Encapsulation of Fe-CoP with P,N-co-doped porous carbon matrix as a multifunctional catalyst for wide electrochemical applications

Hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)serve as the most promising electrochemical processes for renewable *** multifunctional electrocatalysts with high performance for HER,OER and ORR still remains a ***,we report a facile method to prepare P,N-co-doped porous carbon encapsulated Fe-CoP(A-FeCoP/CPN)electrocatalyst through freeze drying,carbonization,and KOH *** acquired A-FeCoP/CPN possesses abundant pores with large surface area,which provides sufficient defect-rich sites for HER,OER,and ORR,in alkaline or acidic *** A-Fe-CoP/CPN shows low overpotential and good stability for HER and OER in alkaline *** functional theory(DFT)computations reveal that the addition of Fe greatly facilitates the rate-determining step and overall catalytic pathway for both HER and OER.A-Fe-CoP/CPN also exhibits low half-wave potential(E1/2)for ORR,which indicates an enhanced performance than that of the noble Pt/C ***-air battery equipped with the A-Fe-CoP/CPN catalyst exhibits a high energy density(849 m Ah g^(-1))and a long-time stability at 5 m A cm^(-2).This finding not only offers a facile strategy to prepare porous carbon materials with defect-rich sites,but also provides guidance for developing multifunctional electrocatalysts for wide electrochemical reactions.

The 3d transition-metal nickel(Ni)-based cathodes have long been widely used in rechargeable batteries for over 100 years,from Ni-based alkaline rechargeable batteries,such as nickel-cadmium(Ni-Cd)and nickel-metal hydride(Ni-MH)batteries,to the Ni-rich cathode featured in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Ni-based alkaline batteries were first invented in the 1900s,and the well-developed Ni-MH batteries were used on a large scale in Toyota Prius vehicles in the *** the same time,however,Sony Corporation commercialized the first LIBs in *** temporally fading as LiCoO_(2) dominated the cathode in LIBs,nickel oxide-based cathodes eventually found their way back to the mainstreaming battery *** uniqueness of Ni in batteries is that it helps to deliver high energy density and great storage capacity at a low *** review mainly provides a comprehensive overview of the key role of Ni-based cathodes in rechargeable *** presenting the physical and chemical properties of the 3d transition-metal Ni,which make it an optimal cationic redox center in the cathode of batteries,we introduce the structure,reaction mechanism,and modification of nickel hydroxide electrode in Ni-Cd and Ni-MH rechargeable *** then move on to the Ni-based layered oxide cathode in LIBs,with a focus on the structure,issues,and challenges of layered oxides,LiNiO_(2),and LiNi_(1−x−y)Co_(x)Mn_(y)O_(2).The role of Ni in the electrochemical performance and thermal stability of the Ni-rich cathode is *** bridging the“old”Ni-based batteries and the“modern”Ni-rich cathode in the LIBs,this review is committed to providing insights into the Ni-based electrochemistry and material design,which have been under research and development for over 100 *** overview would shed new light on the development of advanced Ni-containing batteries with high energy density and long cycle life.

Dynamic response analysis of liquefiable ground due to sinusoidal waves of different frequencies of shield construction

Vibration induced by shield construction can lead to liquefaction of saturated *** on FLAC3D software,a numerical model of tunnel excavation is established and sinusoidal velocity loads with different frequencies are applied to the excavation *** pattern of the excess pore pressure ratio with frequency,as well as the dynamic response of soil mass under different frequency loads before excavation,is *** the velocity sinusoidal wave acts on the excavation surface of the shield tunnel with a single sand layer,soil liquefaction ***,the ranges and locations of soil liquefaction are different at different frequencies,which proves that the vibration frequency influences the liquefaction location of the *** sand-clay composite strata with liquefiable layers,the influence of frequency on the liquefaction range is different from that of a single *** the frequency range of 5-30 Hz,the liquefaction area and surface subsidence decrease with an increase in vibration *** research results in this study can be used as a reference in engineering practice for tunneling liquefiable strata with a shield tunneling machine.

Optimization Scheme of Trusted Task Offloading in IIoT Scenario Based on DQN

With the development of the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT),end devices(EDs)are equipped with more functions to capture ***,a large amount of data is generated at the edge of the network and needs to be ***,no matter whether these computing tasks are offloaded to traditional central clusters or mobile edge computing(MEC)devices,the data is short of security and may be changed during *** view of this challenge,this paper proposes a trusted task offloading optimization scheme that can offer low latency and high bandwidth services for IIoT with data *** technology is adopted to ensure data ***,to reduce the impact of low throughput of blockchain on task offloading performance,we design the processes of consensus and offloading as a Markov decision process(MDP)by defining states,actions,and *** reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithm is introduced to dynamically select offloading *** accelerate the optimization,we design a novel reward function for the DRL algorithm according to the scale and computational complexity of the *** demonstrate that compared with methods without optimization,our mechanism performs better when it comes to the number of task offloading and throughput of blockchain.

Big Earth Data refers to the multidimensional integration and association of scientific data,including geography,resources,environment,ecology,and *** effective data classification system and label management strategy are important foundations for long-term management of data *** objective of this study was to construct a classification system and realize multidimensional semantic data label management for the Big Earth Data Science Engineering Program(CASEarth).This study constructed two sets of classification and coding systems that realize classification by mapping each other;namely,the geosphere-level and Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)indicator *** technique was based on natural language processing technology and solved problems with subject-word segmentation,weight calculation,and dynamic matching.A prototype system for classification and label management was constructed based on existing CASEarth datasets of more than 1,***,we expect our study to provide the methodology and technical support for useroriented classification and label management services for Big Earth Data.

Effect of zinc protoporphyrin on carbon monoxide/heme oxygenase-1 system in rats subjected to recurrent febrile convulsion

BACKGROUND： Studies on febrile convulsion （FC）-caused brain injury are disputed in many aspects. How FC cause nervous system injury in the developmental period and what are the characteristics of these pathological injury are unknown. The current studies have demonstrated that berne oxygenase-1 （HO-1） exerts effects on brain injury mainly by catalyzing hemoglobin to produce degradation products, and HO-1 not only has neuroprotective effects, but also has neurotoxic effects during the FC-caused brain injury. Study on the effect of zinc protoporphyrin （ZnPP） on brain injury is still in the stage of animal experiment. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of ZnPP on carbon monoxide （CO）/HO-1 system of rats subjected to FC, and to analyze the action pathway of ZnPP in brain protective effect. DESIGN： A randomized controlled animal experiment. SETTING： Department of Pediatrics, First Hospital Affiliated to Jiamusi University. MATERIALS： Sixty-five Wistar rats, of either gender, were involved in this study. They were randomized into normal control group（ n =14, 37℃ water bath） and febrile treatment group （n =51, 44.5℃ hot water bath）. Febrile treatment group was sub-divided into febrile non-convulsion group （FNC group, n =16） and FC group （n =35）. FC group was further sub-divided into simple convulsion group （n =20） and ZnPP treatment group （n =15）. HO-1 mRNA in situ hybridization kit was provided by Boster Bioengineering Co.,Ltd. ZnPP（dark brown powder） was the product of Jingmei Bioengineering Company. METHODS： This study was carried out in the postgraduate laboratory of Jiamusi University between January 2004 and January 2007. Rats in the febrile treatment group were placed in the 44.5℃ hot water bath box. If rats did not convulse in the water within 5 minutes, they were taken out, namely FNC group （n = 16）, and those, which were convulsed within 5 minutes, were taken out immediately when they presented such a phenomenon, namely FC group （n =35）. Facile and fast growth of high mobility nanoribbons of ZrTe5

Recently, ZrTe5 has received a lot of attention as it exhibits various topological phases, such as weak and strong topological insulators, a Dirac semimetal, a three-dimensional quantum Hall state, and a quantum spin Hall insulator in the monolayer limit. While most of studies have been focused on the three-dimensional bulk material, it is highly desired to obtain nanostructured materials due to their advantages in device applications. We report the synthesis and characterizations of ZrTe5 nanoribbons. Via a silicon-assisted chemical vapor transport method, long nanoribbons with thickness as thin as 20 nm can be grown. The growth rate is over an order of magnitude faster than the previous method for the bulk ***, transport studies show that the nanoribbons are of low unintentional doping and high carrier mobility, over30000 cm2/V·s, which enable reliable determination of the Berry phase of π in the ac plane from quantum oscillations. Our method holds great potential in growth of high quality ultra-thin nanostructures of ZrTe5.

Gut microbiota-based pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic study and molecular mechanism of specnuezhenide in the treatment of colorectal cancer targeting carboxylesterase

Specnuezhenide(SNZ)is among the main components of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,which has antiinflammation,anti-oxidation,and anti-tumor *** low bioavailability makes it difficult to explain the mechanism of pharmacological effect of *** this study,the role of the gut microbiota in the metabolism and pharmacokinetics characteristics of SNZ as well as the pharmacological meaning were *** can be rapidly metabolized by the gut microbiome,and two intestinal bacterial metabolites of SNZ,salidroside and tyrosol,were *** addition,carboxylesterase may be the main intestinal bacterial enzyme that mediates its *** the same time,no metabolism was found in the incubation system of SNZ with liver microsomes or liver homogenate,indicating that the gut microbiota is the main part involved in the metabolism of *** addition,pharmacokinetic studies showed that salidroside and tyrosol can be detected in plasma in the presence of gut ***,tumor development was inhibited in a colorectal tumor mice model administered orally with SNZ,which indicated that SNZ exhibited potential to inhibit tumor growth,and tissue distribution studies showed that salidroside and tyrosol could be distributed in tumor *** the same time,SNZ modulated the structure of gut microbiota and fungal group,which may be the mechanism governing the antitumoral activity of ***,SNZ stimulates the secretion of short-chain fatty acids by intestinal flora in vitro and in *** the future,targeting gut microbes and the interaction between natural products and gut microbes could lead to the discovery and development of new drugs.

Numerical Simulation of Dynamic Response of Saturated Sand During Shield Construction

In order to study the disturbance of the liquefiable stratum caused by the vibration induced by construction of the shield machine,the construction process of the shield tunnel was simulated based on the finite difference software FLAC 3 D.A sinusoidal velocity boundary that simulates the vibration of shield construction is applied in the horizontal direction of the excavation surface,and dynamic response analysis is carried out to analyze the excess pore water pressure,acceleration,and vertical effective stress time-history *** research results show that in the liquefiable stratum,the vibration induced by shield construction will form a certain liquefaction area in the soil in front of the excavation *** area has not developed to the *** area where the vibration induced by shield construction has a great influence on the excess pore water pressure of the soil is below the excavation *** area is *** excess pore water pressure of the overlying soil layer on the excavation surface increases,and the vertical effective stress *** horizontal vibration wave induced by shield construction has no obvious attenuation in the horizontal direction,but has obvious attenuation during the propagation to the ground *** the area where the peak value of soil acceleration is large,the soil liquefaction is serious.
