The high power density and intelligence of next-generation flexible electronic devices bring many challenges to fabricate flexible composite films with electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness(SE)property and excellent toughness via a simple ***,inspired by the layered structure and biopolymer matrix networks in natural nacre,nacre-like layered Ti_(3)C2TX(MXene)/aramid nanofiber(ANF)films were fabricated through sol-gel,vacuum-assisted filtration,and ***-dimensional(3D)interconnected aramid nanofibers networks between adjacent layered MXene result in an ultralong strain-to-failure of the *** though the functional filler MXene contents are as high as 60 wt.%and 70 wt.%,the strain-to-failure of the films could reach astonishing values of 18.34%±1.86%and 14.43%±1.26%,*** the tensile strength could maintain about 85 ***,with such a high filler,the film can also withstand double folding and vigorous rubbing without damage,which could better adapt to a harsh application *** result means that this work provides a convenient way to prepare other high functional filler composite films with excellent mechanical *** EMI SE values could reach 45 and 52.15 dB at 60 wt.%and 70 wt.%MXene in 8.2–12.4 ***,the films have prominent Joule heating properties,high sensitivity(<15 s),small voltage operation(0.5 V),and high operation constancy(1300 s).Therefore,nacre-inspired MXene/ANF composite films in this work have ability to apply in many areas including communication technology,military,and aerospace.

中早熟马铃薯在日喀则市马铃薯产业发展中的作用日益凸显。以日喀则市的主栽品种艾玛1号为对照,通过观察和记录中早熟马铃薯的生物学性状和物候期,并测定淀粉等指标含量,筛选出适合本地区种植的中早熟马铃薯品种。结果表明,SD2的生育期最短,为103 d。SD2和冀张12的产量略低于对照,但无显著差异;其余6个品种(系)与对照品种在产量上存在显著差异。在商品薯率方面,除永丰3号、LK99和V7低于对照外,其余品种(系)均高于对照。在淀粉含量方面,SD1、SD2和永丰3号高于对照,其余品种(系)低于对照。综合筛选结果显示,SD2表现最佳,适宜作为中早熟品种在当地推广;希森6号和陇薯20适合在马铃薯主产区结合大田实际表现进行种植;冀张12可以在本地区马铃薯种植区域进行示范种植;SD1和永丰3号可以作为高淀粉育种的亲本利用。

体育产业是我国部分地区经济迅速增长的支柱性产业,在体育强国建设背景下,该文选取安徽、江苏这两个省份,对两个地区的产业集聚水平展开分析。研究结果表明,安徽省产业集聚水平虽然比江苏省低,但一直处在上升的状态,两者产业集中度存在显著差别。针对上述情况,提出行之有效的建议,以期为类似研究提供一定的参考和依据。

竞争力是事关科技龙头企业生存和发展的关键问题。当前经济新的下行压力进一步增大,哪些因素决定了科技龙头企业竞争力,这是在理论和实践的双重探索中形成的一个重要时代课题。因为科技龙头企业竞争力影响因素以及因素之间关系十分复杂,所以组态视角和模糊集定性比较分析可作为相对合适的研究方法,深入分析科技龙头企业竞争力的决定因素。单个要素并不构成科技龙头企业竞争力产生的必要条件,科技龙头企业可从3种路径获得较强竞争力,具有适当规模在提升竞争力方面发挥着重要作用。科技龙头企业可以根据实际情况,充分发挥自身有利条件,通过不同的方式实现企业竞争力提升。引入组态视角探究哪些因素决定了科技龙头企业竞争力,有助于深化对科技龙头企业竞争力背后多重因素间复杂互动本质的理性认识,对科技龙头企业提升竞争力具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。

In situ synthesis of magnetic mesoporous silica via sol-gel process coupled with precipitation and oxidation

A novel method was proposed for the in situ synthesis of magnetite-containing mesoporous silica SBA- 16 via a sol-gel process coupled with precipitation and oxidation. The effect of the added amounts of reactants on the mesostructural and magnetic properties of the magnetic mesoporous silica was inves- tigated, It was determined that the synthesized magnetic mesoporous silica with a total pore volume of 0.64-0.96 cm3/g and an average pore diameter of 4.0-14,9 nm had a relatively high saturation mag- netization value （1.11-5.77 emu/g） and a large surface area （258-747 m2/g）, Lysozyme was chosen as a model protein to test the performance of the magnetic mesoporous silica as a protein adsorbent, The high adsorption capacity （up to 212 mg/g） suggested a promising future as bimolecular hosts for the magnetic mesoporous silica.

Preparation and functionalization of mesoporous silica spheres as packing materials for HPLC

This paper presents the integrated results of a series of new methods for preparing mesoporous silica spheres as high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） packing materials. The separation performance of the mesoporous spheres materials has also been determined. Micrometer- sized silica spheres with uniform spherical morphologies and ordered mesostructures were first successfully synthesized by the method employing a water-soluble polymer-assisted assembly. Then the templates for getting ordered mesoporous materials with high-density silanol groups were removed by using hydrothermal oxidation. Finally the silica spheres were functionalized with C8 alkyl groups by surface modification under hydrothermal conditions. The resultant functionalized silica spheres were demonstrated to be excellent oacking materials for HPLC.

Fe3O4-nanoparticle-decorated TiO2 nanofiber hierarchical heterostructures with improved lithium-ion battery performance over wide temperature range

A facile strategy was designed for the fabrication of Fe3O4-nanoparticle- decorated TiO2 nanofiber hierarchical heterostructures （FTHs） by combining the versatility of the electrospinning technique and the hydrothermal growth method. The hierarchical architecture of Fe3O4 nanoparticles decorated on TiO2 nanofibers enables the successful integration of the binary composite into batteries to address structural stability and low capacity. In the resulting unique architecture of FTHs, the 1D heterostructures relieve the strain caused by severe volume changes of Fe3O4 during numerous charge-discharge cycles, and thus suppress the degradation of the electrode material. As a result, FTHs show excellent performance including higher reversible capacity, excellent cycle life, and good rate performance over a wide temperature range owing to the synergistic effect of the binary composition of TiO2 and Fe304 and the unique features of the hierarchical nanofibers.

Mechanism of RBBP8-mediated homologous recombination repair in gastric cancer synthetic lethal

Background:It is of great clinical significance to further explore new strategies and potential combined therapeutic targets for gastric *** study aimed to investigate the synthetic lethal effect of RBBP8 molecular intervention combined with a poly ADP ribose polymerase(PARP)inhibitor in non-BRCA mutant gastric cancer and clarify the mechanism by which RBBP8 regulates homologous recombination ***:The role of RBBP8 in DNA damage repair was observed using bioinformatic analysis,western blot analysis,and *** synthetic lethal effect was verified using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium,inner salt(MTS)and flow cytometry apoptosis ***:Among the patients with gastric cancer treated with chemotherapy,the prognosis of patients with high RBBP8 expression levels was worse(homologous recombination[HR]=1.54,p=0.028).RBBP8 knockdown induced DNA damage and had a synergistic effect with PARP inhibitor treatment on cell viability inhibition and cell apoptosis in AGS(generic code for human gastric adenocarcinoma cells)(t=11.154,p<0.001)and N87(t=6.362,p<0.001)***8 knockdown inhibited RAD51 activation and DNA terminal excision in homologous recombination ***:RBBP8 is involved in homologous recombination repair,and molecular intervention into RBBP8 could achieve a synthetic lethal effect with PARP inhibitor treatment in gastric cancer cells.
