tumor type, thereby leading to different functional and biological properties, which provide new insight into the molecular pathogenesis and potential targeted therapies for various tumors. However, the similarities and discrepancies in characteristics of RHOA mutations among various histologic subtypes of PTCL have not been fully elucidated. Herein we highlight the inconsistencies and complexities of the type and location of RHOA mutations and demonstrate the contribution of RHOA variants to the pathogenesis of PTCL by combining epigenetic abnormalities and activating multiple downstream pathways. The promising potential of targeting RHOA as a therapeutic modality is also outlined. This review provides new insight in the field of personalized medicine to improve the clinical outcomes for patients.

The probabilistic hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method introduces probability and hesitation into decision-making problems at the same time,which can improve the reliability and accuracy of decision-making results,and has become a research hotspots in recent ***,there are still many problems,such as overly complex calculations and difficulty in obtaining probability *** on these,the paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making model based on probability hesitant fuzzy soft ***,the definition of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is ***,based on soft set theory and probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set,the similarity measure of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is proposed,and the two measures are further ***,it is applied to the construction of multi-attribute group decision-making model,and the effectiveness and rationality of the model are verified by an *** example shows that the new similarity calculation formula and algorithm model in this paper have higher accuracy,and the calculation process is more simple,it provides a feasible method for multi-attribute group decision making problems.

To understand the mechanism of the interfacial reaction between high-Mn and high-Al steel and MgO refractory,a series of laboratory experiments as well as thermodynamic calculations were *** effects of Mn and Al contents in the steel and the reaction time on the interfacial reaction were *** was observed that the erosion of the MgO refractory is caused by the reaction of Al and Mn in the steel with MgO in the refractory,which would lead to the formation of(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel and(Mn,Mg)O solid *** formation mechanism of the spinel and solid solution is as *** Al in the steel firstly reacts with MgO in the refractory to generate MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel,and then,the spinel reacts with Mn in the steel to form(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) ***,the MnO in the spinel reacts with the MgO in the inner refractory to form(Mn,Mg)O solid *** addition,only(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel is present in the interfacial reaction layer of the refractory when the Al content in the steel is sufficient.

Uncertainty is an essentially challenging for safe construction and long-term stability of geotechnical *** inverse analysis is commonly utilized to determine the physico-mechanical ***,conventional inverse analysis cannot deal with uncertainty in geotechnical and geological *** this study,a framework was developed to evaluate and quantify uncertainty in inverse analysis based on the reduced-order model(ROM)and probabilistic *** ROM was utilized to capture the mechanical and deformation properties of surrounding rock mass in geomechanical *** programming was employed to evaluate uncertainty during construction in geotechnical engineering.A circular tunnel was then used to illustrate the proposed framework using analytical and numerical *** results show that the geomechanical parameters and associated uncertainty can be properly obtained and the proposed framework can capture the mechanical behaviors under ***,a slope case was employed to demonstrate the performance of the developed *** results prove that the proposed framework provides a scientific,feasible,and effective tool to characterize the properties and physical mechanism of geomaterials under uncertainty in geotechnical engineering problems.

Security Constrained Distributed Transaction Model for Multiple Prosumers

Massive access of renewable energy has prompted demand-side distributed resources to participate in regulation and improve flexibility of power systems. With large-scale access of massive, decentralized, and diverse distributed resources, demand-side market members have transformed from traditional “consumers” to “prosumers”. To explore the distributed transaction model of prosumers, in this paper, a multi-prosumer distributed transaction model is proposed, and the Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) theory is applied to quantify potential risks caused by the stochastic characteristics inherited from renewable energy. First, a prosumer model under constraints of the distribution network including photovoltaic units, fuel cells, energy storage system, central air conditioning and flexible loads is established, and a multi-prosumer distributed transaction strategy is proposed to achieve power sharing among multiple prosumers. Second, a prosumer transaction model based on CVaR is constructed to measure risks inherited from the uncertainty of PV output within the prosumer and ensure safety of system operation in extreme PV output scenarios. Then, the alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) is utilized to solve the constructed model efficiently. Finally, distributed transaction costs of prosumers are distributed fairly based on the generalized Nash equilibrium to maximize social benefits. Simulation results show the multi-prosumer distributed transaction mechanism established under the proposed generalized Nash equilibrium method can encourage power sharing among prosumers, increasing their own income and social benefits. Also, the CVaR can assist decision making of prosumers in weighting the risks and benefits, improving system resilience through energy management of prosumers.

Detumbling operation toward a rotating target with nutation is meaningful for debris removal but challenging. In this study, a deformable end-effector is first designed based on the requirements for contacting the nutating target. A dual-arm robotic system installed with the deformable end-effectors is modeled and the movement of the end-tips is analyzed. The complex operation of the contact toward a nutating target places strict requirements on control accuracy and controller robustness. Thus, an improvement of the tracking error transformation is proposed and an adaptive sliding mode controller with prescribed performance is designed to guarantee the fast and precise motion of the effector during the contact ***, by employing the proposed effector and the controller,numerical simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the contact detumbling toward a nutating target.

Objective:The importance of good sleep for energy recovery and overall physical and mental health cannot be ***,the increasing competitiveness of society,diversifying lifestyles,and the rapid spread of the internet and electronic devices have significantly impacted people’s sleep patterns,particularly through bedtime ***,this study aims to investigate the relationship and underlying mechanisms between sleep determination,anxiety,and bedtime procrastination among the Chinese ***:The study utilized data from a national survey—the China Residents’Sleep Condition Survey(November 2021,with 6,037 participants).By constructing mediation and moderation models,it analyzed the relationship and mechanisms between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,highlighting the dual role of anxiety:as a mediator between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,and as a moderator of their ***:There was a negative correlation between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination;anxiety was related to an increase in bedtime procrastination behaviors;In the interplay between sleep determination and pre-bedtime procrastination,the regulatory effect of anxiety is found to be more pronounced than its intermediary role,with anxiety significantly diminishing the inverse relationship between sleep determination and procrastination before ***:Bedtime procrastination can lead to sleep issues,thus reducing sleep *** sleep determination or alleviating pre-sleep anxiety can help inhibit bedtime procrastination *** and reducing bedtime procrastination is one of the effective measures to improve sleep quality.

Nonlinear metasurfaces and photonic crystals provide a significant way to generate and manipulate nonlinear signals owing to the resonance-and symmetry-based light-matter interactions supported by the artificial ***,the nonlinear conversion efficiency is generally limited by the angular dispersion of optical resonances especially in nonparaxial ***,we propose a metagrating realizing a quasi-bound-state in the continuum in a flat band to dramatically improve the third harmonic generation(THG)efficiency.A superior operating angular range is achieved based on the interlayer and intralayer couplings,which are introduced by breaking the mirror symmetry of the *** demonstrate the relation of angular dispersion between the nonlinear and linear responses at different incident *** also elucidate the mechanism of these offaxis flat-band-based nonlinear conversions through different mode *** scheme provides a robust and analytical way for nonparaxial nonlinear generation and paves the way for further applications such as wide-angle nonlinear information transmission and enhanced nonlinear generation under tight focusing.
