With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),it is foreseeable that the accuracy and efficiency of dynamic analysis for future power system will be greatly improved by the integration of dynamic simulators and *** explore the interaction mechanism of power system dynamic simulations and AI,a general design for AI-oriented power system dynamic simulators is proposed,which consists of a high-performance simulator with neural network supportability and flexible external and internal application programming interfaces(APIs).With the support of APIs,simulation-assisted AI and AIassisted simulation form a comprehensive interaction mechanism between power system dynamic simulations and AI.A prototype of this design is implemented and made public based on a highly efficient electromechanical *** of this prototype are carried out in four scenarios including sample generation,AI-based stability prediction,data-driven dynamic component modeling,and AI-aided stability control,which prove the validity,flexibility,and efficiency of the design and implementation for AI-oriented power system dynamic simulators.

The multidrug and toxic compound extrusion(MATE) family plays pivotal roles in the detoxification process in plants, while no information has been provided for this gene family in melon(Cucumis melo L.) thus far, limiting our understanding of its functions in melon acclimation to stressful environments. In this study, a total of 39 MATEs(CmMATE1–CmMATE39) were observed in the melon genome;these were unevenly distributed in all chromosomes, with the most on Chromosome 1. Based on their orthologous relationship with those from Arabidopsis, rice, and sorghum, melon MATEs were clustered into three subfamilies of Clades Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ, wherein 23, 9, and 7 members were included, *** exon number was observed in CmMATEs, and the most were harbored by CmMATE8. Gene ontology(GO) term and cis-regulatory element(CRE) analyses pointed to the potential roles of CmMATEs in both the regulation of melon development and acclimation to various abiotic and biotic stressors. The RNA-seq and qRT-PCR(quantitative real-time PCR) results demonstrated that under normal growth conditions, CmMATEs were expressed in a tissue-and development-specific manner, while their abundance apparently varied in a stress-dependent manner when melon plants were exposed to unfavorable environmental conditions. Altogether, these observations could expand our knowledge about the plant MATE family and benefit functional genomics analysis for CmMATEs in the future.

The clinical translation of nanomedicine is hindered by the low delivery efficiency, and consequently drug concentration in tumor sites falls short of the therapeutic effective range which leads to poor clinical outcomes. One important lesson learned from the development of antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs) is that to achieve significant clinical benefits, extremely potent cytotoxic agents and cleavable linkers should be used. By encapsulating maytansinoid, AP3, which is 100-1,000 times more potent than most conventional small molecule anticancer drugs, in pH-sensitive acetalated dextran-polyethylene glycol (PEG)(ADP) nanocarriers, even with only 1% drug loading, we were able to eradicate tumors in 50% of tested animals with negligible side effects, while free AP3 only showed marginal efficacy and severe liver damages. This study suggests that besides improving the low efficiency of nano-delivery systems, the potency of drug to be delivered is also critical to the clinical outcomes of nanomedicine. Our results also showed that ADP nanoparticles (NPs) were able to expand the narrow therapeutic window of maytansinoids in a similar manner to the ADCs.

The regeneration of osteochondral tissue necessitates the re-establishment of a gradient owing to the unique characteristics and healing potential of the chondral and osseous *** the self-healing capacity of hyaline cartilage is limited,timely mechanical support during neo-cartilage formation is crucial to achieving optimal repair *** this study,we devised a biodegradable bilayered scaffold,comprising chondroitin sulfate(CS)hydrogel to regenerate chondral tissue and a porous pure zinc(Zn)scaffold for regeneration of the underlying bone as mechanical support for the cartilage *** photocured CS hydrogel possessed a compressive strength of 82 kPa,while the porous pure Zn scaffold exhibited a yield strength of 11 MPa and a stiffness of 0.8 *** mechanical properties are similar to values reported for cancellous *** vitro biological experiments demonstrated that the bilayered scaffold displayed favorable cytocompatibility and promoted chondrogenic and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow stem *** implantation,the scaffold facilitated the simultaneous regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue in a porcine model,resulting in(i)a smoother cartilage surface,(ii)more hyaline-like cartilage,and(iii)a superior integration into the adjacent host *** bilayered scaffold exhibits significant potential for clinical application in osteochondral regeneration.

This paper introduces an adaptive traffic allocation scheme with cooperation of multiple Radio Access Networks (RANs) in universal wireless *** different cooperation scenarios are studied,and based on the scenario of cooperation in both network layer and terminal layer,an open queuing system model,which is aiming to depict the characteristics of packet loss rate of wireless communication networks,is proposed to optimize the traffic allocation *** analysis and numerical simulations indicate that the proposed scheme achieves inter-networking load balance tominimize the whole transmission delay and expands the communication ability of single-mode terminals to support high data rate traffics.
