The globalization of hardware designs and supply chains,as well as the integration of third-party intellectual property(IP)cores,has led to an increased focus from malicious attackers on computing ***,existing defense or detection approaches often require additional circuitry to perform security verification,and are thus constrained by time and resource *** the scale of actual engineering tasks and tight project schedules,it is usually difficult to implement designs for all modules in field programmable gate array(FPGA)*** studies have pointed out that the failure of key modules tends to cause greater damage to the ***,under limited conditions,priority protection designs need to be made on key modules to improve protection *** have conducted research on FPGA designs including single FPGA systems and multi-FPGA systems,to identify key modules in FPGA *** the single FPGA designs,considering the topological structure,network characteristics,and directionality of FPGA designs,we propose a node importance evaluationmethod based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)***,for the multi-FPGA designs,considering the influence of nodes in intra-layer and inter-layers,they are constructed into the interdependent network,and we propose a method based on connection strength to identify the important ***,we conduct empirical research using actual FPGA designs as *** results indicate that compared to other traditional indexes,node importance indexes proposed for different designs can better characterize the importance of nodes.

目的探讨新辅助化疗(NAC)后腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)钩突切除中先动脉后静脉原则的安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2023年6月完成NAC后行LPD的136例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,根据钩突切除中入路原则的不同分为研究组(n=74例,采用先动脉后静脉原则)和对照组(n=62例,采用先静脉后动脉的原则)。数据应用软件SPSS 22.0处理。围手术期指标等计量资料采用(x±s)表示,行独立样本t检验;术后并发症等计数资料采用[例(%)]表示,行秩和检验或χ^(2)检验;生存分析采用Kaplan-Meier法并行Log-Rank检验。P0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症的总发生率低于对照组(17.6%vs.27.4%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的累积无病生存率(77.0%vs.67.7%)和累积总生存率(79.7%vs.71.0%)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NAC后LPD钩突切除中先动脉后静脉原则是安全、有效的,此原则在不增加术后并发症的同时,不仅可有效缩短手术时间、减少术中损伤、提高淋巴结清扫的彻底性和R0切除率,还可提高患者的生存率。

海德堡三角清扫对胰头癌切除手术疗效的影响

目的评估清扫海德堡三角在胰头癌手术治疗中的近远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年1月沧州市中心医院收治的97例行胰十二指肠切除术胰头癌患者的临床病理资料,通过倾向性评分匹配后33例纳入海德堡组,36例纳入对照组。结果匹配后,与对照组相比,海德堡组在手术相关一般情况与术后并发症等方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),手术切缘>1 mm例数更多(81.8%比58.3%,P=0.034)、淋巴结清扫总数明显增加(11.24±2.35比9.50±2.76,P=0.006)。生存分析中,海德堡组术后12个月累积复发率(0.182±0.067比0.444±0.083,P=0.023)、18个月累积复发率(0.424±0.086比0.667±0.079,P=0.024)优于对照组,且海德堡组局部复发率较对照组明显降低(15.3%比36.1%,P=0.037),但两组患者总生存时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰头癌根治术中清扫海德堡三角,可降低局部复发概率,但对总生存时间没有明显影响。

With the widespread use of machine learning(ML)technology,the operational efficiency and responsiveness of power grids have been significantly enhanced,allowing smart grids to achieve high levels of automation and ***,tree ensemble models commonly used in smart grids are vulnerable to adversarial attacks,making it urgent to enhance their *** address this,we propose a robustness enhancement method that incorporates physical constraints into the node-splitting decisions of tree *** algorithm improves robustness by developing a dataset of adversarial examples that comply with physical laws,ensuring training data accurately reflects possible attack scenarios while adhering to physical *** our experiments,the proposed method increased robustness against adversarial attacks by 100%when applied to real grid data under physical *** results highlight the advantages of our method in maintaining efficient and secure operation of smart grids under adversarial conditions.

According to large coverage of satellites, there are various channel states in a satellite broadcasting network. In order to introduce an efficient rateless transmission method to satellite multimedia broadcasting/multicast services with finite-length packets, a cross-layer packet transmission method is proposed with Luby transform （LT） codes for efficiency in the network layer and low density parity check （LDPC） codes for reliability in the physical layer jointly. The codewords generated from an LT encoder are divided into finite-length packets, which are encoded by an LDPC encoder subsequently. Based on noise and fading effects of satellite channels, the LT packets received from an LDPC decoder either have no error or are marked as erased, which can be mod- eled as a binary erasure channels （BECs）. By theoretical analysis on LT parameters and LDPC parameters, the relationships between LDPC code rates in the physical layer and LT codes word lengths in the network layer are investigated. With tradeoffs between the LT codes word lengths and the LDPC code rates, optimized cross-layer solutions are achieved with a binary search algorithm. Verified by simulations, the proposed solution for cross-layer parameters design can provide the best transmission mode according to satellite states, so as to improve throughput performance for satellite multimedia transmission.

Novel distributed UEP rateless coding scheme for data transmission in deep space networks

In deep space data transmission systems, deep space networks can be constructed on different orbits, and the data from each orbit are always associated with the different reliability requirements. In this study, a novel UEP(unequal error protection) transmission scheme based on distributed LT codes is proposed in order to ensure that all the data can be transmitted according to their own reliability requirements and obtain high transmission efficiency property. In the proposed scheme, the sub-codes on each node(orbits) were performed by a classic LT encoding process. By assigning different degree distributions to the sub-codes, all types of data can be transmitted with better transmission efficiency in comparison to the traditional scheme,and can be recovered at the destination with their own reliability requirements. Moreover, the design of the proposed scheme is much easier than that of the traditional scheme, and is also suitable to the strictly limited processing capacity property of deep space networks. By carrying out asymptotic analysis on the proposed scheme, and by obtaining the numerical and simulation results, it can be seen that the proposed scheme can approximately achieve the same UEP property and much better transmission efficiency than the traditional scheme. Additionally, the results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is much more suitable to deep space network data transmission, in comparison to the traditional scheme.

Kink oscillations,which are frequently observed in coronal loops and prominences,are often accompanied by extreme-ultraviolet(EUV)***,much more needs to be explored regarding the causal relationships between kink oscillations and EUV *** this article,we report the simultaneous detection of kink oscillations and EUV waves that are both associated with an X2.1 flare on 2023 March 03(SOL2023-03-03T17:39).The kink oscillations,which are almost perpendicular to the axes of loop-like structures,are observed in three coronal loops and one *** short loop shows in-phase oscillation within the same period of 5.2 min at three *** oscillation could be triggered by the pushing of an expanding loop and interpreted as the standing kink *** lags are found between the kink oscillations of the short loop and two long loops,suggesting that the kink wave travels in different *** kink oscillations of one long loop and the prominence are possibly driven by the disturbance of the coronal mass ejection(CME),and that of another long loop might be attributed to the interaction of the EUV *** onset time of the kink oscillation of the short loop is nearly same as the beginning of an EUV *** fact demonstrates that they are almost *** EUV wave is most likely excited by the expanding loop structure and shows two *** leading component is a fast coronal wave,and the trailing one could be due to the stretching magnetic field lines.

Achieving the capacity of half-duplex degraded relay channels using polar coding

In this paper, a novel transmission protocol based on polar coding is proposed for the half-duplex degraded relay channel. In the proposed protocol, referred to as the partial message relaying, the relay only needs to forward a part of the decoded source message that the destination needs according to the exquisite nested structure of polar codes. Theoretically, it is proved that the scheme can achieve the capacity of the half-duplex relay channel under the decode-and-forward （DF） cooperation strategy while enjoying low encoding/decoding complexity. Practically, in order to minimize the global transmission power, the optimization of the power allocation is performed between the source and the relay by using information theoretic tools. Furthermore, a joint iterative soft parallel interference cancellation receiver structure is developed to suit to the proposed scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme designed by low-density parity-check （LDPC） codes.

【目的】探究不同血清型猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS)在新西兰兔体内的分布规律及致病性差异,为猪链球菌病的防治提供参考。【方法】分别采用SS1 ZY194株、SS2 QH株、SS7 ZY188株感染新西兰兔,通过临床症状观察,HE染色分析病理组织变化;利用实时荧光定量PCR检测脏器载菌量;通过试剂盒检测血清与肝脏生化指标变化;利用ELISA检测相关炎症因子的表达水平。【结果】3个试验组中,SS2组新西兰兔的临床症状表现与脏器的病理变化程度最明显。试验组新西兰兔各脏器均载菌,其中SS2组各脏器载菌量高于SS1和SS7组,且脾脏是载菌量最高的器官。各试验组新西兰兔葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和尿酸(UA)含量极显著或显著高于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05),SS2和SS7组新西兰兔高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。各试验组新西兰兔谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂肪酶(LPS)含量及炎症因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α的表达水平极显著或显著高于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05),其中SS2组各指标的含量最高。【结论】不同血清型猪链球菌均可引起新西兰兔发病,其中SS2 QH株致病性最强。试验结果为猪链球菌病的致病机理研究提供借鉴,为临床防治该病提供理论基础。
